    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Antecedentes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El artículo 8.4.b) de la Ley 2/2023, de 7 de febrero, de la actividad física y el deporte de las Islas Baleares, establece que corresponde a la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, en el ejercicio de sus competencias, fomentar y financiar la participación de deportistas y clubes deportivos que, como representantes de las Islas Baleares, participen en competiciones de ámbito estatal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El artículo 2.1.f de la Orden de la consejera de Asuntos Sociales y Deportes de 12 de febrero de 2021 por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras de la concesión de subvenciones en materia de deportes (BOIB núm. 23, de 16 de febrero), establece que es susceptible de ayudas los desplazamientos para asistir a competiciones oficiales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por otra parte, el artículo 5.1 de la misma Orden establece que las convocatorias que se dicten al amparo de estas bases deben aprobarse por resolución del consejero competente en deportes y deben publicarse en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Las ayudas susceptibles de ser otorgadas en esta convocatoria no implican ayudas de estado, de acuerdo con la Comunicación de la Comisión relativa al concepto de ayuda estatal conforme a lo dispuesto en el artículo 107, apartado 1, del Tratado de Funcionamiento de la Unión Europea, dado que los clubes deportivos no participan en competiciones deportivas de carácter profesional y por lo que no están ligados a una actividad económica. Quedan excluidas de esta convocatoria las categorías deportivas profesional de fútbol masculino (1ª división y 2ª división), de fútbol femenino (1ª división), de balonmano masculino (ASOBAL) y de baloncesto masculino (ACB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. La Consejería de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes, mediante la Dirección General de Deportes, ejerce las competencias en materia de deporte y ocio, en cumplimiento del artículo 30.12 del Estatuto de autonomía de las Islas Baleares, y de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el Decreto 10/2023, de 10 de julio, de la presidenta de las Islas Baleares, por el que se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, modificado por el Decreto 16/2023, de 20 de julio de 2023&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El artículo 15 del Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El artículo 5.1 de la de la Orden de la consejera de Asuntos Sociales y Deportes de 12 de febrero de 2021, establece que las convocatorias que se dicten al amparo de estas bases se tienen que aprobar por resolución del consejero competente en materia de deportes y deben publicarse en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. El artículo 2.1.f de la citada Orden, prevé que son susceptibles de subvención los desplazamientos para asistir a competiciones oficiales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. El Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares para los ejercicios 2021-2023, aprobado por Acuerdo de Consejo de Gobierno de 20 de diciembre de 2021 (BOIB 175 de 23.12.2021), prevé la siguiente línea de subvenciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;IV.1.24Dirección General de Deportes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Fuentes de financiación: capítulo IV&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Objetivos y efectos: ayudas a los clubes deportivos baleares con equipos de deportes colectivos e individuales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Descripción: apoyar a los clubes deportivos baleares con equipos de deportes individuales y colectivos&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. Acuerdo de Consejo de Gobierno de 22 de diciembre de 2023 por el que se prorroga la vigencia del Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares para los ejercicios 2021-2023&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6. Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de fecha 7 de diciembre de 2023, de autorización previa al consejero de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes para ejercer la competencia en materia de autorización y disposición del gasto derivado del expediente de convocatoria de ayudas a los clubes deportivos de las Islas Baleares con equipos de deportes individuales y colectivos que participen en competiciones de categoría nacional por sus gastos de competición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo ello, y en uso de las facultades que me atribuye la Ley 1/2019, de 31 de enero, del Gobierno de las Islas Baleares, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Aprobar la convocatoria de ayudas a los clubes deportivos de las Islas Baleares con equipos de deportes individuales y colectivos que participen en competiciones de categoría nacional, por sus gastos de competición de la temporada 2023/2024, que figura en el anexo 1 de esta Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Las subvenciones otorgadas por la Consejería de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes, quedan reguladas fundamentalmente, según la legislación básica establecida por la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, el Real Decreto 887/2006, de 21 de julio, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, y por el Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, la Orden de la consejera de Asuntos Sociales y Deportes de 12 de febrero de 2021 por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras para conceder subvenciones en materia de deportes y por la Instrucción 3/2007 de la Intervención General de la CAIB, de justificación de expedientes de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Publicar esta Resolución en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra esta Resolución –que agota la vía administrativa– se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el consejero de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente al de su publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las Administraciones Públicas, y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;También se puede interponer un recurso contencioso administrativo ante la Sala de lo Contencioso del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Islas Baleares en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente al de la publicación de esta Resolución, de acuerdo con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Objeto&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.1 El objeto de la convocatoria es apoyar a los clubes deportivos de las Islas Baleares con equipos de deportes individuales y colectivos por gastos de competición para participar en competiciones de categoría nacional - temporada 2023/2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.2 Las competiciones de categoría nacional deben cumplir las condiciones siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Deben figurar en los calendarios de competiciones oficiales de las federaciones nacionales correspondientes. En el caso específico de deportes colectivos debe tratarse de ligas regulares, play-off o copas de máxima categoría.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En competiciones de categoría absoluta se considerará un máximo de tres categorías nacionales por modalidad deportiva y sexo, sin contabilizar las competiciones profesionales reconocidas por el CSD (primera y segunda divisiones de fútbol y primera de baloncesto). En el caso de los juveniles de fútbol y fútbol sala sólo se considera la máxima categoría de competición nacional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Deben implicar enfrentamientos con equipos de otras comunidades autónomas diferentes en las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Deben tener lugar entre el 1 de agosto de 2023 y el 31 de julio de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Deben ser competiciones a las que se participe por haber conseguido un acceso mediante pruebas clasificatorias o la participación en otras competiciones que regulen los ascensos o descensos de categoría nacional; por tanto, quedan excluidas las competiciones tipo "open", abiertas a cualquier equipo sin necesidad de una clasificación previa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Participación en el play off para el título o play off de ascenso de categoría (o fase de ascenso equivalente sin play off).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Participación en la fase de descenso, sólo en el caso de competiciones que tengan una segunda fase durante la temporada, dividida en una fase de ascenso y otra de descenso, donde participen obligatoriamente la totalidad de los equipos de la primera fase.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Participación en la Copa del Rey o la Reina (o denominación equivalente según la categoría) de las tres categorías previstas en el punto 1.4 de esta convocatoria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.3 Las categorías nacionales objeto de subvención son las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;* Las categorías de fútbol masculino (1ª división y 2ª división), de fútbol femenino (1ª división), de balonmano masculino (ASOBAL) y de baloncesto masculino (ACB) no son objeto de esta subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si durante el transcurso de la temporada deportiva se produce un cambio en el nombre de la competición deportiva, se entenderá que la competición es equivalente a la que aparece en la tabla con el nombre anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si un club con un equipo que participa en una competición nacional de un deporte que no aparece en la tabla anterior quiere solicitar esta subvención, deberá aportar la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Reglamento federativo de la competición, que deberá cumplir con las condiciones incluidas en estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Certificado de la federación nacional correspondiente, explicando el proceso mediante el cual el equipo solicitante ha adquirido los derechos para participar en la competición correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En caso de que un club presente la documentación anterior, una comisión técnica será la responsable de determinar emitiendo un informe técnico, si el equipo en cuestión es susceptible de recibir la subvención de ayudas a clubes de categoría nacional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Beneficiarios&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.1 Pueden ser beneficiarios de estas subvenciones los clubes deportivos regulados por el título V, capítulo II, de la Ley 14/2006, de 17 de octubre, del deporte de las Islas Baleares, y por el Decreto 147/1997, de 21 de noviembre, por el que se regulan la constitución y el funcionamiento de los clubes deportivos, modificado por el Decreto 214/1999, de 1 de octubre, inscritos en el Registro de Entidades Deportivas de las Islas Baleares, que acrediten la participación de alguno de sus equipos en la competición federativa de categoría nacional previstas en la tabla del punto anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.2 Quedan excluidos de esta convocatoria aquellos clubes con equipos que el momento de solicitar la subvención sean sociedades anónimas deportivas (SAD).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Régimen de compatibilidad con otras ayudas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.1 Como regla general, las ayudas que se concedan son compatibles con otras ayudas o subvenciones, independientemente de su naturaleza y de la entidad que las conceda, siempre que, aislada o conjuntamente, no superen el coste total de la actividad objeto de subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.2 Las entidades deportivas de las Islas Baleares que soliciten subvenciones que tengan por objeto la compensación de gastos de competición a otras administraciones o entes público o privado, nacionales o internacionales no pueden ser beneficiarías de las ayudas previstas en esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Gastos subvencionables&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.1 Se subvencionan los siguientes gastos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="lower-alpha" start="1"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Gastos y tasas a federaciones deportivas y/o ligas profesionales de inscripción requeridas para la participación en la competición de categoría nacional en la temporada 2023-2024, efectivamente pagadas entre el 1 de noviembre de 2023 y el 31 de mayo de 2024.&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Adquisición de vestimenta deportiva (primer equipamiento)&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Alquileres de instalaciones deportivas destinadas a entrenamientos y partidos oficiales.&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Retribuciones de los deportistas profesionales mínimos obligatorios, de acuerdo con los reglamentos de competición. Sólo será aplicable a las siguientes categorías de competición:&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.2 No son objeto de esta convocatoria de subvenciones los gastos o tasas pagadas a federaciones deportivas y/o ligas profesionales extranjeras, aunque se paguen a través de las federaciones deportivas españolas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. Importe máximo y crédito presupuestario&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5.1. La Consejería de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes destina a esta convocatoria el importe de 850.000,00 € de los presupuestos generales de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares con cargo a la partida presupuestaria 17601.461A01.48000.00 del año 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5.2. El importe anterior se desglosará, en función de la ayuda solicitada, de la forma siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

En el caso de que se quiera aumentar la dotación de la partida presupuestaria o modificar la partida a la que se imputa esta convocatoria, se debe hacer mediante una resolución del consejero de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. Documentación que hay que presentar&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6.1 Documentación general: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Impreso de solicitud cumplimentado y firmado adecuadamente, en el que consten los datos del beneficiario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Certificados de estar al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias con la Hacienda del Estado y con la Seguridad Social,&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; en caso de que no autoricen la consulta en los términos del punto 6.5.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Declaraciones responsables:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Declaración responsable de la entidad que acredite que no se encuentra incluida en ninguno de los supuestos de prohibición o de incompatibilidad para ser beneficiaria de la subvención de conformidad con la normativa aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En caso de que no sean perceptores de la Comunidad Autónoma, una declaración responsable de veracidad de los datos bancarios aportados, como prevé el Decreto 6/2013, de 17 de febrero, de medidas de simplificación documental de los procedimientos administrativos; o un documento bancario que acredite la titularidad de la cuenta. El impreso normalizado de declaración responsable se podrá obtener en la sede o en la página web de la Dirección General de Deportes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Declaración responsable de todas las ayudas y subvenciones solicitadas o concedidas por cualquier institución, pública o privada, nacional o extranjera, relacionadas con la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Declaración responsable referente al cumplimiento de las obligaciones impuestas en el artículo 17 de la Orden de Bases y en el punto 16 de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Declaración responsable de los deportistas, entrenadores, preparadores físicos y fisioterapeutas del equipo. Este documento debe incluir como mínimo nombre, apellidos, documento oficial de identificación (DNI), tipo de relación laboral, profesional o de voluntariado con el club deportivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Declaración responsable de no haber sido sancionadas o condenadas en los últimos tres años por haber ejercido o tolerado prácticas laborales consideradas discriminatorias por razón de sexo o de género, sancionadas por resolución administrativa firme o condenadas por sentencia judicial firme.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6.2 Documentación que se debe aportar por las ayudas relativas a los gastos de inscripción a la competición oficial: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Proyecto explicativo de la competición, donde se indiquen:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Factura o documento análogo y documento de pago de los gastos de inscripción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El calendario federativo de la competición nacional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Tríptico federativo (o documento análogo certificado por la federación) del equipo que presenta la solicitud. Este documento debe incluir como mínimo nombre, apellidos y cargo de los miembros (jugadores y técnicos) con licencia federativa de la plantilla del equipo para el que se presenta la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6.3. Documentación que se debe aportar por las ayudas relativas a la vestimenta (primera equipación) de los deportistas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Nombre, linajes, núm. de licencia federativa, categoría, edad y nacionalidad de los deportistas del equipo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Factura y documento de pago de la adquisición del primer equipamiento (vestimenta)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6.4 Documentación que debe aportarse por las ayudas relativa a los alquileres instalaciones deportivas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Copia del contrato de arrendamiento o documento análogo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Copia del calendario oficial de competición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Informe relativo al coste mensual de arrendamiento y fechas del primer partido y último partido de la temporada. Así como el coste previsto para toda la temporada de competición oficial, por el periodo comprendido entre el primer partido y el último partido de la temporada, más un mes de preparación o entrenamiento de pretemporada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6.5 Documentación que debe aportarse por las ayudas relativas a las retribuciones de los deportistas profesionales mínimos obligatorios: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Copia del contrato.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Copia del calendario oficial de competición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Informe relativo al coste mensual de las retribuciones y fechas del primer partido y último partido de la temporada. Así como el coste previsto para toda la temporada de competición oficial, por el periodo comprendido entre el primer partido y el último partido de la temporada, más un mes de preparación o entrenamiento de pretemporada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el modelo normalizado de solicitud de subvención que se pone a disposición de los interesados se prevé la autorización al órgano gestor de las ayudas para que lleve a cabo las actuaciones necesarias para la comprobación de los datos relativos al cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias con el Estado y con la Seguridad Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En caso de que la entidad solicitante denegué de manera expresa esta autorización, debe presentar, junto con la solicitud, los correspondientes certificados acreditativos de estar al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias con el Estado y con la Seguridad Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El órgano instructor incorporará de oficio al expediente el certificado de estar al corriente con las obligaciones tributarias con la comunidad autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el caso de que la Dirección General de Deportes, por causas ajenas a su voluntad, no pueda conseguir los documentos mencionados, requerirá a la persona o entidad solicitante que los aporte en el plazo de 10 días hábiles, siempre con anterioridad a la propuesta de resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6.6 La Dirección General de Deportes, en cualquier momento, puede solicitar a los interesados la documentación y la información complementaria que considere necesaria para resolver el expediente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6.7 Si la documentación aportada no cumple los requisitos exigidos, debe requerirse a la entidad interesada que, en el plazo de diez días hábiles, enmiende la carencia o adjunte los documentos preceptivos, con la advertencia de que, en el caso de que no lo haga, se considerará que desiste de la solicitud y se archivará el expediente sin más trámite, previa resolución que debe dictarse en los términos previstos en el artículo 21.1 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6.8 El incumplimiento de los requisitos o del plazo de presentación de solicitudes establecidos en esta convocatoria comporta la inadmisión de la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6.9 La inexactitud, falsedad u omisión de carácter esencial en cualquier dato o documento que acompañe estas declaraciones deja sin efecto este trámite, desde el momento en que se conozcan y con audiencia previa a la persona interesada; en consecuencia, comportan la inadmisión de la solicitud de subvención, sin perjuicio de que puedan ser causa de revocación de la subvención, si se conocen con posterioridad a la concesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Con la firma de las declaraciones responsables, la persona firmante da su consentimiento para la realización de las verificaciones oportunas, desde la finalización del plazo de presentación de las solicitudes de subvención y hasta el cumplimiento por parte de la persona beneficiaria de la obligación de justificación de manera completa y correcta, y manifiesta, bajo su responsabilidad, que cumple los requisitos establecidos y que dispone de la documentación que lo acredita.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. Plazo para presentar las solicitudes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7.1 Dentro del plazo de 20 días hábiles contados a partir del día siguiente de la publicación de esta convocatoria en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares &lt;/em&gt;las personas interesadas deben presentar las solicitudes de forma electrónica mediante el trámite telemático que estará disponible en el procedimiento publicado en la Sede Electrónica de esta Administración, de conformidad con el artículo 66.6 de la Ley 39/2015, se deberá adjuntar la documentación específica del procedimiento que estará disponible en la Sede Electrónica de esta Administración, firmada electrónicamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7.2&amp;nbsp;En caso de presentarla de manera presencial, la Administración, conforme a lo establecido en el artículo 68.4 de la Ley 39/2015, los requerirá para que la realicen en la forma indicada anteriormente. A estos efectos, se considerará como fecha de presentación de la solicitud aquella en que se haya llevado a cabo la enmienda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7.3&amp;nbsp;No se tendrán por presentadas en el registro las solicitudes que se presenten por cualquier otra vía telemática diferente de este trámite telemático.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. Competencia y resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8.1 La Dirección General de Deportes es el órgano competente para instruir el procedimiento; es el órgano competente para tramitar los expedientes y debe hacer de oficio todas las actuaciones que considere necesarias para determinar, conocer y comprobar los datos. Los servicios técnicos de la Dirección General de Deportes deben emitir un informe que sirva de base para elaborar la propuesta de resolución. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8.2 El órgano instructor puede solicitar al solicitante la modificación o la mejora voluntarias de los términos de la solicitud. En este caso debe extenderse un acta sucinta, que debe incorporarse al procedimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8.3 En todo caso, el órgano instructor puede proponer la mejora de la solicitud y, en particular, la modificación del presupuesto presentado por la persona solicitante o las condiciones y la forma de realización de la actividad propuesta por él, siempre que ello no perjudique a terceras personas. En estos casos, debe solicitarse la conformidad de la persona solicitante, la cual debe entenderse otorgada si la propuesta formulada por el órgano instructor explicita claramente las modificaciones correspondientes y la persona solicitante no manifiesta oposición, por escrito, en un plazo de quince días. En cualquier otro caso, la solicitud debe mantenerse en los términos expresados por la persona solicitante en su escrito inicial, sin perjuicio de las correcciones que, en su caso, se desprendan del escrito de oposición que presente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8.4 Sin perjuicio de lo previsto en el apartado anterior, la persona solicitante también puede modificar por sí misma la solicitud en los casos y bajo las condiciones establecidas en el artículo 16.3 del Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8.5 &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Si el procedimiento de concesión se paraliza por causa imputable al solicitante de la subvención, por la falta de cumplimiento de algún trámite preceptivo en el plazo otorgado al efecto, se le podrá declarar decaído en su derecho al trámite correspondiente, y la Dirección General de Deportes propondrá al consejero de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes la resolución del procedimiento; no obstante, siempre que no afecte a terceros, se admitirá la actuación del interesado y producirá sus efectos legales, si se produjera antes o dentro de día en que se notifique la resolución en que se tenga por transcurrido el plazo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8.6 El director general de Deportes debe emitir las propuestas de resolución de concesión o denegación de las ayudas, las cuales deben contener la relación de los beneficiarios propuestos por la Comisión Evaluadora para otorgar la subvención, así como las solicitudes excluidas con el motivo de la exclusión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La propuesta de resolución del director general de Deportes contendrá todos los aspectos previstos en el artículo 16.4 del Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones y en el artículo 13.6 de la Orden de la consejera de Asuntos Social y Deportes de 12 de febrero de 2021 por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras para conceder subvenciones en materia de deportes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8.7 De acuerdo con el artículo 45.1.b de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, los actos a que se refiere el punto 8.6 anterior deben notificarse a las personas interesadas mediante la publicación, durante el periodo en que esta convocatoria sea vigente, en la página web de la Dirección General de Deportes de Consejería de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes, para que, en el plazo de diez días hábiles, puedan alegar lo que consideren oportuno y/o comunicar al órgano instructor la aceptación o renuncia de la propuesta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8.8 Una vez notificadas las propuestas de resolución, las entidades beneficiarias deben comunicar al órgano instructor la aceptación o renuncia de la propuesta en el plazo de 10 días hábiles. En todo caso, se considera que la persona beneficiaria desiste de la propuesta si no manifiesta la aceptación en el plazo otorgado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8.9 La resolución expresa del consejero de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes finaliza el procedimiento de concesión de la subvención. Esta resolución contendrá los aspectos previstos en el artículo 14.1 de la Orden de la consejera de Asuntos Sociales y Deportes de 12 de febrero de 2021 por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras para conceder subvenciones en materia de deportes (BOIB núm. 23, de 16 de febrero de 2021).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las resoluciones dictadas en este procedimiento, que agoten la vía administrativa, deben ser objeto de publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, de acuerdo con el artículo 45.1 b) de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre; deben ser motivadas y deben fijar, en el caso de la concesión, la cuantía individual de la subvención concedida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8.10 El plazo máximo para resolver el procedimiento y notificar las resoluciones es de 6 meses desde la finalización del periodo de presentación de las solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9. Comisión Evaluadora&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;9.1 De conformidad con el artículo 12 de la Orden de la consejera de Asuntos Social y Deportes de 12 de febrero de 2021 por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras para conceder subvenciones en materia de deportes (BOIB núm. 23, de 16 de febrero de 2021), se constituye la Comisión Evaluadora, compuesta por:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Presidente: el jefe del Servicio de Planificación y Formación de la Dirección General de Deportes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Secretaria: la jefa de la Sección VI de la Dirección General de Deportes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Vocales: jefe de Sección II y dos técnicos de la Fundación para el Deporte Balear, a propuesta de su gerente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;9.2 Las funciones de la Comisión Evaluadora son:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Valorada las solicitudes presentadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Emitir el informe que debe servir de base para elaborar la propuesta de resolución que debe formular la Dirección General de Deportes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las decisiones de esta Comisión se toman por mayoría simple.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10. Criterios generales para evaluar las solicitudes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;10.1&amp;nbsp;Para determinar si un equipo se evaluará según la categoría nacional en la que participa durante la temporada actual, se tendrá en cuenta la categoría en que estaba compitiendo la temporada anterior, el reglamento correspondiente y el resultado obtenido por el equipo al finalizar la misma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En aplicación del artículo 11.1 de la Ley 11/2016, de 28 de julio, de igualdad de hombres y mujeres, los baremos para evaluar las solicitudes se aplicarán de la misma forma y manera a los equipos masculinos y femeninos con el fin de conseguir una efectiva igualdad de género por parte de las entidades solicitantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;10.2 Se evaluará a los equipos de categoría nacional de acuerdo con los criterios establecidos en estas bases, si cumplen alguna de estas condiciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol style="list-style-type:lower-alpha"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El equipo sube a una categoría nacional por haber obtenido una posición en la clasificación de la categoría inmediatamente inferior (nacional o autonómica), que permite el ascenso directo atendiendo al reglamento vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El equipo sube a una categoría nacional (con una o varias plazas libres) habiendo quedado hasta tres posiciones por detrás de/s el equipo/s que consigue/en el ascenso directo por reglamento a la categoría inmediatamente inferior. Si suben varios equipos, se tendrá como referencia el último equipo que consiga el ascenso (por ejemplo, si suben cuatro equipos, hasta la séptima plaza se considera válida).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El equipo mantiene la categoría nacional en la que compitió durante la temporada anterior, independientemente de si la pierde al finalizar la temporada y la mantiene con una plaza que la hayan cedido o vendido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El equipo baja a una categoría nacional inferior a la categoría a la que estaba compitiendo la temporada anterior (dentro de las tres primeras categorías nacionales del deporte).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El equipo ocupa una plaza de categoría nacional que la ha cedido o vendido otro equipo de las Islas Baleares que tenía los derechos deportivos para ocupar esta plaza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;10.3 Los equipos que no cumplan con las condiciones indicadas en el punto 10.2 se evaluarán en función de la categoría a la que participaban durante la temporada anterior. Si se trata de un equipo nuevo o un equipo que competía en el ámbito autonómico, sólo podrá beneficiarse de la línea de ayuda para desplazamientos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si es un equipo que ya competía a una categoría nacional inferior a la que ocupa actualmente (de entre las tres primeras), se aplicará el corrector de la categoría que ocupaba la temporada anterior (50% o 75%) a los gastos de inscripción, licencias y arbitrajes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;10.4 En caso de competiciones de nueva creación o bien reestructuración del número de equipos a una competición, la Comisión Técnica estudiará y decidirá cómo se debe proceder en cada caso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;11. Criterios de reparto y cuantía de las ayudas por gastos de competición&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;11.1 Las ayudas para los gastos de competición durante el plazo comprendido entre el 1 de agosto de 2023 y el 15 de agosto de 2024 deben concederse con sujeción a los principios de publicidad, concurrencia y objetividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;11.2 Las subvenciones se concederán cuando la entidad beneficiaria acredite que cumple los requisitos que establece esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;11.3 Cálculo de la subvención de gastos de competición:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A.- Para el reparto de subvenciones de la línea de subvención para la inscripción a la competición nacional durante el plazo comprendido entre el 31 de octubre de 2023 y el 31 de mayo de 2024 (gastos temporada 2023/2024 o año natural 2024), efectivamente pagados en el periodo 1 de noviembre de 2023 y 24 de mayo de 2024, se aplicará un sistema de reparto por puntuación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Cálculo de los puntos de cada beneficiario:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se otorgará 1,00 puntos por cada euro de gasto de inscripción. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Cálculo del valor punto:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Para ello, se divide el importe de 80.000,00 €, entre la suma total de puntos obtenidos por todos los solicitantes, que nos dará el valor del punto. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El valor punto no puede ser superior a 1,00 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Cálculo de la subvención por cada beneficiario:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La ayuda resultante será la obtenida de multiplicar el valor del punto por el número de puntos de cada solicitud. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;B.- Para el reparto de las subvenciones de la línea de alquileres de instalaciones deportivas para la competición y los entrenamientos se aplicará un sistema de reparto por puntuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Para el cálculo del gasto de alquiler se tendrá en cuenta lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Cálculo del periodo subvencionable: Periodo comprendido entre la fecha del primer partido y el último partir de la competición oficial más un mes de entrenamientos de pretemporada. Se redondeará el número a meses enteros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Cálculo del coste del alquiler: número de meses del periodo subvencionable multiplicado por el precio del alquiler según contrato.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Cálculo de los puntos de cada beneficiario:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se otorgará 1,00 puntos por cada euro de gasto de alquiler de instalación deportiva. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Cálculo del valor punto:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Para ello, se divide el importe de 100.000,00 €, entre la suma total de puntos obtenidos por todos los solicitantes, que nos dará el valor del punto. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se otorgará 1,00 puntos por cada euro de gasto de inscripción. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Cálculo del valor punto:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Se redondeará el número a meses enteros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Cálculo del coste mensual de las retribuciones: Se comparará la retribución establecida en el contrato y con el sueldo mínimo interprofesional aprobado para el año 2024, y se elegirá el más bajo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Cálculo del coste para cada uno de los deportistas: número de meses del periodo subvencionable multiplicado por el coste de las retribuciones más coste de las cuotas de la seguridad social a cargo del club deportivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Finalmente se sumarán los costes de todos los deportistas profesionales obligatorios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Cálculo de los puntos de cada beneficiario:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se otorgará 1,00 puntos por cada euro de gasto retribuciones. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Cálculo del valor punto:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Para ello, se divide el importe de 610.000,00 €, entre la suma total de puntos obtenidos por todos los solicitantes, que nos dará el valor del punto. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El valor punto no puede ser superior a 1,00€.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Cálculo de la subvención por cada beneficiario:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La ayuda resultante será la obtenida de multiplicar el valor del punto por el número de puntos de cada solicitud. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En ningún caso el importe de las subvenciones concedidas puede superar el 100% del importe del proyecto presentado, ni del importe solicitado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El importe total para cada entidad beneficiaría será la suma de los importes obtenidos en los apartados A, B, C y D.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Importe subvención = A+B+C+D&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;12. Justificación de actividades y pago de la ayuda&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;12.1 El pago de la subvención únicamente se puede hacer efectivo una vez presentada toda la documentación conforme y completa, y una vez dictada la correspondiente resolución de otorgamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;12.2 La justificación de las subvenciones se realizará mediante la presentación de la cuenta justificativa, de acuerdo con el artículo 20 de la Orden de la consejera de Asuntos Sociales y Deportes de 12 de febrero de 2021 por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras de la concesión de subvenciones en materia de deportes (BOIB núm. 23, de 16 de febrero).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La cuenta justificativa debe contener la siguiente información:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; Una memoria explicativa del cumplimiento de la finalidad de la acción, la actividad o el proyecto subvencionado, con indicación de las actividades llevadas a cabo y de los resultados obtenidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; Una relación clasificada de los gastos de la actividad, con la identificación del acreedor, el número de la factura o documento de valor probatorio equivalente en el tráfico mercantil, el importe, la fecha de emisión y, en su caso, la fecha de pago.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A efectos de la consideración como subvencionable, el gasto se considera efectivamente pagado con la cesión del derecho de cobro de la subvención a favor de los acreedores por razón del gasto realizado o con la entrega a estos acreedores de un efecto mercantil, garantizado por una entidad financiera o compañía de seguros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt; Una relación detallada de otros ingresos o subvenciones que hayan financiado la actividad subvencionada con indicación del importe y la procedencia. Cuando los justificantes de los gastos se imputen parcialmente a otras subvenciones, hay que indicar la cuantía exacta o el porcentaje imputado a cada una, con identificación de los órganos concedentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;d) Si procede, los tres presupuestos que, en aplicación del artículo 40.3 del Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, debe haber solicitado la persona o entidad beneficiaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e) Copia de las facturas acreditativas de los gastos con la correspondiente acreditación del pago.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;12.3 Si la documentación aportada por la justificación de la subvención no cumple los requisitos exigidos, debe requerirse a la entidad interesada que, en el plazo de quince días hábiles, enmiende la carencia o adjunte los documentos preceptivos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;12.4 Con carácter general, el importe de las subvenciones debe abonarse, una vez justificado el cumplimiento de la finalidad para la que se concedieron, a partir de lo que resulte de la liquidación de la justificación de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;12.5 La liquidación de la subvención debe dictarse y notificarse en el plazo de nueve meses a contar desde la presentación de la justificación por la persona interesada o, en su caso, desde el día siguiente del plazo máximo para presentarla, sin perjuicio de que, previamente, deba requerirse a la persona interesada para que la presente en un plazo adicional de quince días improrrogables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;12.6 Para el cómputo del plazo de nueve meses a que se refiere el párrafo anterior no se deben tener en cuenta los periodos de interrupción justificada de las actuaciones ni las dilaciones que se puedan producir por causas no imputables a la administración concedente, siempre que se documenten de manera adecuada haciendo constar los datos de inicio y finalización de cada periodo, por días naturales, y el motivo de la interrupción o la dilación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;12.7 La liquidación de la subvención debe dictarse en el marco de las actuaciones de comprobación, y que constituye un presupuesto de la obligación de pago total que, en su caso, corresponda a favor de la persona interesada y a cargo de la administración concedente, así como, en su caso, del inicio por el órgano competente y a instancia del órgano gestor del procedimiento de revocación o de reintegro total o parcial de la subvención concedida y no justificada. total, o parcialmente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;12.8 En todo caso, la liquidación de la subvención por el órgano gestor no impide ni afecta a la realización de otras actuaciones ulteriores de control interno o externo previstas en esta ley y en el resto de la legislación aplicable por parte de los órganos competentes en cada caso, con el alcance y las consecuencias jurídicas correspondientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;12.9 El transcurso del plazo máximo para dictar y notificar la liquidación no impedirá que el órgano gestor la dicte y la notifique, salvo, si procede, que antes de dictarla se hayan iniciado otras actuaciones de control por los órganos a que se refiere el apartado anterior o se haya iniciado un procedimiento de revocación o de reintegro de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;12.10 En todo caso, no serán exigibles los intereses moratorios que, en su caso, se devenguen entre el día siguiente del transcurso de este plazo máximo y el inicio de un procedimiento de reintegro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;12.11 Sin perjuicio del resto de supuestos a que hace referencia el artículo 39.2 de la Ley general de subvenciones, cuando la persona interesada presente la justificación de la subvención en el plazo correspondiente, el cómputo del plazo de prescripción del derecho de la administración concedente a liquidar el eventual reintegro que, en su caso, corresponda se inicia al día siguiente de la notificación de la liquidación de la subvención o del transcurso del plazo máximo para dictarla y notificarla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;12.12 Los beneficiarios están dispensados de la obligación de presentar libros, registros y documentos de trascendencia contable o mercantil, sin perjuicio de los requerimientos que puedan hacer los órganos administrativos competentes para comprobar y controlar la aplicación de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;12.13 En el caso de pagos agrupados, es decir un solo pago o transferencia, para liquidar diferentes facturas será necesario que el recibo bancario o la orden de transferencia identifique el nombre del destinatario y el número de cada factura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;12.14 No se entenderá totalmente justificada la aplicación de los fondos percibidos hasta que no se haya acreditado, como mínimo, el importe del proyecto de actuación que haya servido de base para conceder la ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;12.15 Sin embargo, las resoluciones de concesión pueden establecer condiciones concretas para justificar las subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;12.16 El pago total de la subvención se realizará en el plazo de 3 meses desde la presentación de la cuenta justificativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;13. Plazo de justificar&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El último día para justificar las ayudas concedidas es el 14 de agosto de 2024 (incluido).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;14. Obligaciones de los beneficiarios&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Son obligaciones de las entidades beneficiarias de las ayudas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol style="list-style-type:lower-alpha"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Llevar a cabo la actividad que fundamente la concesión de la subvención en la forma y el plazo establecidos en la convocatoria, así como, en su caso, en la resolución de concesión correspondiente o en las modificaciones que se aprueben.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Destinar el importe de la subvención a la financiación de la actuación para la que se haya solicitado, en la forma y plazo que se indiquen en la convocatoria y, en su caso, en la resolución correspondiente o en las modificaciones que se aprueben.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Comunicar en el plazo de 15 días hábiles al órgano que concede la subvención la modificación de cualquier circunstancia que afecte a alguno de los requisitos exigidos para conceder la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Adoptar, si procede, de acuerdo con lo que se establezca en las convocatorias correspondientes, las medidas de difusión consistentes en hacer constar en los informes anuales que se redacten, así como en los trabajos, actividades, publicaciones, documentos o actos públicos relacionados con la finalidad de la subvención, la financiación de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares y, en su caso, la cofinanciación con fondos de la Unión Europea, y más concretamente la imagen corporativa de la Dirección General de Deportes de la consejería competente en materia de deportes y, en su caso, la imagen de la Unión Europea. Una copia de las publicaciones debe enviarse a la Dirección General de Deportes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Someterse a las actuaciones de comprobación y control que correspondan de las administraciones autonómica, estatal y comunitaria, la Sindicatura de Cuentas y otros órganos de control externo, así como facilitar toda la información que éstos les requieran con relación a las ayudas concedidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Comunicar a la Dirección General de Deportes la solicitud o la obtención de subvenciones o ayudas para la misma finalidad procedentes de cualquier administración o ente público o privado, nacional o internacional. Esta comunicación debe hacerse dentro del plazo de tres días hábiles desde la solicitud o la obtención de la subvención concurrente y, en todo caso, antes de la justificación de la subvención concedida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Comunicar inmediatamente a la Dirección General de Deportes cualquier eventualidad que altere o dificulte gravemente el desarrollo del proyecto objeto de la ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Comunicar por escrito de manera inmediata a la Dirección General de Deportes el cambio de titularidad de la plaza o cualquier incidencia que afecte a la titularidad de la plaza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No transmitir a terceros los derechos de la plaza que tiene durante la temporada deportiva en curso y por la que recibe la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Estar al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias o de cualquier naturaleza, con el Estado, con la Seguridad Social y con la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Conservar los justificantes de los gastos correspondientes a la actividad subvencionada durante 5 años y ponerlos a disposición de la Consejería cuando ésta los solicite.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Durante la temporada 2023-2024, el club se compromete a ofrecer la colaboración necesaria para que todos o algunos de sus deportistas y técnicos, si las obligaciones deportivas y personales se lo permiten, participen en el proyecto de comunicación del Gobierno de las Islas Baleares, la Consejería de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes y la Dirección General de Deportes a recepciones, fiestas, actos benéficos, promociones, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;17. Revocación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Debe revocarse la concesión de la subvención cuando, posteriormente a la concesión válida y ajustada a derecho, la entidad beneficiaria incumple total o parcialmente las obligaciones o los compromisos contraídos a los que está condicionada la eficacia del acto de concesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;18. Reintegro&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;18.1 Como consecuencia de la revocación debe reintegrarse total o parcialmente el importe de la ayuda obtenida y, en su caso, la exigencia del interés de demora, en los siguientes casos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; El incumplimiento de la finalidad para la que se concedió la ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; La obtención de la ayuda sin que se cumplan las condiciones requeridas para ello, o la alteración de las condiciones tenidas en cuenta para concederlo, siempre que sea por causas imputables a la entidad beneficiaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt; El incumplimiento grave de la obligación de justificar la finalidad de los fondos percibidos en la forma y plazos establecidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d)&lt;/em&gt; La concurrencia de subvenciones incompatibles para la misma actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e)&lt;/em&gt; La negativa a someterse a las actuaciones de comprobación y control previstas legalmente o la obstrucción injustificada de estas actuaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;f)&lt;/em&gt; Otros supuestos establecidos en las bases reguladoras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;18.2 Para el reintegro, debe aplicarse el procedimiento que determina a tal efecto el artículo 44 del Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;18.3 Las cantidades reintegrables tienen la consideración de ingresos de derecho público y pueden ser exigidas por la vía de apremio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;19. Régimen de infracciones y sanciones&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El incumplimiento de los requisitos que determina esta Resolución da lugar a aplicar el régimen de infracciones y sanciones establecidas legalmente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;20. Inspección&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De acuerdo con lo dispuesto en esta convocatoria, las ayudas que concede la Consejería de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes deben someterse a la inspección correspondiente según la normativa legal vigente de aplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;21. Protección de datos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el caso de que el objeto de la subvención incluya el tratamiento de datos de carácter personal, los beneficiarios deben cumplir con la normativa correspondiente, adoptando e implementando las medidas de seguridad previstas por la Ley orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de protección de datos personales y garantía de los derechos digitales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
