    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Se hace público que mediante Decreto de Presidencia del Consejo Insular de Ibiza n.º 2024000091, de 8 de febrero de 2024, se ha resuelto el siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.-&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;MODIFICAR el Decreto de Presidencia n.º 2023000919, de 15 de noviembre de 2023, solo en cuanto a la designación de la persona titular que tiene que ocupar la Secretaría de la Junta Arbitral de Transportes del Consejo Insular de Ibiza, manteniendo el resto de los miembros que la componen, por tal de designar, como secretaria titular, la señora Natalia Guasch Roig, dejando sin efecto la designación efectuada a la Sra. Maria José Moya Yern por el Decreto de Presidencia n.º 2023000919, de 15 de noviembre de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.-&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;PUBLICAR el Decreto que se dicte al Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB) al amparo del que se dispone en el artículo 44 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, con carácter previo en su preceptiva publicación en el Boletín Oficial del Estado, que será la determinante a efectos de su notificación a las partes interesadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
