&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. El artículo 13 de los Estatutos del consorcio Agencia de Calidad Universitaria de las Illes Balears, aprobados mediante un acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 22 de abril de 2005 (BOIB núm. 67, de 3 de mayo), establece que el Consejo de Dirección tiene que elegir al presidente entre los vocales que forman parte de este. Así mismo, el presidente tiene que ser nombrado por el consejero competente en materia de universidad y este nombramiento se tiene que publicar en &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. En la sesión de 7 de febrero de 2024, el Consejo de Dirección de la Agencia de Calidad Universitaria de las Illes Balears acordó, por unanimidad, elegir presidente al Sr. Sebastián Massanet Massanet.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. Los Estatutos del consorcio Agencia de Calidad Universitaria de las Illes Balears (AQUIB), aprobados mediante un acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 22 de abril de 2005 (BOIB núm. 67, de 3 de mayo).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. La Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Por eso, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; Nombrar al señor Sebastián Massanet Massanet presidente del consorcio Agencia de Calidad Universitaria de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; Publicar esta Resolución en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
