&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;‹‹&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;BASES REGULADORAS DE LA CONVOCATORIA PARA LA CONCESIÓN DE AUTORIZACIONES PARA LA VENTA AMBULANTE EN LOS MERCADOS DEL MUNICIPIO DE POLLENÇA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CLÁUSULA PRIMERA. Objeto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Constituye el objeto de estas bases la concesión, en régimen de concurrencia competitiva, de 91 puestos vacantes para el ejercicio de la venta ambulante, resultando de la renovación anual de la autorización municipal para el ejercicio de la venta ambulante en los mercados semanales del municipio de Pollença, aprobado por Resolución de Alcaldía de día 29 de febrero de 2024, en los términos contemplados en la Ordenanza reguladora de la venta ambulante en el término municipal de Pollença (BOIB núm. 167/2009, de 17 de noviembre) y en la Ley 11/2014, de 15 de octubre, de comercio de las Illes Balears.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CLÁUSULA SEGUNDA. Puestos y superficies de venta vacantes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los puestos de venta ambulante vacantes, con indicación del mercado, el espacio y la ubicación, son los siguientes:El Ayuntamiento podrá modificar la ubicación concreta del mercado, de forma temporal o definitiva, si por circunstancias sobrevenidas se dan razones de seguridad para las personas y bienes o de interés público que hagan conveniente su traslado. En tal caso, la nueva ubicación respetará las autorizaciones municipales que resulten a consecuencia de las adjudicaciones del presente procedimiento siempre que sea posible. Estas variaciones no darán derecho a ningún tipo de indemnización. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Ayuntamiento podrá modificar la ubicación concreta del mercado, de forma temporal o definitiva, si por circunstancias sobrevenidas se dan razones de seguridad para las personas y bienes o de interés público que hagan conveniente su traslado. En tal caso, la nueva ubicación respetará las autorizaciones municipales que resulten a consecuencia de las adjudicaciones del presente procedimiento siempre que sea posible. Estas variaciones no darán derecho a ningún tipo de indemnización. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CLÁUSULA TERCERA. &lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;─ &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Miércoles &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;en el Port de Pollença, con horario de instalación de 7.00 a 9.00 horas y la recogida a partir de las 13.30 horas, en el período comprendido entre el 1 de mayo y el 1 de noviembre; y de 7.00 a 9.30 horas para la instalación y recogida a partir de las 13.00 horas entre el 1 de noviembre y el 30 de abril.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CLÁUSULA CUARTA. Características de los puestos de venta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cuanto a las características del puesto de venta, se estará a lo establecido en los artículos 24 y 25 de la Ordenanza municipal sobre la venta ambulante en los mercados del término municipal de Pollença.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el supuesto de autorizaciones para la venta de productos de alimentación, el interesado deberá disponer de instalaciones dotadas de las exigencias establecidas en la normativa vigente en materia de elaboración y manipulación de productos de alimentación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CLÁUSULA QUINTA. Requisitos de los solicitantes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Para ejercer la actividad de venta no sedentaria, las personas físicas o jurídicas tendrán que cumplir los siguientes requisitos, señalados en el artículo 9 de la Ordenanza reguladora sobre la venta ambulante en los mercados del municipio de Pollença:&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estar dado de alta en el epígrafe o epígrafes correspondientes del impuesto sobre actividades económicas y estar al corriente del pago de la tarifa o, en caso de estar exentos, estar dados de alta en el censo de obligados tributarios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estar dado de alta -en el régimen de la Seguridad Social que corresponda- el titular, los familiares que presten sus servicios en el puesto y los trabajadores que tenga contratados, en su caso, y estar al corriente de pago con ésta. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cuando se trate de una persona jurídica deberá estar legalmente constituida, inscrita en el registro oficial que corresponda y su objeto social deberá incluir la actividad a prestar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cumplir con todos los requisitos que establezcan las reglamentaciones específicas a aplicar a los productos que tengan a la venta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Disponer de la documentación que acredite el cumplimiento de la normativa vigente sobre higiene y manipulación de alimentos, en su caso, para la venta de aquellos productos que lo requieran. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Satisfacer los tributos municipales que establezcan las ordenanzas fiscales para este tipo de venta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Disponer de seguro de responsabilidad civil vigente sobre su instalación y actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el caso de comerciantes extracomunitarios, tendrán que justificar debidamente que están en posesión de los correspondientes permisos exigibles por la normativa vigente, con el fin de acreditar que se encuentran facultados para el ejercicio del comercio en el país. Los prestatarios procedentes de terceros países deberán acreditar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones establecidas en la legislación vigente en materia de autorizaciones de residencia y trabajo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CLÁUSULA SEXTA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.1 Plazo y lugar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El plazo de presentación de solicitudes es de 15 días naturales a contar desde el día siguiente al de la publicación del anuncio de la convocatoria en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, en el tablón de edictos y en la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento. No se admitirá solicitud de autorización para la venta ambulante con anterioridad o posterioridad a las fechas establecidas al efecto. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cada solicitante podrá incluir en la solicitud de puesto de trabajo únicamente a una persona autorizada como colaboradora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cuando esta persona figure en más de una solicitud, bien como titular o como cotitular o colaboradora, quedarán automáticamente excluidas estas solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las solicitudes, junto con la documentación preceptiva, tendrán que presentarse en el Registro General del Ayuntamiento o por cualquiera de los medios previstos en el artículo 16 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.2 Solicitudes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los interesados en el procedimiento deberán presentar cumplimentada y firmada una solicitud específica (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Anexo 1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) que podrán encontrar en la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Pollença, o en cualquiera de las oficinas de asistencia en materia de registro del Ayuntamiento de Pollença (OAC Pollença: c/ Calvario, 2; y/u OAC Port de Pollença: c/ Metge Llopis, 1). Las solicitudes para participar en el procedimiento tendrán que indicar y aportar: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.2.1. Nombre y apellidos o, en su caso, razón social del peticionario, así como domicilio, población, teléfono y dirección electrónica en su caso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.2.2. Número de NIF, o CIF en el caso de personas jurídicas, o documento acreditativo análogo expedido al prestatario en un estado miembro de la Unión Europea.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.2.3. Metros lineales que solicita así como el tipo de producto a comercializar y el mercado que interesa (los miércoles en el Port de Pollença y/o los domingos en Pollença).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.2.4. Descripción y fotografías en color de las instalaciones y de los productos a vender.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.2.5. En caso de personas jurídicas, además se hará constar/aportar: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.2.5.1. La referencia de la persona, empleado/da o socio/a que hará uso de la citada autorización, en su caso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.2.5.2. La documentación de la representación legal que ostenta la persona que firma la solicitud. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.2.6. Documentación obligatoria que aporta la persona interesada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.2.7. Documentación voluntaria que aporta la persona interesada a fin de obtener puntuación en el baremo de los criterios de adjudicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.2.8. Declaración responsable en el cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos para ejercer la actividad de venta ambulante o no sedentaria, que recogerá los siguientes extremos: Que los datos contenidos en el documento son ciertos. Que llevará a cabo la actividad los días y horas establecidos en la Ordenanza de mercados. Que cumple los requisitos establecidos en la normativa vigente y, en su caso, las condiciones impuestas por la autoridad municipal. Que está en posesión de la documentación exigida y así lo acreditará a partir del inicio de la actividad. Que mantendrá su cumplimiento durante el plazo de vigencia de la autorización. Que está dado de alta en el censo de obligados tributarios. Que se encuentra al corriente de las obligaciones fiscales y de pago de las cotizaciones a la Seguridad Social. Que está en posesión de una póliza de responsabilidad civil vigente y al corriente de pago. Que reúne las condiciones y requisitos exigidos por la normativa reguladora del producto objeto de exposición y venta, en su caso, acreditación del cumplimiento de las prescripciones sanitarias. Que se compromete a tener toda la documentación exigida para una posible inspección. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Para valorar los criterios recogidos en la cláusula séptima de estas bases, debe aportarse la documentación acreditativa correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.3 Enmienda&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si la solicitud no reúne los requisitos exigidos en los apartados anteriores, se requerirá a la persona interesada para que en el plazo máximo de 5 días naturales subsane la falta o acompañe los documentos preceptivos de su solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CLÁUSULA SÉPTIMA. Criterios de adjudicación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Con el fin de garantizar la transparencia y la imparcialidad en la adjudicación de los puestos de venta ambulantes, los criterios de valoración para su adjudicación serán los siguientes: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si el producto a la venta es de cultivo o elaboración propia con el certificado de alta como explotación agrícola &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(4 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si el producto a la venta es ecológico, acreditado con el certificado correspondiente y/o certificados de calidad &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(2 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si se trata de productos artesanos, con la acreditación del carné de artesano o maestro artesano expedido por el Consell de Mallorca o similar de la persona que realiza la solicitud &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(1 punto)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si el producto es del sector alimentario &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(2 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por tipología de productos innovadores, líneas de venta inexistentes englobadas dentro de los siguientes parámetros: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(3 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Útiles y/o utensilios tradicionales de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Materiales de materia prima para la confección y/o elaboración de otros productos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CLÁUSULA OCTAVA. Adjudicación de las autorizaciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.1 Instrucción&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Finalizado el plazo de presentación de solicitudes, se llevará a cabo su valoración y comprobación de que se cumplen los requisitos exigidos por los servicios técnicos del Área de Ferias, Mercados y Comercio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.2. Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Valoradas las solicitudes, los servicios técnicos elevarán una propuesta de resolución al órgano competente para que adopte el oportuno acuerdo, que se publicará en la sede electrónica y en el tablón de anuncios de este Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El plazo máximo para resolver será de tres meses a contar desde el día siguiente al final del plazo para presentar solicitudes. Transcurrido el plazo sin haberse notificado la resolución, los interesados podrán entender desestimada su solicitud. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.3 Presentación de documentación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vez concedida la autorización municipal, el adjudicatario deberá aportar en el plazo máximo de diez (10) días naturales, la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) NIF, o CIF en el caso de personas jurídicas, o documento acreditativo análogo expedido al prestatario en el estado miembro de la Unión Europea.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Alta en los epígrafes correspondientes del impuesto de actividades económicas o equivalente, en el caso de solicitantes de estados miembros de la Unión Europea (UE).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Alta en el correspondiente régimen de la Seguridad Social o equivalente, en el caso de solicitantes de estados miembros de la Unión Europea (UE).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Certificado de estar al corriente de pago de las obligaciones con la Agencia Tributaria y de la administración de la Seguridad Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Documentación acreditativa de la suscripción de un seguro de responsabilidad civil, así como del pago de la prima correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Fotografía tamaño carné del titular autorizado y, en su caso, del colaborador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g) Documentación acreditativa de cumplir todos los requisitos que establezca la legislación específica aplicable a los productos y/o artículos que se pongan a la venta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La falta de presentación de la documentación en plazo se entenderá como renuncia a la autorización por parte de su titular. En este caso, se procederá a autorizar a los solicitantes correspondientes, en función del orden establecido en la lista de espera, concediéndoles un plazo de cinco (5) días naturales para aportar la documentación antes indicada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CLÁUSULA NOVENA. Obligaciones de los adjudicatarios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sin perjuicio de las obligaciones derivadas de la normativa vigente en materia de defensa de usuarios y consumidores, las personas titulares de autorizaciones municipales para el ejercicio de la venta ambulante estarán obligadas a cumplir las siguientes especificidades:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Exponer de forma fácilmente visible para el público los siguientes elementos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El documento en el que conste la autorización municipal correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los datos personales o, en su caso, la denominación social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La dirección en la que se atenderán, en su caso, las reclamaciones de los consumidores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Las personas que ejerzan la venta ambulante están obligadas a entregar, si el interesado lo reclama, recibo o justificante de la operación de compraventa, cuyo contenido mínimo será el siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Datos personales, o en su caso denominación social&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;DNI/NIE o CIF&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Lugar donde se atenderán, en su caso, las reclamaciones de los consumidores&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Producto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Precio y fecha&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cantidad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Firma &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Dispondrán, en el lugar de venta, de carteles y etiquetas en los que se expondrán de forma visible los precios de venta de los productos ofrecidos. El precio de los productos destinados a la venta se expondrán de forma explícita e inequívoca, observando en todo momento la legislación vigente en esta materia. En aquellos productos de venta a granel o en los que el precio de venta se determine en función de la cantidad o volumen del producto alimenticio, el precio se indicará por unidad de medida. Igualmente tendrán a la vista todas las existencias de artículos, y no se podrá apartar, seleccionar u ocultar una parte de éstas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) A requerimiento del personal o autoridades municipales que estén debidamente acreditadas, los vendedores estarán obligados a facilitarles la documentación que les sea solicitada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Las personas titulares de las autorizaciones respetarán los perímetros y los puestos de venta, que en ningún caso tendrán que coincidir con el acceso a lugares públicos, privados o establecimientos comerciales o industriales; tampoco se podrán situar de forma que impidan la visibilidad de sus escaparates o expositores, señales de tráfico u otros indicativos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) No se podrán situar en las confluencias de las calles, pasos de peatones o entradas reservadas a viviendas, comercios o vehículos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g) Los puestos de venta que expendan artículos que sean objeto de peso o medida, tendrán que disponer de báscula y metro reglamentarios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h) Todas las mercancías deberán exponerse al público debidamente protegidas, y a una altura mínima de 60 cm del suelo, salvo aquellas que por su volumen generen algún tipo de problema. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i) Asimismo, los productos de alimentación, cuando se haya autorizado su venta, se expondrán, en la medida de lo posible, en contenedores o envases homologados aptos para las características de cada producto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;j) No se podrán expender mercancías fuera del puesto de venta asignado, ni obstaculizar la libre circulación de los pasillos entre puestos de venta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;k) Limpiar sus puestos de venta. Los desperdicios, envases, envoltorios y otros residuos ocasionados como consecuencia del ejercicio de la actividad comercial serán depositados en los contenedores situados al efecto. La situación de estos contenedores no podrá ser alterada como consecuencia de la actividad de venta ambulante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;l) Deberán mantener en buen estado de conservación las instalaciones del puesto de venta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;m) Los titulares de los puestos de venta tendrán que reparar los desperfectos que puedan ocasionar al pavimento, arbolado o alumbrado urbano.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;n) Queda prohibida la utilización de aparatos acústicos para comunicar la oferta de mercancías. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CLÁUSULA DÉCIMA. Tasas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los autorizados tendrán que pagar las tasas por ocupación de vía pública establecidas por la ordenanza fiscal correspondiente en el plazo que se indique en la autorización.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La falta de pago de las tasas se entenderá como renuncia a la autorización concedida, determinando la aplicación de lo dispuesto en la cláusula 8.4 en relación con la lista o turno de espera. La renuncia o desistimiento no generará el derecho a la devolución de tasas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CLÁUSULA UNDÉCIMA. Vigencia de las autorizaciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Para los mercados periódicos, las autorizaciones tendrán una duración de un año natural, renovable por idénticos períodos, salvo renuncia expresa por alguna de las partes o modificación de las circunstancias que motivaron la autorización.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Durante la vigencia de las autorizaciones, el Ayuntamiento comprobará cada año que sus titulares siguen cumpliendo los requisitos y obligaciones de carácter periódico que les corresponde, como el pago de la tasa correspondiente y tributos municipales, estar al corriente de sus obligaciones tributarias y cotizaciones con la Seguridad Social y estar al corriente del pago del seguro de responsabilidad civil para renovar la autorización. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CLÁUSULA DUODÉCIMA. Cobertura de vacantes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Con los solicitantes que no hayan obtenido un puesto de venta ambulante se realizará una bolsa o lista de espera para cubrir las vacantes, ordenada en función de la puntuación obtenida.
