    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;El apartado&amp;nbsp;8.3. de la Resolución del&amp;nbsp;Presidente del Fondo de&amp;nbsp;Garantía Agraria&amp;nbsp;y Pesquera de&amp;nbsp;las&amp;nbsp;Islas Baleares&amp;nbsp;(FOGAIBA) de 14&amp;nbsp;de abril&amp;nbsp;de 2023&amp;nbsp;por la&amp;nbsp;que se convocan, para el ejercicio&amp;nbsp;2016,&amp;nbsp;ayudas para el fomento de la producción integrada,&amp;nbsp;especifica&amp;nbsp;que la resolución&amp;nbsp;expresa&amp;nbsp;se notificará&amp;nbsp;a&amp;nbsp;los interesados mediante&amp;nbsp;su publicación en el&amp;nbsp;Boletín Oficial de las&amp;nbsp;Islas Baleares&amp;nbsp;de acuerdo con los&amp;nbsp;términos&amp;nbsp;previstos en el artículo&amp;nbsp;45.2&amp;nbsp;de la Ley&amp;nbsp;39/2015, de 1&amp;nbsp;de octubre, del&amp;nbsp;procedimiento administrativo común de&amp;nbsp;las&amp;nbsp;administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;Los expedientes&amp;nbsp;han sido&amp;nbsp;tramitados&amp;nbsp;por el Fondo&amp;nbsp;de Garantía Agraria&amp;nbsp;y Pesquera de&amp;nbsp;las&amp;nbsp;Islas Baleares&amp;nbsp;(FOGAIBA) en cumplimiento de lo&amp;nbsp;dispuesto en el artículo&amp;nbsp;43&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;la Ley&amp;nbsp;39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las&amp;nbsp;administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;El vicepresidente&amp;nbsp;en Materia Agraria del FOGAIBA, con fecha 26&amp;nbsp;de febrero&amp;nbsp;de 2024, firmó la siguiente &amp;nbsp;resolución,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Con fecha 2&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;9&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;/0&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;6&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;/2023 y núm. 0400&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;5132&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;, tuvo entrada en el Registro del FOGAIBA una solicitud de ayuda a nombre de &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;JAUME POU VICENS&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;, con &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;N&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;IF núm. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;***3118**, al amparo de la Resolución de la presidenta del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA) de 18 de abril de 2023 por la que se aprueba la convocatoria, para el año 2023, de las ayudas destinadas al Fomento de la Producción Integrada. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;2. Co&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;n fecha 22/&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;0&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;1/202&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;4, los solicitantes presentaron mediante la plataforma SGA los desistimientos de su solicitud de ayuda por la línea de Producción Integrada. Y la que el Servicio de Ayudas al Desarrollo Rural acepta el desistimiento por la ayuda de Producción Integrada. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;3. Los órganos gestores del Servicio de Ayudas al Desarrollo Rural han realizado los oportunos controles administrativos de la solicitud y de su desistimiento.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;2. La Orden 10/2023 de la consellera de Agricultura, Pesca y Alimentación, de 5 de abril de 2023, por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras para la concesión de subvenciones en el marco de las intervenciones para el desarrollo rural de las Islas Baleares 2023-2027. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;3. Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Propuesta de resolución &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;PROPONGO al vicepresidente del FOGAIBA que dicte resolución en los siguientes términos: &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;1. Dar por desistida la ayuda solicitada del expediente: JAUME POU VICENS, con CIF núm. ***3118** de la línea de ayudas destinadas al Fomento de la Producción Integrada.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Contra esta resolución -que no agota la vía administrativa- se puede interponer recurso de alzada ante el consell&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;er de Agricultura&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;,&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;Pesca&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;y Medio Natural, en el plazo de un mes, a contar desde el día siguiente de la notificación de la resolución, de acuerdo con el artículo 58.4 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la comunidad autónoma de las Illes Balears, y los artículos 121 y 122, de la Ley 39/2015 del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
