CAIB text/html 2024-03-05 10644 es ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">El gerente del <span style="color:black">Patronato Municipal de la Vivienda y de Rehabilitación Integral de Barrios, por Decreto HAB 202400049 de fecha 6 de febrero de 2024, resolvió:</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal"><strong>Primero.- </strong>Aprobar la convocatoria de concurso extraordinario de méritos - para cubrir UNA plaza de personal laboral técnico superior en derecho del Patronato Municipal de la Vivienda y de Rehabilitación Integral de Barrios - incluida en la oferta pública de estabilización 2023 (tasa adicional ) aprobada por la Junta de Gobierno del Ayuntamiento de Palma en sesión de 22 de noviembre de 2023, publicada en el BOIB núm. 162 de 28 de noviembre de 2023- suspendida por decreto HAB 202400028 de fecha 17/01/2024.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:white"><span style="line-height:normal"><strong>Segundo.- </strong>Autorizar el gasto que, en concepto de retribución anual y cuota patronal asciende a un total de 55.146,67 con cargo a las aplicaciones presupuestarias 00.15210.13000 y 00.15210.16000.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal"><strong>Tercero.- </strong>Aprobar la modificación de las bases aprobadas por el decreto HAB 202200495, de fecha 05/12/2022 de concurso extraordinario de méritos, publicados en el BOIB núm. 163, de 15 de diciembre de 2022 y en el BOIB núm. 168 de 27 de diciembre de 2022, que regirán esta convocatoria, añadiendo los párrafos que se relacionan a continuación y que afectan a la convocatoria de la plaza de técnico superior en derecho:</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
