    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se hace público que el Pleno del Consell Insular, en sesión de carácter extraordinario y urgente, el día 23 de febrero de 2024 ha adoptado el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;“3.2. PRP2024-170. PROPUESTA DE APROBACIÓN&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;INICIAL DE LA MODIFICACIÓN DE LA ORDENANZA FISCAL REGULADORA DE LA TASA POR LA OBTENCIÓN Y CONTROL DE LA AUTORIZACIÓN POR LA ENTRADA, CIRCULACIÓN Y ESTACIONAMIENTO DE VEHÍCULOS DE MOTOR EN LAS VÍAS PÚBLICAS DE LA ISLA DE FORMENTERA DURANTE LOS PERÍODOS AÑO DE MAYOR AFLUENCIA TURÍSTICA.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Sometido a votación de los 16 miembros presentes (de los 17 que forman Pleno de la corporación), con la siguiente composición y votación: por mayoría absoluta, con el voto a favor del presidente, no adscrito a ningún grupo político, y de los 8 representantes del grupo político Sa Unió de Formentera PP-Compromís (que forman el equipo de Gobierno) y la abstención de los 4 representantes presentes del grupo político Gent x Formentera y de los 3 representantes del grupo político PSIB-PSOE, adopta, en base a la propuesta transcrita, el siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ACUERDO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;PRIMERO.- APROBAR INICIALMENTE LA MODIFICACIÓN DE LA ORDENANZA FISCAL REGULADORA DE LA TASA para la obtención y control de la autorización para la entrada, circulación y estacionamiento de vehículos a motor en las vías públicas de la isla de Formentera durante los períodos del año de mayor afluencia turística&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;, con el texto que se transcribe como anexo (I y II), todo ello de conformidad con los artículos 15 a 19 del Real decreto legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, que regula el Texto refundido de la Ley de haciendas locales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Se encuentran también los siguientes preceptos de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de consejos insulares: el artículo 17.1, letra l (&lt;em&gt;ele&lt;/em&gt;), sobre competencia del Pleno, para determinar los recursos de carácter tributario y otras prestaciones patrimoniales públicas (si fueran precios públicos, la competencia del Pleno proviene de la siguiente letra: m, letra m, y la cuantía concreta de los precios públicos es delegable en la Junta de Gobierno, según el artículo 17.3); el artículo 17.2, sobre competencia del Pleno (a aprobar por mayoría simple); el artículo 70, sobre marco normativo; el artículo 71.1, sobre titularidad de la potestad reglamentaria por el Pleno, en materia tributaria; el artículo 72.1, letra &lt;em&gt;c&lt;/em&gt; (sobre tipología de la disposición general: ordenanza fiscal), que debe seguir, para regular los tributos insulares, la legislación de haciendas locales (artículo 72.2.&lt;em&gt;c&lt;/em&gt;); el artículo 73.3, sobre supuesto especial: la elaboración, contenido y aprobación de las ordenanzas fiscales de los consejos insulares deben ajustarse a la legislación de haciendas locales, con las especialidades organizativas derivadas de la Ley de consejos insulares; el artículo 76, sobre portal web y participación ciudadana y el artículo 78, sobre publicidad y eficacia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;SEGUNDO.- PUBLICAR &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB), en el tablón de anuncios y en la página web del Consell Insular de Formentera, así como en un diario de los de mayor difusión en la isla de Formentera, edicto relativo al acuerdo de aprobación provisional de modificación de la Ordenanza fiscal, con la finalidad de que la ciudadanía y las personas legítimamente interesadas puedan examinar el expediente y formular reclamaciones durante el plazo de 30 días a partir de la publicación del edicto en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;TERCERO.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;REMITIR&lt;/strong&gt; copia compulsada del texto del proyecto de modificación de la Ordenanza aprobada provisionalmente en el Institut de la Dona de les Illes Balears en cumplimiento de lo establecido en el art. 5.3 de la Ley 11/2016, de 28 de julio, de igualdad de mujeres y hombres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;CUARTO.- SOLICITAR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; informe a la Conselleria competente en materia de hacienda del Gobierno de las Illes Balears, a los efectos oportunos atendiendo al presente fondo de la Ordenanza fiscal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;QUINTO.- CONSIDERAR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; que si en el plazo de información pública no existen reclamaciones y si el informe a la Conselleria competente en materia de hacienda del Gobierno de las Illes Balears es favorable, deberá entenderse definitivamente aprobado el acuerdo provisional adoptado, sin necesidad de un nuevo acuerdo expreso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;SEXTO.- CONSIDERAR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;, en lo que se refiere al informe del Institut de la Dona, que queda facultado el secretario de la corporación a incorporar de oficio el contenido del correspondiente informe en el texto definitivo a publicar, siempre que el informe emitido no desvirtúe el fondo del acuerdo objeto de aprobación provisional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;SÉPTIMO.- ORDENAR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; la publicación íntegra en el BOIB del acuerdo correspondiente, ya sea el provisional elevado a definitivo, ya sea el derivado del estudio de las reclamaciones, a efectos de entrada en vigor, todo de conformidad con el citado Texto refundido de la Ley de haciendas locales y también el artículo 103.2 de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Islas Baleares”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ANEXO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ORDENANZA FISCAL REGULADORA DE LA TASA PORLA OBTENCIÓN Y CONTROL DE LA AUTORIZACIÓN POR LA ENTRADA, CIRCULACIÓN Y ESTACIONAMIENTO DE VEHÍCULOS DE MOTOR EN LAS VÍAS PÚBLICAS DE LA ISLA DE FORMENTERA DURANTE LOS PERIODOS DEL AÑO DE MAYOR AFLUENCIA TURÍSTICA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 1&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Fundamento y naturaleza&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En uso de las facultades concedidas por los artículos 133.2 y 142 de la Constitución y por el artículo 106 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases de régimen local y con arreglo a lo dispuesto en los artículos 15 a 19 del Texto refundido de la Ley reguladora de las haciendas locales, aprobado por Real decreto legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo y la Ley 7/2019, de 8 de febrero, para la sostenibilidad medioambiental y económica de la isla de Formentera, este Consell establece la tasa por la obtención y control de la autorización por la entrada, circulación y estacionamiento de vehículos a motor en las vías públicas de la isla de Formentera durante los períodos del año de mayor afluencia turística, que se regirá por la presente Ordenanza fiscal, cuyas normas atienden lo establecido en el artículo 57 del citado Texto refundido y normativa concordante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 2&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Hecho imponible&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.- Constituyen el hecho imponible de esta tasa:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) La actividad administrativa con motivo de la expedición por parte del Consell Insular de Formentera de toda clase de documentos que habiliten para la entrada, circulación y estacionamiento de vehículos a motor en las vías de la isla de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) El control de la acreditación por la entrada, la circulación y el estacionamiento en vías públicas de la Isla de Formentera de los vehículos a motor durante el período de limitación que establezca el Pleno del Consell Insular de Formentera, de conformidad con la LSMEIF.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 3&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;No sujeció&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No están sujetos a la tasa presente los siguientes vehículos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Vehículos al servicio de personas con movilidad reducida, debidamente acreditados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Vehículos oficiales y de servicio público, incluidos en todo caso los de las fuerzas y cuerpos de seguridad, extinción de incendios, ambulancias y vehículos del sistema sanitario, coches fúnebres, protección civil, transporte público y escolar, taxis, residuos y limpieza pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Vehículos de transporte de bienes y mercancías, así como de distribución comercial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) Tractores, excavadoras y vehículos similares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La documentación que presentar por no estar sujetas a la tasa va anexada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 4&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Sujeto pasivo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Son sujetos pasivos de la tasa las personas titulares (propietario/a, primer/a conductor/a segundo/a conductor/a; o, en su caso, poseedor/a legal) de vehículos a motor que soliciten la autorización o acreditación que permita la entrada, circulación y estacionamiento en vía pública durante el período de limitación establecido en las medidas aprobadas por el Consell Insular de Formentera para la aplicación de la LSMEIF.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 5&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Importe de la tasa&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las tarifas de la tasa por unidad de tiempo serán:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Meses de junio y septiembre:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Importe por turismo (junio y septiembre):&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; 6,00 €/día, con un importe mínimo de 30,00 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Importe por moto (motocicletas y ciclomotores):&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;3,00 €/día, con un importe mínimo de 15,00 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Meses de julio y agosto:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Importe por turismo (junio y septiembre):&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; 9,00 €/día, con un importe mínimo de 45,00 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Importe por moto (motocicletas y ciclomotores):&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;4,50 €/día, con un importe mínimo de 22,50 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 6&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Beneficios fiscales&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se bonificará la tasa al 50% en los siguientes vehículos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Vehículos híbridos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se bonificará la tasa al 100% en los siguientes vehículos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Vehículos de los que sean titulares personas físicas o jurídicas con residencia en Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Vehículos de los que sean titulares personas físicas no residentes en la isla que sean propietarias de una vivienda en Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Vehículos de los que sean titulares personas residentes en la isla de Eivissa que acrediten la necesidad habitual de desplazarse a Formentera por razones laborales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Vehículos de los que sean titulares personas no residentes en Formentera que estén temporalmente fuera de la Isla y acrediten la necesidad de desplazarse por circunstancias familiares graves.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Vehículos de alquiler que estén autorizados a circular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Vehículos destinados al uso particular por personas residentes en la isla de Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Vehículos destinados al uso particular por personas residentes en las Islas de Mallorca o Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Vehículos eléctricos o de cero emisiones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Vehículos de servicios de interés público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Vehículos históricos asociados a clubes de vehículos clásicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Vehículos destinados al uso particular de personas no residentes en Formentera que dispongan de un contrato de trabajo en Formentera. La bonificación será de aplicación durante los 10 días previos al inicio del contrato laboral y durante la vigencia del mismo contrato laboral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La documentación para acogerse a las bonificaciones va anexada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Disposición final&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La presente Ordenanza fiscal, una vez aprobada definitivamente, ya sea por acuerdo específico o por elevación a definitivo del acuerdo provisional, entrará en vigor al día siguiente de su publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears en cumplimiento del artículo 103.2 de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Matrícula del vehículo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Permiso de circulación del vehículo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Recibo o póliza del seguro del vehículo, en caso de que la persona solicitante deba acreditar ser la&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;primera o segunda conductora del mismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-&amp;nbsp;Documento de identidad de la persona solicitante y titular del vehículo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Documento para referenciar la vivienda (recibo del IBI, estiércol, nota simple del Registro de la Propiedad u otro documento acreditativo) a nombre del titular del vehículo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Matrícula del vehículo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Permiso de circulación del vehículo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Recibo o póliza del seguro del vehículo, en caso de que la persona solicitante deba acreditar ser la primera o segunda conductora del mismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c)&amp;nbsp;Vehículos de los que sean titulares las personas residentes en la isla de Eivissa que acrediten la necesidad habitual de desplazarse a Formentera por razones laborales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Documento de identidad de la persona solicitante y titular del vehículo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Certificado de residencia de un municipio de Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Documento para acreditar razones laborales (contrato laboral u otro documento acreditativo).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Matrícula del vehículo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Documento para acreditar razones laborales (contrato laboral u otro documento acreditativo).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Recibo o póliza del seguro del vehículo, en caso de que la persona solicitante deba acreditar ser la&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;primera o segunda conductora del mismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;f) Vehículos al servicio de personas con movilidad reducida, debidamente acreditados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Documento de identidad de la persona solicitante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Matrícula del vehículo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Tarjeta de estacionamiento de vehículos por personas con movilidad reducida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;g) Vehículos oficiales y de servicio público, incluidos en todo caso los de las fuerzas y cuerpos de seguridad,&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;extinción de incendios, ambulancias y vehículos del sistema sanitario, coches fúnebres, protección civil,&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;transporte público y escolar, taxis, residuos y limpieza pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Descripción del servicio que se presta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Tipo de vehículo (turismo, moto, camión...).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Matrícula del vehículo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Permiso de circulación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;h) Vehículos de alquiler que estén autorizados a circular de acuerdo con lo que prevé el artículo 6 de la Ley 7/2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Matrícula del vehículo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Permiso de circulación del vehículo, en el que conste el servicio al que se destina&amp;nbsp;equivalente a&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;em&gt;Público – Alquiler sin conductor&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
