    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La Junta de Gobierno Local en sesión ordinaria celebrada en fecha 14 de marzo de 2024, aprobó las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&amp;lt;&amp;lt; BASES REGULADORAS DE LA CONVOCATORIA DEL AYUNTAMIENTO DE ARTÀ PARA EL OTORGAMIENTO DE SUBVENCIONES EN RÉGIMEN DE CONCURRENCIA COMPETITIVA PARA LA NORMALIZACIÓN LINGÜÍSTICA EN LAS EMPRESAS 2024&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Finalidad de la subvención&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El Reglamento para el uso de la lengua catalana en el Ayuntamiento de Artà establece el compromiso de impulsar el uso de la lengua catalana en el término de Artà y, concretamente, el artículo 27 dispone la posibilidad de otorgar subvenciones para las actuaciones relacionadas con la normalización en su ámbito territorial. Por lo tanto, es en este contexto que el Ayuntamiento de Artà convoca estas ayudas municipales para la normalización en las empresas con los objetivos siguientes: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; Garantizar y extender la presencia de la lengua catalana en el ámbito socioeconómico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; Trabajar en temas de calidad y diversidad lingüística como sinónimos de calidad empresarial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt; Hacer difusión de aquellas empresas que fomenten la normalización lingüística en su empresa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Objeto de la subvención&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El objeto de estas bases es regular la convocatoria de subvenciones de las actuaciones realizadas entre el 1 de julio de 2023 y el 30 de junio de 2024 para elaborar, redactado correctamente en lengua catalana, el material siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; Rotulación comercial y de vehículos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; Edición o renovación de cartas de restaurantes y bares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt;&amp;nbsp;Documentos publicitarios o administrativos (tarjetas, folletos, papel de envolver, bolsas, calendarios, facturas y presupuestos, catálogos, etc.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d)&lt;/em&gt; Versión en catalán de páginas web.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Personas destinatarias o beneficiarias de la subvención&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Podrán acogerse a esta subvención las empresas, con personalidad física o jurídica, ubicadas en el término municipal de Artà. Asimismo, también podrán acogerse las comunidades de bienes ubicadas en Artà que, pese a no tener personalidad jurídica, puedan llevar a cabo proyectos, actividades o comportamientos, o que es se encuentren en la situación que motiva la concesión de la subvención. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Todas las actuaciones subvencionadas deberán cumplir lo previsto en la normativa local y en la resta que le sea de aplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En cualquier caso, no podrán ser beneficiarias de estas ayudas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt;&amp;nbsp;Las personas autónomas colaboradoras que no estén integradas en alguna de las sociedades incluidas en los requisitos. Se consideran las personas que, sin ser titulares de una actividad de naturaleza autónoma, colaboran en la actividad mencionada, aunque sea de manera personal, habitual y directa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; Las administraciones públicas, las sociedades públicas y las entidades vinculadas o dependientes de cualquiera de éstas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt; Las asociaciones, fundaciones y otras entidades sin ánimo de lucro que no tengan la finalidad de llevar a cabo una actividad empresarial o laboral de forma estable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d)&lt;/em&gt;&amp;nbsp;Los proyectos empresariales que resulten incongruentes o desarrollen actividades no deseadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e)&lt;/em&gt; Las empresas instrumentales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;f)&lt;/em&gt; Las personas beneficiarias que hayan sido sancionadas o condenadas en los último tres (3) años por ejercer o tolerar prácticas laborales discriminatorias por razón de sexo o de género, por resolución administrativa firme o sentencia judicial firme.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Requisitos de las personas beneficiarias&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Las personas beneficiarias deberán cumplir los requisitos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; En el caso de personas jurídicas privadas, estar legalmente constituidas, disfrutar de capacidad jurídica y de obrar y estar inscritas en el registro correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; En el caso de personas físicas, estar de alta en el IAE y en la Seguridad Social como trabajadores autónomos individuales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt; Desarrollar una actividad económica y estar en posesión de los permisos exigibles relativos a la actividad a expedir por el Ayuntamiento de Artà. En el caso de un centro de trabajo en que sea necesaria y obligatoria la declaración responsable de inicio de actividad o la licencia de apertura, exigir que esté en vigor o haber iniciado los trámites de obtención en el momento en que se apruebe la resolución de la concesión y, como máximo, en el plazo de justificación, así como cualquier otro documento sustitutivo que acredite la actividad en el caso de no realizarla en un establecimiento permanente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d)&lt;/em&gt; Tener delegación permanente y de actuación o centro de trabajo en el municipio de Artà.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e)&lt;/em&gt; Estar al corriente de sus obligaciones con la Agencia Tributaria del Estado y con la Tesorería General de la Seguridad Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;f)&lt;/em&gt; Estar al corriente de sus obligaciones económicas con el Ayuntamiento de Artà y no hallarse en ningún procedimiento de reintegro de subvenciones públicas o en ningún procedimiento sancionador incoado por este motivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;g)&lt;/em&gt; No incurrir en ninguno de los supuestos establecidos en el artículo 13.2 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;h)&lt;/em&gt; Acreditar ante el Ayuntamiento la realización de la actividad subvencionable y también el cumplimiento de los requisitos o de las condiciones que la concesión de la subvención determine; asimismo, notificar cualquier modificación que se pueda producir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;i&lt;em&gt;)&lt;/em&gt; Comunicar al Ayuntamiento, en cualquier momento, si se obtienen subvenciones o ayudas para la misma finalidad procedentes de cualquier otro organismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;j)&lt;/em&gt; Someterse a las actuaciones posteriores de comprobación y control de la Intervención del Ayuntamiento. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;k)&lt;/em&gt; Comunicar al Ayuntamiento la aceptación de la subvención en los términos de la resolución de la concesión. En todos los casos, esta comunicación se entenderá producida automáticamente si, en el plazo de 15 días desde la notificación de la resolución, no se hace constar lo contrario. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;l)&lt;/em&gt; Hacer uso de la lengua catalana cuando se haga publicidad de las actividades subvencionadas por el Ayuntamiento. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;m)&lt;/em&gt; En el caso de recibir la subvención, colocar en un lugar visible de su empresa el adhesivo de compromiso lingüístico que les facilitará el Ayuntamiento. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. Naturaleza de la subvención&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Las subvenciones de esta convocatoria son de carácter voluntario, excepcional y anulables. Son revocables y reintegrables en cualquier momento por las causas establecidas en la Ley o en estas bases. No generarán derecho a la obtención de otras subvenciones en años posteriores y no se podrán alegar como precedente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Asimismo, son compatibles con otras ayudas o subvenciones que pueda recibir la entidad beneficiaria para el mismo concepto, siempre que el total de las ayudas o subvenciones no supere el coste subvencionado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El hecho de recibir una subvención implica la obligatoriedad de llevar a cabo el concepto subvencionado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. Dotación presupuestaria&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Durante el ejercicio de 2024, la cantidad reservada en los presupuestos municipales para este concepto es de 3.000&amp;nbsp;€. Asimismo, una vez agotada esta partida no se podrán conceder más subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. Criterios para la concesión de subvenciones&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La concesión de las subvenciones de esta convocatoria se regirá por los principios de publicidad, concurrencia, objetividad, igualdad y no-discriminación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. Solicitud y documentación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Las personas físicas y jurídicas interesadas que cumplan los requisitos que determinan estas bases o estén en condiciones de cumplirlos en el plazo de presentación de solicitudes deberán presentar la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; Solicitud de la subvención (anexo 1).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; Fotocopia del CIF o NIF.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt;&amp;nbsp;Declaración responsable (anexo 2):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;-&amp;nbsp;de cumplir los requisitos establecidos en estas bases reguladoras, indicando que se cumplen;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;-&amp;nbsp;de estar al corriente de las obligaciones económicas con el Ayuntamiento de Artà.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;-&amp;nbsp;de no haber falseado ni ocultado información sobre los datos que constan en la solicitud;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;-&amp;nbsp;de no haber solicitado o recibido ninguna otra subvención o ayuda de ningún otro organismo o entidad para financiar las actividades o los materiales para los que solicita la subvención. (En el caso de haber solicitado alguna subvención, se rellenará el anexo 3.);&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;-&amp;nbsp;de no usar los gastos que se presentan para justificar la subvención concedida por el Ayuntamiento de Artà para justificar ninguna otra subvención;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;-&amp;nbsp;de no estar incurso en ninguna de las prohibiciones para obtener la condición de beneficiario que se señalan en los apartados 2 y 3 del artículo 13 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- de aportar fotocopias de los documentos originales respectivos; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- de presentar copias de los justificantes de gastos originales, los cuales se generaron como consecuencia de la acción o la finalidad previstas; y&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;-&amp;nbsp;de tener disponibles los documentos originales para cualquier control financiero posterior que se estime conveniente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d)&lt;/em&gt;&amp;nbsp;Declaración responsable sobre otras subvenciones solicitadas u obtenidas para la misma finalidad, si cabe (anexo 3).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e)&lt;/em&gt; Documento de datos bancarios (anexo 4).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;f)&lt;/em&gt; Cuenta justificativa y relación de gastos subvencionables y de los ingresos obtenidos o previstos para la misma finalidad (anexo 5).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;g)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;Certificación de estar al corriente de las obligaciones con la Tesorería General de la Seguridad Social y la Agencia Tributaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;h)&lt;/em&gt; Facturas originales, expedidas a nombre de las personas o las entidades subvencionadas, con su CIF o NIF, que expresen claramente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;-&amp;nbsp;la fecha de emisión, que deberá corresponder al periodo de actividades subvencionable; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;-&amp;nbsp;el nombre completo de la persona o entidad expedidora;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;-&amp;nbsp;el número de factura;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;-&amp;nbsp;el concepto; y&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;-&amp;nbsp;el importe, con el IVA desglosado (si cabe).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;i)&lt;/em&gt; Justificantes de pago de las facturas presentadas (sello, justificante bancario, etc.). En el caso de que el importe de la factura sea igual o superior a 2.500&amp;nbsp;€, se deberá presentar el comprobante de la transferencia bancaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;j)&lt;/em&gt; Muestra de la actividad subvencionada (o fotografía).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Asimismo, el Ayuntamiento podrá solicitar la aportación de la documentación que le parezca apropiada, atendiendo a las circunstancias y las características de cada caso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9. Líneas de ayudas e importe&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Todas las solicitudes de subvención se someterán a la revisión del Servicio de Asesoramiento Lingüístico del Ayuntamiento de Artà, para asegurar tanto la corrección lingüística y gramatical de la lengua utilizada como el cumplimiento de los requisitos y las condiciones establecidas en estas bases. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;De acuerdo con lo dispuesto en la base 2, se establecen las siguientes líneas de ayudas, con los importes que se especifiquen en cada caso: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. Rotulación comercial y de vehículos en lengua catalana: se entenderá por &lt;em&gt;rotulación comercial y de vehículos&lt;/em&gt; aquella que señale la identidad de una empresa y dé información sobre ella. La información deberá ser traducible al catalán y no se otorgarán subvenciones para rótulos que utilicen onomatopeyas, palabras no traducibles o que tengan la misma grafía en catalán que en otra lengua. En cuanto al importe, se establecerá una subvención del 50&amp;nbsp;% de la factura, hasta un máximo de 250&amp;nbsp;€ por línea de ayuda.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. Edición o renovación de cartas de cafeterías, bares y restaurantes: se entenderá por &lt;em&gt;carta&lt;/em&gt; de cafetería, bar o restaurante cualquier impreso en que se haga constar la lista y los precios de las comidas y bebidas que el establecimiento ofrezca. Por lo que corresponde al importe, se establecerá una ayuda del total de la factura, hasta un máximo de 250&amp;nbsp;€, para las cartas hechas exclusivamente en catalán; y, para las cartas que incluyan el catalán, idioma que ocupará un lugar preferente, se establecerá una subvención del total de la versión catalana, hasta un máximo de 150&amp;nbsp;€, siempre y cuando la factura se desglose por idiomas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. Edición de material o documentos administrativos y publicitarios en lengua catalana: se incluirán en este apartado los documentos impresos que sirvan para llevar la gestión de la empresa (albaranes, facturas, recibos, etc.) o el material para darse a conocer o para informar de actuaciones puntuales (catálogos, folletos de ofertas, bolsas, papel de envolver, etiquetas, calendarios, tarjetas de cambio de aceite, etc.). En relación con el importe, se establecerá una ayuda del 50 % de la factura, hasta un máximo de 250&amp;nbsp;€ por línea de ayuda.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4. Edición de páginas web y portales de Internet: en este caso, la versión catalana del web irá únicamente en catalán y la primera opción de idioma será la versión en catalán. Para poder optar a la subvención, el sitio web se deberá mantener, como mínimo, durante doce meses. Si no se cumple este plazo, no se podrán presentar solicitudes en futuras convocatorias. En cuanto al importe, se establecerá una subvención del 50&amp;nbsp;% de la factura, hasta un máximo de 250&amp;nbsp;€. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Asimismo, la cuantía de la subvención no podrá ser superior, aisladamente o en concurrencia, con otras ayudas o subvenciones de cualquier procedencia, al coste de la actividad subvencionable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10. Plazo y lugar para presentar solicitudes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Las solicitudes de subvenciones se podrán presentar a partir del día siguiente de haberse publicado la convocatoria en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; y hasta día 31 de julio de 2024. Durante este plazo, las bases deberán estar publicadas en el tablón de anuncios y en la página web (www.arta.cat) del Ayuntamiento. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Las solicitudes (anexo 1) se presentarán, junto con la documentación que se especifica en el punto 8, en el Registro General del Ayuntamiento de Artà o por cualquiera de los medios y lugares señalados en el artículo 16 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;11. Procedimiento. Órganos competentes para iniciar, instruir y resolver el procedimiento&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El procedimiento de concesión de las subvenciones que regulan estas bases será el de concurrencia competitiva y se hará hasta el límite de las cuantías establecidas en el apartado 6. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En el caso que el crédito presupuestario sea insuficiente, las solicitudes se atenderán por estricto orden de presentación en el Registro General del Ayuntamiento. No obstante, si la persona solicitante no presentara toda la documentación requerida en las bases y se le tuviera que hacer un requerimiento, el número de registro de entrada que se deberá tener en cuenta será el del último registro que se presente al Ayuntamiento para completar el expediente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;11.1. Iniciación &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El procedimiento de concesión de subvenciones se iniciará de oficio, mediante la aprobación de la convocatoria y las bases por la Junta de Gobierno Local. Una vez aprobadas, se publicarán en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; (BOIB), en el tablón de anuncios del Ayuntamiento, en la página web municipal y en otros espacios de difusión de la actividad municipal. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Será aplicable a la instrucción y la resolución del procedimiento de concesión de subvenciones en régimen de concurrencia competitiva el Reglamento municipal regulador de subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Artà (publicado en el BOIB núm. 55, de 22 de abril de 2008) y la Ley&amp;nbsp;38/2003.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;11.2. Instrucción &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La instrucción del procedimiento de concesión de subvenciones corresponderá a la Comisión de Evaluación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Las actividades de instrucción comprenderán:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; Solicitar los informes necesarios para resolver la subvención o exigidos por las normas que la regulen, que se emitirán en el periodo de 10 días hábiles, excepto que el órgano instructor acuerde otro periodo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; Evaluar las solicitudes de conformidad con las bases de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Para estudiar las solicitudes y emitir la propuesta de resolución posterior, se constituirá la Comisión de Evaluación, que se encargará de la instrucción del procedimiento y estará integrada por las personas que se relacionan a continuación, que tendrán voz y voto: el/la alcalde/esa, un/a concejal/a, un/a técnico/a de Intervención, el jefe del Área Socioeducativa y la técnica del SAL.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Corresponderá a la Comisión de Evaluación examinar las solicitudes presentadas, evaluarlas por orden riguroso de entrada y emitir el informe que servirá de base para elaborar la propuesta de resolución, de acuerdo con los criterios de valoración y los requisitos establecidos en estas bases. En cualquier caso, la Comisión de Evaluación podrá realizar todas las actuaciones que considere necesarias para determinar, conocer y comprobar los datos en virtud de los que se haya de pronunciar la resolución, y solicitar todos los informes y la documentación que considere pertinentes para resolver.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Asimismo, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 68 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, en caso de que la documentación se deba corregir o mejorar, se concederá un plazo de diez (10) días hábiles a la persona solicitante. Una vez transcurrido este plazo sin que se haya corregido o complementado la documentación, el Ayuntamiento considerará que la persona solicitante desiste de su solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;11.3. Resolución &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Una vez que la Comisión de Evaluación haya emitido una propuesta de resolución, el órgano competente resolverá el procedimiento de concesión de forma motivada. La competencia para resolver el procedimiento y conceder la subvención se atribuirá a la Junta de Gobierno Local. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Esta resolución se notificará a las personas interesadas y a los departamentos de Tesorería e Intervención. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;12. Obligaciones de las personas beneficiarias&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Las obligaciones de las personas beneficiarias son las siguientes: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; Cumplir el objetivo, ejecutar el proyecto, realizar la actividad o adoptar el comportamiento que fomente la concesión de las subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; Justificar ante el órgano otorgante el cumplimiento de los requisitos y las condiciones, así como la realización de la actividad y el cumplimiento de la finalidad que determinen la concesión de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt; Someterse a las actuaciones de comprobación, así como a otras actuaciones cualesquiera de comprobación y control financiero que puedan realizar los órganos de control competentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d)&lt;/em&gt; Comunicar al órgano otorgante la obtención de otras subvenciones, ayudas, ingresos o recursos que financien las actividades subvencionadas. Esta comunicación se efectuará, como máximo, antes de justificar la aplicación dada a los fondos recibidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e)&lt;/em&gt; Acreditar, antes de que de dicte la propuesta de resolución definitiva de concesión, estar al corriente en el cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias y ante la Seguridad Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;f)&lt;/em&gt; Disponer de los libros contables, registros diligenciados y otros documentos auditados debidamente en los términos exigidos en la legislación mercantil y sectorial aplicable a las personas beneficiarias. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;g)&lt;/em&gt; Conservar los documentos justificativos de la aplicación de los fondos recibidos, incluidos los documentos electrónicos, en la medida de que puedan ser objeto de comprobación y control.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;h)&lt;/em&gt; Adoptar las medidas de difusión que fijen las bases reguladoras sobre el carácter público del financiamiento de programes, actividades, inversiones o actuaciones de cualquier tipo que sean objeto de subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;i)&lt;/em&gt; Reintegrar los fondos recibidos en los casos en que sea procedente por concurrir causa de reintegro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;13. Pago&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Dado que la justificación de esta subvención se hará con la presentación de la solicitud, el pago se hará efectivo después de comprobar que se cumplen los requisitos establecidos en las bases de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Para poder percibir la ayuda, la persona beneficiaria deberá estar al corriente de sus obligaciones económicas con el Ayuntamiento, por lo que el departamento municipal correspondiente expedirá, a solicitud del departamento responsable, un informe que acredite esta circunstancia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Si la documentación justificativa presentada es incompleta o incorrecta, el servicio responsable requerirá a la persona beneficiaria hacer la rectificación oportuna en el plazo improrrogable de 10 días, a contar a partir del día siguiente de haber recibido el requerimiento. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El Ayuntamiento inspeccionará las actividades que haya subvencionado y la calidad lingüística de los textos, sin perjuicio de las competencias que puedan corresponder, por normativa legal o reglamentaria, a otros organismos o instituciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El incumplimiento no corregible de cualquier requisito establecido en estas bases o de la finalidad para la que se hubiera concedido la subvención puede provocar la anulación total o parcial, que se acordará por los órganos competentes del Ayuntamiento. En ese caso, la persona beneficiaria estará obligada a reintegrar las cantidades recibidas y los intereses de demora que correspondan, mediante la tramitación previa del procedimiento legal correspondiente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;De la misma manera, el acuerdo de concesión de la subvención se podrá modificar en los casos de alteración de las condiciones o de obtención de otras ayudas concurrentes que no figuren en la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;14. Revocación y reintegro&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;14.1. Invalidez de la resolución de concesión&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Serán causas de nulidad de la resolución de la concesión: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; Las indicadas en el artículo 47.1 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; La inexistencia o insuficiencia de crédito presupuestario. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Asimismo, también son causas de anulabilidad de la resolución de la concesión el resto de infracciones del ordenamiento jurídico, especialmente de las reglas contenidas en la Ley&amp;nbsp;38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, de conformidad con el artículo 48 de la Ley&amp;nbsp;39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Cuando concurra alguno de los supuestos indicados en los artículos mencionados, el órgano otorgante los revisará de oficio o declarará la lesividad y ulterior impugnación, de conformidad con los artículos 106 y 107 de la Ley 39/2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La declaración judicial o administrativa de nulidad o anulación implicará el reintegro de las cantidades entregadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;14.2. Causas de reintegro&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Además de los casos en que se declare la invalidez de la resolución de concesión también procederá al reintegro de las cantidades recibidas más el interés de demora correspondiente desde el momento del pago de la subvención hasta la fecha en que se acuerde la procedencia del reintegro, en los siguientes supuestos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; Obtención de la subvención falseando las condiciones requeridas para ello u ocultando aquellas que, si se hubieran conocido, habrían impedido obtener la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; Incumplimiento total o parcial del objetivo, la actividad, el proyecto o la no-adopción del comportamiento que fundamente la concesión de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt; Incumplimiento de la obligación de justificación o la justificación insuficiente en los términos establecidos por estas bases reguladoras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d)&lt;/em&gt; Incumplimiento de las obligaciones de adoptar las medidas de difusión exigidas en las bases reguladoras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e)&lt;/em&gt; Resistencia, excusa, obstrucción o negativa a las actuaciones de comprobación y control financiero, así como incumplimiento de las obligaciones contables, registrales o de conservación de documentos cuando de esto se derive la imposibilidad de verificar la utilización que se ha dado a los fondos recibidos, el cumplimiento del objetivo, la realidad y la regularidad de las actividades subvencionadas, o la concurrencia de subvenciones, ayudas, ingresos o recursos para la misma finalidad, procedentes de cualquier administración o ente público o privado, nacional, de la Unión Europea o de organismos internacionales.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;f)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;Incumplimiento de las obligaciones impuestas por la Administración a las personas beneficiarias, así como de los compromisos asumidos por éstas, con motivo de la concesión de la subvención, siempre y cuando afecten y hagan referencia a la forma de acuerdo con la que se deben conseguir los objetivos, realizar la actividad, ejecutar el proyecto o adoptar el comportamiento que fundamenta la concesión de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;g)&lt;/em&gt; Incumplimiento de las obligaciones impuestas por la Administración a las personas&amp;nbsp; beneficiarias, así como de los compromisos asumidos por éstas, con motivo de la concesión de la subvención, distintos de los anteriores, cuando de esto se derive la imposibilidad de verificar la utilización dada a los fondos recibidos, el cumplimiento del objetivo, la realidad y la regularidad de las actividades subvencionadas, o la concurrencia de subvenciones, ayudas, ingresos o recursos para la misma finalidad, procedentes de cualquier administración o ente público o privado, nacional, de la Unión Europea o de organismos internacionales. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;h)&lt;/em&gt;&amp;nbsp;Adopción, en virtud de los artículos 87 al 89 del Tratado de la Unión Europea, de una decisión de la que se derive una necesidad de reintegro. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;i)&lt;/em&gt; Resto de supuestos previstos en las bases reguladoras de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;14.3. Naturaleza de los créditos a reintegrar &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Las cantidades a reintegrar tendrán la consideración de ingresos de derecho público y, para cobrarlas, será de aplicación la Ley General Presupuestaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El Interés de demora aplicable en materia de subvenciones será el interés legal del dinero incrementado en un 25&amp;nbsp;%, excepto que la Ley de Presupuestos Generales del Estado establezca otro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;14.4. Procedimiento de reintegro&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El procedimiento para exigir el reintegro de las subvenciones tendrá carácter administrativo y, como tal, se regirá por las disposiciones generales sobre procedimientos administrativos de la Ley&amp;nbsp;39/2015, sin perjuicio de las especialidades establecidas en la Ley General de Subvenciones y sus disposiciones de desarrollo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En todos los casos, en el procedimiento de reintegro se observarán las siguientes fases:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; Acuerdo de inicio del procedimiento. Se podrá iniciar de oficio, con denuncia previa o como consecuencia del informe de control financiero emitido por la Intervención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; Trámite de alegaciones, garantizando el derecho de audiencia de la persona interesada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt; Si es procedente, informe de valoración de las alegaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d)&lt;/em&gt; Informe propuesta emitido por el órgano de control financiero.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e)&lt;/em&gt; Resolución del procedimiento que ponga fin a la vía administrativa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La obligación de reintegro que se apruebe será independiente de las sanciones que, si cabe, resulten exigibles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;15. Régimen jurídico&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Las ayudas objeto de esta convocatoria se regirán por lo que disponen estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En todo aquello que no se regule, se aplicará la siguiente normativa:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Artículos 24 y 27 del Reglamento para el uso de la lengua catalana en el Ayuntamiento de Artà.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Artículo 4 de la Ley orgánica 1/2007, de 28 de febrero, de reforma del Estatuto de Autonomía de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Ley 3/1986, de 29 de abril, de Normalización Lingüística en las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Real Decreto 887/2006, de 21 de julio, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley&amp;nbsp;38/2003.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Reglamento municipal regulador de subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Artà (BOIB núm. 55, de 22 de abril de 2008).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;16. Recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En contra del acuerdo de resolución de la convocatoria se podrá interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante la Junta de Gobierno Local, en el plazo de un mes a contar a partir del día siguiente de haberse publicado en el tablón de edictos el acuerdo de aprobación de estas bases, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 52.2.&lt;em&gt;a&lt;/em&gt; de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, de Bases del Régimen Local, y el artículo 123 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;También se podrá interponer directamente un recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso-administrativo de las Illes Balears, de acuerdo con lo que disponen los artículos 10 y 14 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-administrativa, en el plazo de dos meses a contar a partir de la misma publicación del acuerdo en el tablón de edictos, tal como establece el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;No obstante, se podrá interponer, si cabe, cualquier otro recurso que sea pertinente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;17. Protección de datos de carácter personal&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;De conformidad con la normativa de protección de datos vigente, los datos personales que se faciliten serán tratados por el Ayuntamiento de Artà (plaza Ajuntament, 1, 07570 Artà, Illes Balears, tel. 971829595&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;, ajuntament@arta.cat)&lt;/span&gt;, responsable del tratamiento. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La finalidad del tratamiento es tramitar y gestionar la convocatoria de subvenciones para la normalización lingüística en las empresas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La licitud para tratar los datos de carácter personal obtenidos, tanto en los formularios como en la documentación que se pueda adjuntar, se basa en el artículo 6.1.&lt;em&gt;c&lt;/em&gt; del Reglamento General de Protección de Datos, sobre el cumplimiento de una obligación legal, y en el artículo 6.1.&lt;em&gt;e&lt;/em&gt;, sobre el cumplimiento de una misión realizada en interés público según la siguiente normativa: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;-&amp;nbsp;Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;-&amp;nbsp;Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;-&amp;nbsp;Ley 58/2003, de 17 de diciembre, General Tributaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;-&amp;nbsp;Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;-&amp;nbsp;Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, Municipal y de Régimen Local de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;-&amp;nbsp;Ley 3/1986, de 29 de abril, de Normalización Lingüística en las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Los datos solicitados serán los necesarios para tramitar correctamente la solicitud. Así mismo, los datos podrán ser comunicados a la Base Nacional de Subvenciones, a la Agencia Estatal de Administración Tributaria y a otras administraciones que puedan estar relacionadas con la subvención. Por otra parte, no están previstas transferencias a terceros países u organizaciones internacionales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Los datos personales se conservarán durante el tiempo necesario para cumplir con la finalidad para la que fueron recabados y para determinar las posibles responsabilidades que se pudieran derivar de dicha finalidad y del tratamiento de los datos. Así mismo, será de aplicación lo dispuesto en la política de gestión documental y de archivos del Ayuntamiento de Artà.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Las personas afectadas podrán ejercer los derechos de acceso, rectificación, supresión y otros derechos, si procede, ante el Ayuntamiento de Artà (plaza Ajuntament, 1, 07570 Artà, Illes Balears), indicando en el asunto “Protección de datos” o a través de la Sede Electrónica &lt;span style="color:null"&gt;(https://seu.arta.cat/).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Si en el ejercicio de sus derechos no ha sido debidamente atendida, la persona afectada podrá presentar una reclamación ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (c/ Jorge Juan, 6, 28001 Madrid, o a través de la sede electrónica &amp;lt;sedeagpd.gob.es&amp;gt;). No obstante, en primera instancia y con carácter potestativo, la persona afectada podrá contactar con la persona designada como delegada de protección de datos del Ayuntamiento de Artà &lt;span style="color:null"&gt;(dpd@arta.cat).&amp;gt;&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;En caso de discrepancia entre la versión catalana y la versión castellana, prevalecerá la versión catalana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
