En el B&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;oletín&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; Oficial de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;las&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; I&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;sla&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s Balear&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s núm. 125, de 24 de se&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;p&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;t&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;i&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;embre de 2022, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;se publicó la Resolución del &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;onsejero de Modelo Económico, Turismo y Trabajo, y presidente del Servici&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;o&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de Ocupación de las Illes Balears (SOIB) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de 19 de septiembre de 2022&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, por la cual se aprueba la convocatoria de becas formativas dirigida a personas desempleadas mayores de 30 años, que estén matriculadas a los cursos de segundo, tercero y cuarto de educación secundaria de personas adultas (ESPA) o en ciclos de formación profesional presencial de grado medio o de grado superior sostenidos con fondo públicos de la CAIB, para los periodos 2022-2023, 2023-2024 y 2024-2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Una ve&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;z&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;finalizado el primer plazo de presentación de solicitudes (curso académico 2022-2023), en el momento de resolver &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;las concesiones y las denegaciones,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; se han advertido unos errores en las fechas de presentación de solicitudes del tercer plazo (curso académico 2024-2025), establecidas en el punto 6.4 del Anexo de la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;R&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;esolución citada en el punto 1, concretamente en las fechas correspondientes al segundo cuatrimestre de ESPA, así como un error en el título de la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;R&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;esolución de la convocatoria, que son necesarios corregir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. El plazo para presentar solicitudes para el curso académico 2024-2025 en el caso de alumnos matriculados en el segundo cuatrimestre del curso académico 2024-2025 de ESPA empieza el d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;í&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1 de febrero de 2025 y concluye el 31 de mayo de 2025 y no se perjudican derechos de los posibles interesados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, establece que: “&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;as Administraciones Públicas podrán, asimismo, rectificar en cualquier momento, de oficio o a instancia de los interesados, los errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos existentes en sus actos”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. El artículo 56.1 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares establece que: “&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a rectificación de los errores materiales, aritméticos y de hecho en actos y disposiciones administrativas corresponde al órgano que haya dictado el acto o la disposición”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Por todo lo anterior dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Corregir el error advertido en el título de la Resolución mencionada en el siguiente sentido:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Donde dice&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;[...] que estén matriculadas a los cursos de segundo, tercero y cuarto de educación secundaria de personas adultas (ESPA) [...]&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Debe decir&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;[...] que estén matriculadas a los cursos de segundo, tercero o cuarto de educación secundaria de personas adultas (ESPA) [...]&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Corregir el error advertido en el apartado 6.4 del Anexo de la Resolución mencionada en el siguiente sentido:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Donde dice&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
