    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Visto que, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en los artículos 169.1 por remisión del 179.4 del Texto Refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, no se ha presentado ninguna reclamación contra el acuerdo del Pleno del Ayuntamiento de día 25 de enero de 2024, publicado en el BOIB n.º 17 de fecha 3 de febrero de 2024, por el cual se aprueba inicialmente el &lt;strong&gt;e&lt;/strong&gt;xpediente de modificación de créditos n.º 1/2024 de crédito extraordinario, se entiende el mismo elevado a definitivo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;“1. Modificar el presupuesto de gastos del presente ejercicio incrementando las siguientes aplicaciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Contra el presente Acuerdo, en virtud de lo que se dispone en el artículo 171 del Real decreto legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, los interesados podrán interponer directamente recurso contencioso-administrativo en la forma y plazos establecidos en los artículos 25 a 42 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, Reguladora de esta Jurisdicción. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Sin perjuicio de esto, a tenor de lo establecido en el artículo 113.3 de la Ley 7/1985, la interposición de este recurso no suspenderá por sí sola la efectividad del acto o Acuerdo impugnado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
