    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El artículo 11.1 de la Ley 2/2003, de 20 de marzo, de organización institucional del sistema universitario de las Illes Balears, establece que el presidente del Consejo Social tiene que ser nombrado entre los miembros a los que hace referencia el artículo 7.2 de esta Ley, por decreto del Consejo de Gobierno de las Illes Balears, a propuesta del consejero competente en materia de universidades y oído el rector de la Universidad de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Mediante el Decreto 98/2019, de 20 de diciembre, se nombró al señor Bartomeu Llinàs Ferrà presidente del Consejo Social de la Universidad de las Illes Balears. De acuerdo con el artículo 11.3 de la Ley 2/2003, este nombramiento era por un periodo de cuatro años.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Por todo esto, oído el rector de la Universidad de las Illes Balears, a propuesta del consejero de Educación y Universidades, y habiéndolo considerado el Consejo de Gobierno en la sesión de 8 de marzo de 2024,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DECRETO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo único&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Se nombra al señor Antonio Bennasar y Arbós presidente del Consejo Social de la Universidad de les Illes Balears por un periodo de cuatro años. A la vez, se agradece al señor Bartomeu Llinàs Ferrà la tarea desarrollada en el Consejo Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Disposición final&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Este Decreto tiene efectos a partir del día siguiente de haberse publicado en el&lt;em&gt; Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
