    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Pleno de la Corporación, en sesión ordinaria de día 25 de enero de 2024, ha aprobado las bases reguladoras para la concesión de subvenciones y ayudas económicas en régimen de concurrencia competitiva para impulsar el sector cultural local 2024, que se insertan a continuación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;BASES REGULADORAS Y CONVOCATORIA DE SUBVENCIONES Y AYUDAS ECONÓMICAS EN RÉGIMEN DE CONCURRENCIA COMPETITIVA PARA IMPULSAR EL SECTOR CULTURAL LOCAL 2024 DEL AYUNTAMIENTO DE POLLENÇA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Pollença convoca la concesión en régimen de concurrencia competitiva del año 2024, de acuerdo con las condiciones siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.- OBJETO DE LA CONVOCATORIA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El objetivo de esta convocatoria es apoyar a la cultura local y contribuir el fomento y desarrollo en el sector cultural del municipio de Pollença en cuanto a las producciones artísticas y creativas.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Con el fin de reforzar un pilar fundamental de nuestra identidad y un factor clave para el desarrollo sociocultural de la ciudadanía, estas subvenciones y ayudas económicas pretenden, también, favorecer una acción conjunta entre el sector público y el privado y ser de utilidad tanto por los proyectos emergentes como por aquellos que cuentan con una mayor trayectoria.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las actividades subvencionables se tienen que iniciar y desarrollar dentro del periodo comprendido entre el 1 de enero de 2024 y el 31 de octubre de 2024 y se tienen que englobar dentro de una de las categorías siguientes:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Artes Escénicas: teatro, danza, música, ópera, teatro musical, performance, cabaré, recital, títeres, circo o comedia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Artes Plásticas, audiovisuales y literarias: dibujo, pintura, grabado, cómico, escultura, cerámica, orfebrería, arte digital, fanart, fotografía, net.art, vídeoart y otras publicaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Jornadas, seminarios, encuentros, muestras y estudios y trabajos de investigación sobre temas relacionados con el patrimonio, la historia, la naturaleza, la arquitectura y/o la lengua.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se cubre, así, la competencia que confiere el artículo 30.26 del Estatuto de Autonomía de las Islas Baleares, regulado por la Ley Orgánica 1/2007, de 28 de febrero, de reforma del Estatuto de Autonomía de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.- NATURALEZA DE LA CONVOCATORIA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se convocan subvenciones y ayudas económicas dirigidas a la atención del sector de población dentro del ámbito de la cultura. Tienen carácter voluntario y eventual y no pueden invocarse como precedente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las subvenciones de esta convocatoria son de carácter voluntario, excepcional y anulables. Son revocables y reintegrables en cualquier momento por las causas previstas a la Ley o en estas bases. No generan ningún derecho a la obtención otras subvenciones y años posteriores y no se pueden alegar como precedente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Así mismo, son compatibles con otras subvenciones y ayudas que puedan recibir las personas y entidades beneficiarias por el mismo concepto, siempre que el total recibido no supere el coste del concepto subvencionado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El hecho de recibir una ayuda o subvención implica la obligatoriedad de llevar a cabo el concepto subvencionado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.- DOTACIÓN PRESUPUESTARIA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Para esta finalidad existe crédito adecuado en el Presupuesto general del Ayuntamiento de Pollença del ejercicio 2024, a la aplicación presupuestaria 330-48004 por un importe de 40.000 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.- PERSONAS Y ENTIDADES BENEFICIARIAS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Podrán solicitar las subvenciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las personas físicas con vocación o formación artística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las asociaciones y fundaciones culturales sin finalidad de lucro inscritas al registro de entidades culturales de la Dirección General de Presidencia, Cultura e igualdad del Gobierno de las Islas Baleares y dadas de alta al registro de entidades locales del Ayuntamiento de Pollença.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las agrupaciones de personas físicas o jurídicas privadas y las comunidades de bienes o cualquier otro tipo de unidad económica o patrimonio separado, que aunque no tengan personalidad jurídica, puedan llevar a cabo las acciones que se pretenden fomentar.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5.- ACTIVIDADES SUBVENCIONABLES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Cualquier proyecto cultural englobado dentro del ámbito de las artes escénicas –como por ejemplo las disciplinas de teatro, danza, música, ópera, teatro musical, performance, cabaré, recital, títeres, circo o comedia–, de las artes plásticas, visuales o literarias –como por ejemplo las disciplinas de dibujo, pintura, cómico, grabado, escultura, cerámica, orfebrería, arte digital, fanart, fotografía, net.art, vídeoart u otras publicaciones–, de las Jornadas, seminarios, encuentros, muestras y estudios y trabajos de investigación –como por ejemplo relacionados con el patrimonio, la historia, la naturaleza, la arquitectura y/o la lengua– que potencie y enriquezca el tejido cultural del Municipio de Pollença y que se desarrolle dentro del mismo municipio durante el 1 de enero de 2024 y el 31 de octubre de 2024; periodo de que es objeto esta subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6.- REQUISITOS PARA ACCEDER A LAS SUBVENCIONES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6.1. Personas físicas:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No estar sometida a ninguno de las prohibiciones para ser beneficiaria que establece el artículo 13 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Estar al corriente en las obligaciones fiscales con la Hacienda Municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Estar al corriente en las obligaciones fiscales de la Seguridad Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Destinar los fondos aportados por el Ayuntamiento de Pollença en actividades subvencionables contempladas en la cláusula.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Haber realizado las actividades adentro el plazo objete de esta subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Haber justificado y acreditado las actividades objeto de subvención en años anteriores, en su caso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No haber recibido durante el ejercicio de 2024 cabe otra aportación en concepto de subvención y/o ayuda económica del Ayuntamiento de Pollença.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6.2. Asociaciones y fundaciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Estar dada de alta al registro de entidades locales del Ayuntamiento de Pollença.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Estar inscrita al registro de entidades culturales de la Dirección General de Presidencia, Cultura e igualdad del Gobierno de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No estar sometida a ninguno de las prohibiciones para ser beneficiaria que establece el artículo 13 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Estar al corriente en las obligaciones fiscales con la Hacienda Municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Estar al corriente en las obligaciones fiscales de la Seguridad Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Destinar los fondos aportados por el Ayuntamiento de Pollença en actividades subvencionables contempladas en la cláusula.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Haber realizado las actividades adentro el plazo objete de esta subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Haber justificado y acreditado las actividades objeto de subvención en años anteriores, en su caso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No haber recibido durante el ejercicio de 2024 cabe otra aportación en concepto de subvención y/o ayuda económica del Ayuntamiento de Pollença.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7.- CRITERIOS OBJETIVOS DE OTORGAMIENTO DE LA SUBVENCIÓN Y CUANTÍA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La concesión de las subvenciones de esta convocatoria se rige por los principios de publicidad, concurrencia, objetividad, igualdad y no-discriminación. Así mismo, se hará mediante régimen de concurrencia competitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La subvención se otorgará en función de la puntuación obtenida por cada proyecto presentado por las personas físicos, a las asociaciones y a las fundaciones concurrentes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Para determinar el valor unitario del punto, se dividirá la cantidad destinada por la totalidad de puntos obtenidos entre todas las personas físicas, las asociaciones y las fundaciones que han solicitado subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Criterios de distribución:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se realizará la repartición proporcional de los 40.000 euros a cada proyecto presentado, según la puntuación obtenida. A partir de aquí, se aplicará el siguiente procedimiento:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La subvención se otorgará en función de la puntuación obtenida por cada persona física, asociación o fundación. Para determinar el valor unitario del punto, se dividirá la cantidad destinada por la totalidad de puntos obtenidos entre todas las personas físicas, asociaciones y fundaciones que hayan solicitado la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El importe de la subvención será la multiplicación del precio por punto por el total de puntos obtenidos para cada proyecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si de la aplicación del segundo punto resulta que el importe obtenido supera el 100% de la solicitud presentada, este remanente pasará a una bolsa común. La cuantía de esta bolsa común se repartirá entro se personas físicas, asociaciones y fundaciones que del resultado de la puntuación no puedan percibir el 100% del que han solicitado. El reparto se realizará siguiendo las mismas pasas establecidas desde el punto primero, teniendo en cuenta que en este caso la dotación económica será la cuantía de la bolsa común de remanente. Esta fórmula se llevará a cabo hasta que se agote el presupuesto de la actual convocatoria o que todos los proyectos reciban el 100% de la subvención solicitada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8.- TRAMITACIÓN, PRESENTACIÓN Y PLAZO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8.1. Tramitación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Pollença facilita el único modelo de solicitudes por esta convocatoria. (Se adjunta anexo).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Para cualquier información o apoyo para la tramitación y seguimiento de las solicitudes os podéis dirigir a las dependencias del Área de Cultura:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el caso de asociaciones o fundaciones, la presentación de las solicitudes se hará únicamente de forma telemática a la Sede Electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Pollença (https://ajpollenca.sedelectronica.es/info.0) y tendrán que ir dirigidas a la Alcaldía Presidencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La presentación de la solicitud y de la documentación adjunta también se puede hacer en las formas previstas en el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las empresas que están obligadas a relacionarse con las administraciones públicas a través de medios electrónicos tienen que presentar la solicitud de forma telemática a la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Pollença (https://ajpollenca.sedelectronica.es/info.0), en la cual hay disponible la información de la convocatoria y el modelo de solicitud, así como las publicaciones de la resolución de las ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 14 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, están obligados a presentar la documentación a través de medios electrónicos los sujetos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las personas jurídicas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las entidades sin personalidad jurídica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las personas que ejercen una actividad profesional para la cual se requiere colegiación obligatoria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Quien representa una persona interesada que esté obligada a relacionarse electrónicamente con la Administración&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8.3. Plazo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El plazo para la presentación de las solicitudes será de manantial (10) días naturales, contadores a partir del día siguiente al de la publicación de la convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares y a la página web del Ayuntamiento de Pollença.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;9.- DOCUMENTACIÓN&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las personas físicas, las asociaciones y las fundaciones culturales solo podrán presentar una única solicitud de subvención.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Para solicitar la subvención, el Ayuntamiento de Pollença facilita los siguientes modelos normalizados:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Certificado de la Tesorería General de la Seguridad Social (TGSS) acreditativo de estar al corriente de las obligaciones con la Seguridad Social de acuerdo con el que dispone el artículo 14.1.e de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;/ul&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;10.- PROCEDIMIENTO DE CONCESIÓN. INICIO, INSTRUCCIÓN Y RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;10.1. Inicio&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las bases y el inicio del procedimiento de concesión de subvenciones se producen de oficio y el Pleno del Ayuntamiento será el órgano encargado de su aprobación. Las bases serán publicadas al *BOIB, a la Base de datos Nacional de Subvenciones BDNS, al tablón de anuncios del Ayuntamiento y al web www.ajpollenca.net, para que se puedan presentar las solicitudes durante el plazo establecido en la base octava.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;10.2. Instrucción&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El órgano instructor del procedimiento de concesión corresponde a la Concejalía de Cultura que tiene que llevar a cabo las actuaciones a que se refiere el artículo 24 de la Ley 38/2003 General de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Una Comisión Evaluadora se reunirá para examinar si los beneficiarios cumplen todos los requisitos necesarios para acceder en las subvenciones y evaluar las solicitudes conforme a los criterios de valoración establecidos en estas Bases. De todo el actuado en esta reunión se levantará acta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Comisión Evaluadora estará integrada por los siguientes miembros:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Presidencia: El regidor de Cultura del Ayuntamiento de Pollença o en su lugar, persona en que delegue&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Secretario: Personal propio del Ayuntamiento adscrito al área de cultura *ó bibliotecas y archivo municipal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Vocal: &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Técnica de Cultura&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Comisión Técnica Evaluadora quedará constituida legalmente con la asistencia de todos los miembros de la Comisión o sus sustitutos si procede.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El órgano instructor, a la vista del expediente y del acta de la reunión de la Comisión, formulará propuesta de resolución provisional, debidamente motivada, que se publicará en la web del Ayuntamiento, abriéndose un plazo de 10 días para presentar alegaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si no se presentan alegaciones dentro del plazo concedido, la propuesta de resolución formulada tendrá el carácter de definitiva. En otro caso, una vez examinadas alegaciones presentadas por los interesados, el órgano instructor formulará propuesta de resolución definitiva, que tendrá que expresar el solicitante o la relación de solicitantes por los que se propone la concesión de la subvención, su cuantía, especificando su evaluación y los criterios de valoración seguidos para efectuarla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La propuesta de resolución definitiva se publicará en la web del Ayuntamiento otorgando a los beneficiarios un plazo de 10 días para que comuniquen su aceptación. Se entenderá aceptada si dentro de este plazo no se expresa el contrario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;10.3. Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La competencia para resolver el procedimiento y conceder la subvención se atribuye a la Junta de Gobierno Local, que dictará esta resolución una vez dictada la propuesta de resolución definitiva y emitido informe de fiscalización por la Intervención Municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La resolución se notificará a todos los solicitantes y se publicará en la web del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;11.- ABONO Y JUSTIFICACIÓN DE GASTOS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El pago de las subvenciones o ayudas económicas se hará como norma general, previa la justificación por parte del solicitante de la cantidad subvencionada según la propuesta de resolución definitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las personas beneficiarias restan obligados a justificar los gastos efectuados con cargo a subvención o ayuda económica concedida dentro el ejercicio económico al cual se haya concedido y los gastos justificados tienen que ser del mencionado plazo (1 de enero de 2024 y 31 de octubre de 2024) y presentadas dentro del plazo correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El plazo para justificar la subvención finalizará día 12 de noviembre de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La documentación acreditativa para justificar los gastos será:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Impreso normalizado facilitado por el Ayuntamiento de Pollença, de certificación bancaria por el cobro de la subvención (Impreso 4. Certificado bancario) y sellado por la entidad bancaria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Memoria de la actuación justificativa del cumplimiento de las condiciones impuestas en la concesión de la subvención, con la descripción del proyecto cultural, los objetivos que se han logrado, los resultados obtenidos, la temporalización, los medios de difusión utilizados, la evaluación y cualquier otro aspecto que se considere adecuada&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Memoria económica justificativa del coste del proyecto cultural, que contendrá (Impreso 7. Cuenta justificativa):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;
	&lt;ul&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Una relación clasificada de los gastos e inversiones de la actividad, con identificación del acreedor y del documento, el importe, fecha de emisión y, si procede, fecha de pago. Si la subvención se otorga según un presupuesto, se indicarán las desviaciones acontecidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las facturas o documentos de valor probatorio equivalente en el tráfico jurídico mercantil o con eficacia administrativa incorporados en la relación referida en el párrafo anterior y, si procede, la documentación acreditativa del pago por el valor de la cantidad subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Una relación detallada otros ingresos o subvenciones que hayan financiado la actividad subvencionada señalando el importe y la procedencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;/ul&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los gastos se tienen que justificar con facturas y otros documentos de valor probatorio equivalente en el tráfico jurídico mercantil o con eficacia administrativa, en original y copia para compulsar. Si se tienen que devolver las facturas o justificantes originales, a petición de la entidad subvencionada, se tiene que reflejar con un sello la fecha de concesión de la subvención así como el importe del justificante que se imputa a la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las facturas originales, acreditativas del gasto subvencionado, expedidas a nombre de las personas físicas o a las entidades subvencionadas y con su NIF, tienen que expresar claramente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Fecha de emisión, que tendrá que corresponder al periodo comprendido entre 1 de enero de 2024 y 31 de octubre de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Datos fiscales (Nombre, domicilio, NIF, etc.) de la entidad emisora y de la entidad pagadora&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Número de la factura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Concepto detallado por el cual se expide, que tendrá que ser suficientemente claro&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Importe, desglosando la parte que corresponde a IVA, si procede. Si la operación está exenta de IVA se tiene que mencionar a la factura&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si la entidad beneficiaria únicamente dispone de la factura o documento justificativo que acredita el gasto recibido por correo electrónico, se admitirá siempre que a la impresión de la factura se adjunte un certificado firmado por el representante legal de la entidad en que manifieste la imposibilidad o dificultad grave para obtener el documento original y declare que la factura ni se ha utilizado ni se utilizará para justificar ninguna otra subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No se podrá efectuar ningún pago si no se acredita de manera fehaciente, hecho que se hará constar por escrito junto con la presentación de los justificantes de haber realizado la totalidad del gasto que figure en el presupuesto de gastos que acompañe la solicitud de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si el gasto justificado es inferior al importe del presupuesto solicitado y subvencionado, se procederá a la reducción proporcional de la subvención o ayuda económica concedida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El importe de las subvenciones o ayudas económicas concedidas en ningún caso podrá ser de tal cuantía que, aisladamente o en concurrencia con otras subvenciones o ayudas económicas otras Administraciones Públicas o de entidades privadas, supere el coste de la actividad a desarrollar por la persona física o entidad beneficiaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se procederá al reintegro de las cantidades percibidas en los siguientes casos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Obtención de la subvención falseando las condiciones requeridas u ocultando aquellas circunstancias que lo hubieran impedido&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Incumplimiento total o parcial del objetivo de la actividad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Incumplimiento de la obligación de justificación o la justificación insuficiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Resistencia, excusa, obstrucción o negativa a las actuaciones de comprobación y control financiero, o la concurrencia de subvenciones, ayudas, ingresos o recursos para la misma finalidad, procedentes de cualquier administración o ente público o privado, nacional, de la Unión Europea o de organismos internacionales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El incumplimiento de las obligaciones impuestas por la Administración a las entidades colaboradoras y beneficiarios, así como de los compromisos por estos asumidos, con motivo de la concesión de la subvención, siempre que afecten o se refieran al modo en que se tienen que conseguir los objetivos, realizar la actividad, ejecutado el proyecto o adoptar el comportamiento que cimiento la concesión de la subvención&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;12.- PROCEDIMIENTO DE GESTIÓN PRESUPUESTARIA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La aprobación del gasto se tendrá que efectuar con carácter previo a la convocatoria de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La resolución de la concesión de la subvención comportará el compromiso de gasto correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El pago de la subvención se realizará después de que el beneficiario haya justificado los gastos subvencionados, y se haya certificado por los servicios técnicos del área de Cultura hacia la realización de la actividad y cumplimiento de la finalidad que determinó la concesión de la subvención de acuerdo con el artículo 32 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones y 88 del RD 887/2006, de 21 de julio, por el cual se aprueba el Reglamento General de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El pago de las subvenciones o ayudas económicas se hará, como norma general, después de que el solicitante haya justificado los gastos subvencionados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;13.- OBLIGACIONES DE LAS PERSONAS Y ENTIDADES BENEFICIARIAS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Serán obligaciones mínimas de las personas y entidades beneficiarias de las subvenciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Llevar a cabo y acreditar la actividad objeto de la subvención de acuerdo con las condiciones establecidas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Comunicar en el Ayuntamiento de Pollença las modificaciones que se hayan producido y que sean causa de la concesión o cumplimiento de la subvención&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Comunicar en el Ayuntamiento de Pollença, en cualquier momento, la obtención de subvenciones o ayudas para la misma finalidad y no consignadas en el solicitud&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Constituir las garantías que sean exigibles, en su caso&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Hacer constar que el proyecto cultural está subvencionado o patrocinado por el Área de Cultura del Ayuntamiento de Pollença mediante la inclusión de los logotipos incluidos en el Anexo 8&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Someterse a las actuaciones de fiscalización y control de la Intervención del Ayuntamiento de Pollença.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
