&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Código de la Convocatoria: 746074&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En conformidad con el previsto en los artículos 17.3.b y 20.8.a de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, se publica el extracto de la convocatoria el texto completo de la cual puede consultarse en la Base de datos Nacional de Subvenciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;(http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index):&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero. Beneficiarios.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los estudiantes tendrán que estar empadronados en el Municipio de Andratx&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los solicitantes de esta beca, padre, madre o tutores legales, tendrán que cumplir los siguientes requisitos: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Estar al corriente de sus obligaciones fiscales con este Ayuntamiento, y no ser deudores por cualquier otro concepto no tributario. Con cuyo objeto, una vez finalizado el plazo para presentar las solicitudes, el tesorero del Ayuntamiento expedirá de oficio una certificación acreditativa de si los peticionarios están al corriente de sus obligaciones fiscales con este Ayuntamiento, y no estén deudores por cualquier otro concepto no tributario. Los peticionarios que no estuvieran al corriente de sus obligaciones tributarias, tendrán 10 días hábiles para reparar la deficiencia detectada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los hijos/se, tienen que estar matriculados en un centro público, privado o concertado; en 2.º Ciclo de Educación Infantil, Primaria, Secundaria Obligatoria y/o Formación Profesional Básica a cualquier de los centros docentes de Andratx o en el caso de que estudien fuera del municipio tienen que estar empadronados en Andratx, curso 2023/2024 (en este último caso se tiene que acreditar). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El cumplimiento de estos requisitos se comprobará de oficio, excepto cuando los estudios se cursen en centros no ubicados en el municipio de Andratx.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No ser beneficiario del programa de reutilización de libros por parte de su centro. El simple hecho de presentar la solicitud de las becas, supone aceptar estas bases y en caso de falsedad u omisión total o parcial de la documentación presentada se incurrirá en responsabilidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo. Objeto. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El objeto de esta convocatoria es ayudar a las familias con niños escolarizados en segundo ciclo de Educación Infantil, Primaria, Secundaria Obligatoria y Formación Profesional Básica, curso 2023/2024, con independencia del centro en el que estén matriculados para sufragar los gastos consistentes en escolarización, libros, material escolar, actividades de refuerzo y programas especiales de educación así como los gastos derivados del transporte de los alumnos en el centro educativo matriculados durante el mencionado curso. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Tercero. Bases reguladoras.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Beca para matriculados a 1.º de Educación Infantil: 70.-€ &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Beca para matriculados a 2.º de Educación Infantil: 70.-€&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Beca para matriculados a 3.º de Educación Infantil: 70.-€ &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Beca para matriculados a 1.º de Educación Primaria: 100.-€ &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Beca para matriculados a 2.º de Educación Primaria: 100.-€ &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Beca para matriculados a 3.º de Educación Primaria: 100.-€ &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Beca para matriculados a 4.º de Educación Primaria: 100.-€ &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Beca para matriculados a 5.º de Educación Primaria: 100.-€ &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Beca para matriculados a 6.º de Educación Primaria: 100.-€ &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Beca para matriculados a 1.º de ESO: 145.-€ &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Beca para matriculados a 2.º de ESO: 145.-€ &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Beca para matriculados a 3.º de ESO: 145.-€ &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Beca para matriculados a 4.º de ESO: 145.-€ &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Beca para matriculados a Formación Profesional Básica: 145-.€ &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Si en la hora de determinar las becas correspondientes a las solicitudes, el crédito presupuestario no fuera suficiente para concederlas todas, se reducirían proporcionalmente las cuantías resultantes hasta que no se supere el importe global de la concesión presupuestaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La cuantía total de la partida presupuestaria prevista a los presupuestos del Ayuntamiento de Andratx para el año 2024 de la partida: 326.48900 asciende a 90.000,00.- €, por la educación obligatoria: 2.º ciclo de infantil, primaria, secundaria obligatoria y formación profesional básica, para el curso 2023/2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Quinto. Plazo de presentación de las solicitudes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El plazo de presentación de solicitudes será de día 11 de marzo a 11 de abril de 2024.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
