Aprobación de la propuesta MF-878, relativa a la modificación y creación de puestos de trabajo en el Departamento de Movilidad ]] 684197 text/html CAIB 12099 es CAIB 2024-03-16 2024-03-16 es 750 ![CDATA[<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Mediante acuerdo de la Junta de Gobierno de 28/02/2024, se aprobó lo siguiente:</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>“PRIMERO. </strong>- Aprobar la modificación de la Relación de Puestos de trabajo del Ayuntamiento de Palma que figura a la propuesta adjunta MF-878 relativa a la modificación y creación de puestos de trabajo al Departamento de Movilidad, de acuerdo con la petición del Área de Movilidad.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>SEGUNDO.</strong> - Aprobar las funciones específicas de los puestos incorporados en la propuesta.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>TERCERO</strong>.- Establecer como fecha de efectos la del día siguiente a su aprobación.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>CUARTO. -</strong> Publicar el contenido del Acuerdo en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.”</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra la presente resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se podrá interponer por parte de los interesados recurso potestativo de reposición en el plazo de un mes ante el mismo órgano que las haya aprobado, de acuerdo con el artículo 123 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.
