&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De conformidad con lo previsto en los artículos 17.3 y 20.8 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, se publica el extracto de la convocatoria cuyo texto completo puede consultarse en la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;(http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero. Beneficiarios&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Son beneficiarios de las subvenciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Para la línea &lt;em&gt;A, &lt;/em&gt;de empresas y autónomos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las personas físicas dadas de alta en el régimen de autónomos y las personas jurídicas de los sectores de las artes escénicas, las artes visuales, la literatura, el pensamiento, el cómic y la ilustración, la música y las artes audiovisuales, que puedan llevar a cabo los proyectos o las actividades que estén en la situación que motiva la concesión de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Los beneficiarios deben estar dados de alta en el censo tributario y/o el impuesto de actividades empresariales (IAE) en epígrafes vinculados al sector cultural, o bien deberán tener como objeto social el desarrollo de actividades de carácter profesional en el sector cultural.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Para la línea &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;B&lt;/em&gt;, de asociaciones y entidades sin ánimo de lucro&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las personas jurídicas de los sectores de las artes escénicas, las artes visuales, la literatura, el pensamiento, el cómic y la ilustración, la música y las artes audiovisuales, digitales e interactivas que puedan llevar a cabo los proyectos o las actividades que estén en la situación que motiva la concesión de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo. Objet&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;o y &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;finali&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;dad&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.1. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Esta convocatoria tiene por objeto apoyar a ferias, &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;festivales, ciclos de conciertos, encuentros, jornadas y premios del mundo de la cultura que fomenten la proyección&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;exterior y se lleven a cabo en el territorio de las Illes Balears para el año 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Se entiende como feria una muestra profesional que convoca profesionales del mismo sector con una finalidad comercial, realizada en espacios habilitados a tal efecto durante un periodo determinado y limitado (generalmente entre 4 y 7 días) y generalmente de forma periódica. Están dirigidas principalmente al público profesional y su objetivo es convertirse en un punto de encuentro para favorecer la difusión y promoción de contactos e intercambios comerciales entre los artistas baleares y profesionales invitados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Se entiende como festival un acontecimiento con programación artística, habitualmente estructurada alrededor de un género determinado o de un elemento común. Debe tener una duración determinada y limitada y puede tener lugar en diferentes espacios. La duración máxima de estos festivales será de cuatro meses. Va dirigido a un público general, a pesar de que también debe contar con jornadas profesionales y actividades por los profesionales invitados. Suele ofrecer un abono común.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2.2. Se establecen las &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;dos siguientes líneas de subvención:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Empresas y autónomos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Asociaciones y entidades sin ánimo de lucro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Cada línea tiene las siguientes modalidades:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) música&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) audiovisual&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c) artes escénicas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d) proyectos multidisciplinarios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e) artes visuales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;f) literatura&lt;/span&gt;, cómic e ilustración&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;g) jornadas y encuentros de cultura y/o ciencia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;h) premios y concursos del ámbito de la cultura&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;i) ciclos de conciertos de orquestas profesionales y temporada lírica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;En el supuesto de que el órgano instructor considere que una solicitud se presenta a la modalidad que no le corresponde, se podrá informar a la persona interesada y requerir que enmiende la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2.3. La actividad objeto de la subvención debe tener como una de sus finalidades, de manera comprobable, la proyección exterior de los artistas de las Illes Balears. Los acontecimientos, deberán cumplir, como mínimo, dos de estos requisitos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Participación y actividad profesional de programadores, distribuidores, productores, gestores y mediadores culturales, comisarios, críticos, etc. de fuera de las Illes Balears invitados por la organización en un número mínimo de 3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Participación de la feria, festival, mercado, etc. en algún programa de intercambio con otros acontecimientos similares que garanticen la presencia de la producción cultural de las Illes Balears al exterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Organización, dentro del programa del acontecimiento, de jornadas&lt;span style="color:#ff4000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;orientadas al público profesional con el objetivo de servir de fuente de intercambio de conocimientos, espacio de encuentro de artistas con programadores, profesionalización de los artistas locales, etc. (Mesas redondas, masterclasses, conferencias para profesionales, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;speedmeetings&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;...). Debe ser un espacio de sinergias entre profesionales y agentes de fuera y artistas de Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.4. Para optar a subvención hace falta que los acontecimientos tengan programados, como mínimo, un 30 % de artistas y agentes culturales de las Illes Balears y que estos profesionales sean remunerado&lt;/span&gt;s. Los artistas baleares deben tener presencia en la comunicación del acontecimiento y deben aparecer en el cartel principal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- En el caso de acontecimientos del ámbito audiovisual, deben tener programada al menos dos obras de las Illes Balears y garantizar la presencia de profesionales baleares del sector audiovisual dentro del marco de las actividades profesionales y que estos profesionales sean remunerado&lt;/span&gt;s. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Si en estos acontecimientos hay actividades complementarias de carácter musical o de artes escénicas, la selección artística debe contener un 30 % de artistas de las Baleares, en todo caso estas actividades complementarias, no se contabilizan dentro de la programación general dentro del acontecimiento. &lt;/span&gt;En todos los casos, los artistas baleares deben tener presencia en la comunicación del acontecimiento y deben aparecer en el cartel principal y deben ser remunerados. &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Si no se cumple esta condición, los gastos asociados (tanto artísticos cómo de producción) no serán subvencionables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;En el caso de acontecimientos de la modalidad de Ciclos de conciertos de orquestas profesionales y temporada lírica, además de cumplir las condiciones generales establecidas anteriormente, deberán tener un mínimo de 12 conciertos anuales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.5. No son objeto de esta convocatoria y, por lo tanto, quedan excluidos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Las ferias, los festivales y las jornadas que se lleven a cabo por primera vez, a excepción de las efemérides.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Los centros de creación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Los ciclos de conciertos de un mismo artista o grupo musical y las temporadas teatrales de un solo artista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Las programaciones estables de un espacio de exhibición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Las programaciones de todo el año.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Los ciclos de conciertos, exceptuando los de la modalidad &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;i&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Las galerias de arte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.6. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;No se pueden subvencionar proyectos que vulneren los derechos de los colectivos LGTBI, lo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s derechos de las mujeres o los derechos humanos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero. Bases reguladoras&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Orden de la consejera de Educación y Cultura de 1 de julio de 2009 por la cual se establecen las bases reguladoras de las subvenciones en materia de educación y cultura (BOIB núm. 100, de 11 de julio de 2009).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;. Import&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;e&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;e&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt; imputació&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;n&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt; presup&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ue&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;staria&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;El crédito asignado a esta convocatoria es de 1.150.000&amp;nbsp;€ (un millón ciento cincuenta mil euros), con cargo al capítulo IV del presupuesto del Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos de 2024, de los cuales 690.000 € (seis cientos noventa mil euros) se destinan a la línea&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;A, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;de empresas y autónomos, y 460.000 € (cuatro cientos sesenta mil euros), a la línea&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;B, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;de asociaciones y entidades sin ánimo de lucro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinto.
