2024-02-24 50 CAIB ![CDATA[Resolución del director general de Personal Docente y Centros Concertados mediante la cual se corrigen los errores advertidos en la Resolución del director general de Personal Docente y Centros Concertados de 25 de enero de 2024 por la cual se aprueba la convocatoria del procedimiento para proveer, en la isla de Mallorca y mediante el sistema de comisión de servicios, un lugar de trabajo de la Inspección Educativa como inspector/inspectora accidental]] es 8730 683503 CAIB 8729 text/html ![CDATA[<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black"><strong>Antecedentes</strong></span></span></span></p> <ol> <li> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">En el BOIB núm. 13, de 27 de enero de 2024, se ha publicado la Resolución del director general de Personal Docente y Centros Concertados de 25 de enero de 2024 por la cual se aprueba la convocatoria del procedimiento para proveer, en la isla de Mallorca y mediante el sistema de comisión de servicios, un lugar de trabajo de la Inspección Educativa como inspector/inspectora accidental.</span></span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Una vez publicada esta resolución, se ha detectado un error aritmético, el cual debe ser corregido.</span></span></p> </li> </ol> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Fundamentos de derecho</strong></span></span></p> <ol> <li> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Atendido el error aritmético detectado en la puntuación máxima del apartado 4 del anexo 3 y del anexo 4 de la Resolución del director general de Personal Docente y Centros Concertados de 25 de enero de 2024 se debe proceder a su corrección. </span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El Decreto 1/2024, de 4 de enero, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el cual se modifica el Decreto 12/2023, de 10 de julio de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el cual se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consellerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Iles Balears, modificado por el Decreto 16/2023, de 20 de julio, y por el Decreto 17/2023, de 23 de agosto, atribuye a la Dirección General de Personal Docente y Centros Concertados de la Consellería de Educación y Universidades, entre otros de otras competencias, la ordenación y la gestión del personal docente. </span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">La Resolución del consejero de Educación y Universidades de 30 de enero de 2024 de delegación de determinadas competencias en materia de gestión del personal docente en el director general de Personal Docente y Centros Concertados, delega en la Dirección General de Personal Docente y Centros Concertados, entre otras competencias administrativas en materia de gestión de personal docente, la facultad de convocar y resolver los procesos de selección derivados de la oferta pública de empleo para el ingreso y el acceso a la función pública docente.</span></span></p> </li> </ol> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Por todo esto, dicto la siguiente</span></span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Resolución</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1.
