&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. Con &lt;strong&gt;fecha 29 de diciembre de 2022&lt;/strong&gt; en el BOIB número 169 se publicó la Resolución del director gerente del Institut Balear de la Natura número 11607 de día 23 de diciembre de 2022, por la cual se aprueba la convocatoria del proceso excepcional de estabilización por concurso oposición para cubrir las plazas de personal laboral del IBANAT.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. Mediante la Resolución del director gerente del Institut Balear de la Natura número 11607 del día 23 de diciembre de 2022, por la cual se aprueban las bases específicas que rigen la convocatoria del proceso excepcional de estabilización por concurso oposición para cubrir las plazas de personal laboral del IBANAT (BOIB núm. 169, de 29 diciembre de 2022).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;De acuerdo con la &lt;strong&gt;base 18 del Anexo 2 de esta convocatoria sobre el nombramiento de los miembros de los tribunales&lt;/strong&gt;, composición, publicación y funcionamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;De acuerdo con todo lo anterior i como órgano convocante, en virtud de las funciones establecidas al artículo 17 del decreto 24/2013, de 24 de mayo, de aprobación de los Estatutos del IBANAT, dicto la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Determinar&lt;/strong&gt; que el número de tribunales será de dos, según lo establecido en la base 18.1.1 de las bases específicas de la convocatoria del &lt;strong&gt;concurso&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;oposición&lt;/strong&gt; para cubrir las plazas de personal laboral del IBANAT, un tribunal por cada grupo profesional según lo establecido a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Tribunal del grupo C&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; que englobará las categorías/especialidades siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Operador/a de comunicaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Guía del PN de Cabrera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Capataz/a de brigada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Tribunal del grupo D&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; que englobará las categorías/especialidades siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Trabajador/a forestal/biodiversidad Sotscap.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Vigilantes de áreas marinas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Designar&lt;/strong&gt; los/las presidentes/as de los dos tribunales establecidos en el punto primero de la presenta resolución, y los respectivos suplentes. &lt;strong&gt;Anexo 1&lt;/strong&gt; de la presente resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Publicar y nombrar&lt;/strong&gt; los/las vocales titularesy suplentes de los dos tribunales establecidos en el punto primero de la presente resolución según el sorteo realizado de acuerdo a lo establecido en el apartado 18.1.3 de las bases de la convocatoria. &lt;strong&gt;Anexo 2&lt;/strong&gt; de la presente resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Publicar&lt;/strong&gt; la presente resolución y los anexos establecidos en los puntos 2 y 3 en el Boletín Oficial de les Illes Balears, en los tablones de anuncios y en la página web del IBANAT.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Interposición de recurso&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Contra esta resolución se puede interponer un recurso de alzada ante del Consejo de Administración del IBANAT en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente de haberse publicado, de acuerdo con los artículos 121 y 122 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y con el artículo 40 del decreto 24/2013 de 24 de mayo de aprobación de los Estatutos del IBANAT.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Contra la desestimación expresa del recurso de alzada podrá interponerse un recurso contencioso administrativo, en el plazo de dos meses, a contar desde el día siguiente de haberse recibido la notificación de la desestimación, y contra la desestimación por silencio administrativo, en el plazo de seis meses, a contar des del día siguiente a la desestimación presunta, de acuerdo con los artículos 8 y 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;No obstante lo anterior, se puede ejercitar, si es el caso, cualquier otro recurso que se estime pertinente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
