    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Una vez comprobado que no se ha podido practicar personalmente la notificación individual a las personas interesadas por parte del servicio de Correos, y en aplicación del artículo 44 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, se notifica a las personas mencionadas en el anexo que el director general del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares dictó resolución desestimatoria de su solicitud de compensación económica por traslado de enfermos, que pueden consultar en las oficinas de los Servicios Centrales de este organismo, en la calle de la Reina Esclarmunda, núm. 9, de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra la resolución mencionada, se puede interponer reclamación previa ante este Servicio de Salud, con dirección en la calle de la Reina Esclarmunda, núm. 9, de Palma, dentro del plazo de treinta días contadores desde la fecha de notificación, de acuerdo con lo que establece el artículo 71.2 de la Ley 36/2011, de 10 de octubre, reguladora de la jurisdicción social. Una vez resuelta esta reclamación y agotada la vía administrativa, se puede interponer demanda ante los juzgados sociales (art. 71.6 de la misma norma).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
