&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Habiendo finalizado el periodo de exposición al público para poder examinar y presentar las oportunas reclamaciones a la modificación de la Plantilla de Personal, dentro del presupuesto municipal del 2024 que fue aprobada inicialmente por el Ayuntamiento en Pleno en la sesión ordinaria del día 25 de enero de 2024 y teniendo en cuenta que durante el período del 3 al 23 de febrero de 2024, según edicto insertado en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares número 17, de fecha de 3-2-2024 y en el tablón de anuncios de la Corporación, no se han presentado alegaciones en contra; se da por definitivamente aprobada la Plantilla de Personal del Presupuesto Municipal del ejercicio 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 169.3 del RDL 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, y en cumplimiento al artículo 127 del RD legislativo 781/1986, se hace público el acuerdo aprobado por el Ayuntamiento en Pleno, por el cual se modifica la plantilla de personal de 2024:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;“&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;o&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;.-&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; Apro&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ar inicialment&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; la modificació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;n&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de la Plantilla de Personal de 2024, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;con el augmento de los complementos específicos de las plazas siguientes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
