CAIB ![CDATA[Aprobación definitiva expediente de modificación de créditos n.º 2/2024 de crédito extraordinario]] 2024-03-11 text/html es 11282 CAIB es 684082 152901 2024-03-14 CAIB 2024-03-14 ![CDATA[<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Visto que, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en los artículos 169.1 por remisión del 179.4 del Texto Refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, no se ha presentado ninguna reclamación contra el acuerdo del&nbsp; Pleno del Ayuntamiento de día 25 de enero de 2024, publicado en el BOIB n.º 17 de fecha 3 de febrero de 2024, por el cual se aprueba inicialmente el&nbsp; <strong>e</strong>xpediente de modificación de créditos n.º 2/2024 de crédito extraordinario, se entiende el mismo elevado a definitivo:</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">“1.
