    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Mediante el Decreto 64/2002, de 3 de mayo, se creó el Consejo Social de la Lengua Catalana como órgano de asesoramiento y consulta en materia lingüística, se definieron sus funciones y se determinó su composición, estructura y funcionamiento. Posteriormente, este Decreto ha sido modificado, en última instancia, por el Decreto 77/2023, de 1 de septiembre de 2023, de modificación del Decreto 64/2002, de 3 de mayo, de creación del Consejo Social de la Lengua Catalana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Concretamente, el Decreto 77/2023 ha modificado los artículos 3, 4 y 11 del Decreto 64/2002 y ha actualizado la composición del Consejo Social para adaptarla a la nueva organización administrativa, teniendo en cuenta que el Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos asume gran parte de las competencias en política lingüística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Una vez publicado el Decreto 77/2023, las entidades y las instituciones representadas han hecho las designaciones correspondientes y las propuestas de nombramiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Por todo esto, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
