    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; n.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;º&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;34, de 9 de marzo de 2024&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, ha publicado &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;el Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 8 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de marzo de 2024&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;por el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;que&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; se aprueba de forma definitiva el Plan Especial de Desarrollo de Vivienda de Titularidad Pública y el Proyecto de Urbanización para la Actuación Pública de Can Escandell, de acuerdo con el artículo 15.3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;f)&lt;/em&gt; del Decreto Ley 3/2020, de 28 de febrero, de medidas urgentes en materia de vivienda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Durante la preparación de las publicaciones de los acuerdos y decretos adoptados por el Consejo de Gobierno de día 8 de marzo de 2024, que se envían al &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las I&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;lles&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt; Balears&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, se cometió un err&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;or&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Por un lado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;el texto del punto tercero aprobado &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;durante la sesión del Consejo de Gobierno no coincid&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; con la versión que se envió al BOIB y, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;por otro lado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;tampoco&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; se adjuntó &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;para publicar &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;contenido del &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Plan Especial y &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;del Proyecto de Urbanización a la publicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Visto todo lo &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;anterior&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; y de acuerdo con el artículo 19.2 y 19.4 del Decreto 68/2012, de 27 de julio, por el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;que&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; se regula el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las I&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;lle&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;s Balears&lt;/em&gt;, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero. &lt;/strong&gt;Corregir la errata advertida en las versiones catalana y castellana del Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 8 de marzo de 2024 por el que se aprueba de forma definitiva el Plan Especial de Desarrollo de Vivienda de Titularidad Pública y el Proyecto de Urbanización para la Actuación Pública de Can Escandell, de acuerdo con el artículo&amp;nbsp;15.3.&lt;em&gt;f)&lt;/em&gt; del Decreto Ley 3/2020, de 28 de febrero, de medidas urgentes en materia de vivienda, de la siguiente manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;— Página 10984 del &lt;em&gt;B&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;oletín &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Oficial de las I&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;lle&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;s Balears&lt;/em&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Donde dice:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;.&lt;/strong&gt; Ordenar la publicación en el BOIB de este Acuerdo, así como del contenido del Plan Especial y del Proyecto de Urbanización que se puede consultar en la siguiente dirección web:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Debe decir:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;. &lt;/strong&gt;Ordenar la publicación en el BOIB de este acuerdo, así como del contenido del Plan Especial y del Proyecto de Urbanización.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.&lt;/strong&gt; Publicar en &lt;em&gt;el Boletín Oficial de las I&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;lles&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt; Balears &lt;/em&gt;el contenido del Plan Especial y del Proyecto de Urbanización.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
