Decreto de alcaldía núm. 2.414 de 16 de febrero de 2024&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;, ha resuelto lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.- &lt;/strong&gt;Aprobar la lista de personas aspirantes que han superado el proceso selectivo correspondiente a la tasa adicional de estabilización de la ocupación temporal para el año 2021, para cubrir 2 plazas de Educador/a social , como personal laboral del Ayuntamiento de Palma, por el sistema de concurso de méritos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.- &lt;/strong&gt;Ordenar la publicación de esta resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares y en la página web del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra esta resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer recurso potestativo de reposición ante el mismo órgano que la ha dictado, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;También se puede interponer directamente un recurso contencioso administrativo, de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 123 citado y el artículo 45 y siguientes de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
