    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Finalizado el proceso selectivo de la convocatoria pública del concurso oposición por el turno libre para la cobertura de cuatro plazas de Delineante, vacante en la plantilla de personal funcionario de este Ayuntamiento perteneciente a la Escala de Administración Especial, Subescala Servicios especiales, Clase Cometidos especiales, especialidad delineante, grupo B, dotadas presupuestariamente y correspondiente a la oferta pública de empleo de 2017, publicada en el BOIB núm. 135, de 4 de noviembre de 2017. La concejala de Hacienda, Función Pública y Gobierno Interior acordó el nombramiento del personal funcionario que han superado este proceso selectivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Contra esta resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se podrá interponer por parte de las personas interesadas recurso potestativo de reposición en el plazo de un mes ante el mismo órgano que la ha dictado (arts. 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/ 2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo común de las Administraciones Públicas). También pueden interponer directamente recurso contencioso administrativo en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente de recibir esta notificación, ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo (artículos 8.1. 14.1.2ª y 46.1 de la Ley 29/98, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
