&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Se hace público que el Pleno del Consell Insular de Formentera, en su sesión ordinaria de día 1 de febrero de 2024 (expediente3.1.5.-PRP2024/48), ha adoptado lo siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ACUERDO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.- DESESTIMAR &lt;/strong&gt;las alegaciones presentadas por parte del Grupo Político Gent per Formentera (RGENT 2023/33025 de 13 de diciembre de 2023) y de Dª. MMM (RGENTE 2023/33412 de 14 de diciembre de 2023) en base a la argumentación expuesta en los informes de los servicios técnicos de fecha 23 de enero de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.- APROBAR DEFINITIVAMENTE &lt;/strong&gt;la redacción final del texto de la modificación de la Ordenanza reguladora del servicio de estacionamiento regular de vehículos de tracción mecánica en las áreas y vías públicas de los núcleos urbanos de la isla de Formentera, una vez resueltas las alegaciones presentadas, con la redacción que se expone en el anexo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO.- ORDENAR &lt;/strong&gt;la publicación íntegra del texto aprobado definitivamente en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears (BOIB), en el tablón de anuncios de la corporación y en la página web del Consell Insular de Formentera, entrando en vigor todo de conformidad con los artículos 85 y 112.&lt;em&gt;f&lt;/em&gt;y 113.2 de la citada Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de Consells Insulares de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra este acuerdo se puede interponer recurso contencioso administrativo ante la Sala de lo Contencioso Administrativo del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Illes Balears, con sede en Palma (Mallorca), en el plazo, general, de dos meses desde la publicación íntegra de esta Ordenanza en el BOIB, de conformidad con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa, o ejercer cualquier otra acción que se considere procedente en Derecho.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Definición y objeto del servicio&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.- El objeto del servicio es la regulación del estacionamiento de vehículos de tracción mecánica, de toda clase o categoría, tanto de uso particular como de servicio público, en las áreas y vías públicas de los núcleos urbanos de la manzana de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.- Para la regulación del estacionamiento de vehículos en las áreas y vías públicas de los núcleos de la isla de Formentera, se seguirá la definición y delimitación del suelo urbano definida en el texto refundido y planimetría de las Normas Subsidiarias (NNSS) de planeamiento del municipio de Formentera publicadas en el BOIB núm. 110 de 18 de junio de 2020 o modificaciones posteriores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3.- El servicio de regulación del estacionamiento tiene por finalidad la consecución de un mayor equilibrio entre la oferta y la demanda de estacionamiento en las áreas y vías públicas de los núcleos de la isla de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.- A efectos de la presente ordenanza se consideran sinónimos los términos de estacionamiento y de aparcamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Excepciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;No estarán sujetos a esta ordenanza los vehículos que se encuentren en alguna de las siguientes situaciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.- Los vehículos autotaxis en servicio que se detengan para permitir la subida o bajada de las personas usuarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.- Los siguientes vehículos, siempre que acrediten su identidad:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a. Vehículos del cuerpo Nacional de Policía, la Guardia Civil y el cuerpo de Policía Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b. Vehículos sanitarios, de bomberos y/o bomberas y de protección civil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c. En la zona portuaria de La Savina, la Policía Portuaria y cualquier vehículo oficial de la Autoridad Portuaria de Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d. Vehículos de los servicios públicos vinculados al Consell Insular de Formentera, al Gobierno de las Islas Baleares o al Estado, cuando estén de servicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;e. Vehículos de servicios de interés general para la isla de Formentera, previa autorización y con las condiciones que se determinen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;f. Vehículos de las representaciones diplomáticas y consulares acreditadas en España, externamente identificados con placas de matriculación diplomática y consular, así como un vehículo asignado al servicio de una oficina consular dirigida por personal funcionario consular honorario, todo ello a condición de reciprocidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;g. Vehículos de personas con movilidad reducida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;h. Vehículos de personas que por motivos excepcionales, no permanentes y justificados necesiten estacionar más tiempo del permitido por la presente ordenanza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;i. En las zonas reservadas al efecto, las motocicletas y ciclomotores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;j. En las zonas reservadas al efecto y en horario de servicio, los vehículos de transporte de mercancías.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;k. En los puntos de recarga de vehículos eléctricos, los vehículos eléctricos o híbridos enchufables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3.- Aquellos vehículos que realicen paros o detenciones que no tengan consideración de estacionamiento según la Ley sobre tráfico, circulación de vehículos a motor y seguridad vial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Prohibiciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.- Queda prohibido el estacionamiento de vehículos de alquiler, sin contrato de alquiler firmado entre la empresa propietaria del vehículo y una persona física o jurídica ajena a la empresa, en las áreas y vías públicas de los núcleos de la isla de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La concesión de plazas de aparcamiento para que estas empresas de alquiler puedan estacionar en exclusiva los vehículos que no estén alquilados está regulada:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- En los núcleos urbanos de la isla de Formentera por la Ordenanza reguladora de las entradas de vehículos a través de las aceras y de reservas de vía pública por el aparcamiento exclusivo, parada de vehículos, y carga y descarga de mercancías de cualquier clase en la Isla de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- En la zona portuaria de La Savina por autorización de ocupación temporal o concesión administrativa otorgada por la Autoridad Portuaria de Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.- Los vehículos que por sus dimensiones ocupen más de una plaza no podrán aparcar en las zonas habilitadas para el estacionamiento regulado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3.- Los remolques no se podrán aparcar en las zonas habilitadas para el estacionamiento regulado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.- Los quads no podrán aparcar en las áreas y vías públicas de los núcleos de la isla de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Capítulo II&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Normas reguladoras del servicio&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Tipologías de estacionamiento regulado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Se establecen dos tipologías de estacionamiento regulado:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Zona azul&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Zona azul 30' (alta rotación)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 5&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Horario de regulación del estacionamiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las zonas habilitadas para el estacionamiento regulado permanecerán reguladas las 24 horas del día durante los meses de abril a octubre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 6&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Condiciones generales del estacionamiento regulado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.- La regulación del estacionamiento diferencia dos temporadas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Temporada de invierno: comprende el mes de abril.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Temporada de verano: comprende los meses de mayo a octubre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.- En las áreas y vías pavimentadas, los vehículos tendrán que ser estacionados dentro de las plazas de aparcamiento delimitadas mediante señalización horizontal. En las áreas y vías no pavimentadas, donde las plazas de aparcamiento no estén acotadas, los vehículos podrán ser estacionados siempre que no dificulten la circulación o que no esté prohibido por la señalización vertical u horizontal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3.- En el momento de estacionar, la persona conductora se proveerá de un tique de estacionamiento regulado. Para su adquisición dispondrá de dos posibilidades:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Adquisición del tique de estacionamiento regulado en un expendedor de tiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Adquisición de un tique de estacionamiento regulado electrónico a través de una aplicación móvil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.- En el tique de estacionamiento regulado se señalará la zona de estacionamiento, la matrícula del vehículo y la fecha y hora en la que terminará el permiso de estacionamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5.- Transcurrido el plazo de estacionamiento permitido, el aparcamiento queda prohibido y la persona conductora del vehículo estacionado queda sujeto a las sanciones establecidas en esta ordenanza y en el Reglamento General de Circulación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6.- Las zonas de carga y descarga de mercancías, fuera del horario previsto para esta actividad, quedarán sujetas a la regulación del estacionamiento propia de la zona donde se encuentren situados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7.- Por razones justificadas de interés público, la Junta de Gobierno podrá modificar la limitación horaria establecida en cada zona. La reducción de la limitación horaria podrá afectar a una parte o total de cada zona.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 7&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Condiciones del estacionamiento regulado en zona azul&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.- En las zonas de estacionamiento debidamente identificadas y señalizadas como zona azul, el estacionamiento será de uso general, de pago y limitado a una estancia máxima de 72 horas consecutivas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.- El pago del servicio deberá realizarse mediante una de las siguientes opciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a. - En el momento de estacionar, cumpliendo el siguiente horario:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Temporada de invierno: de lunes a viernes de 9 a 14 horas y de 16 a 20 horas. Sábados de 9 a 14 horas. Domingo y festivos, aparcamiento gratuito.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Temporada de verano: todos los días de la semana, sin excepción, de las 9 a las 14 horas y de las 16 a las 21 horas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b.- Pago fijo mensual.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3.- Para estancias cortas, en las zonas de estacionamiento debidamente identificadas y señalizadas como zona azul, los conductores y conductoras dispondrán de un tique gratuito al día por una estancia máxima de 30 minutos. Este tique será válido en la zona azul y en la zona azul 30'.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 8&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Condiciones del estacionamiento regulado en zona azul 30'&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.- En las zonas de estacionamiento debidamente identificadas y señalizadas como zona azul 30', el estacionamiento será de uso general, gratuito y limitado a una estancia máxima de 30 minutos en el siguiente horario:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Temporada de invierno: de lunes a viernes de 9 a 14 horas y de 16 a 20 horas. Sábados de 9 a 14 horas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Temporada de verano: todos los días de la semana, sin excepción, de las 9 a las 14 horas y de las 16 a las 21 horas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.- Los conductores y conductoras dispondrán en cada población de un ticket gratuito al día por una estancia máxima de 30 minutos. Este tique será válido en la zona azul 30' y la zona azul.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 9&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Señalización de las zonas de estacionamiento regulado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Cada una de las áreas y vías públicas donde se aplique la regulación del estacionamiento se señalizarán de acuerdo con la normativa vigente y con esta ordenanza:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- En todos los accesos a las zonas de estacionamiento regulado se identificará la tipología (zona azul o zona azul 30') mediante señalización vertical.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Las plazas de aparcamiento estarán delimitadas mediante señalización horizontal de color azul en la zona azul y en la zona azul 30'. Además, las plazas destinadas a la zona azul 30' también incluirán el símbolo (30') pintado en azul.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- El horario de regulación y/o cobro de la zona se mostrará en las máquinas expendedoras de tiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Para la colocación de la señalización y las máquinas expendedoras de tiques deberá respetarse la normativa aplicable en materia de supresión de las barreras arquitectónicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 10&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Importe de la tasa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La tasa que aplicar junto con las bonificaciones serán las vigentes en cada momento en la Ordenanza Fiscal correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Zona azul&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.- En el tique de estacionamiento regulado se señalará la zona de estacionamiento, la matrícula del vehículo y la fecha y hora en la que terminará el permiso de estacionamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Condiciones del estacionamiento regulado en zona azul&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.- En las zonas de estacionamiento debidamente identificadas y señalizadas como zona azul, el estacionamiento será de uso general, de pago y limitado a una estancia máxima de 72 horas consecutivas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.- El pago del servicio deberá realizarse mediante una de las siguientes opciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a. - En el momento de estacionar, cumpliendo el siguiente horario:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Temporada de invierno: de lunes a viernes de 9 a 14 horas y de 16 a 20 horas. Sábados de 9 a 14 horas. Domingos y festivos, aparcamiento gratuito.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Temporada de verano: de lunes a sábado, de 9 a 14 horas y de 16 a 21 horas. Domingo y festivos, aparcamiento gratuito.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b.- Pago fijo mensual.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3.- Para estancias cortas, en las zonas de estacionamiento debidamente identificadas y señalizadas como zona azul, los conductores y conductoras dispondrán en cada población de un tique gratuito al día para una estancia máxima de 30 minutos. Este tique será válido en la zona azul y en la zona azul 30'.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 15&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Condiciones del estacionamiento regulado en zona azul 30'&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.- En las zonas de estacionamiento debidamente identificadas y señalizadas como zona azul 30', el estacionamiento será de uso general, gratuito y limitado a una estancia máxima de 30 minutos en el siguiente horario:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Temporada de invierno: de lunes a viernes de 9 a 14 horas y de 16 a 20 horas. Sábados de 9 a 14 horas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Temporada de verano: de lunes a sábado, de 9 a 14 y de 16 a 21 horas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.- Los conductores y conductoras dispondrán en cada población de un ticket gratuito al día por una estancia máxima de 30 minutos. Este tique será válido en la zona azul 30' y la zona azul.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 16&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Señalización de las zonas de estacionamiento regulado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Cada una de las áreas y vías públicas donde se aplique la regulación del estacionamiento se señalizarán de acuerdo con la normativa vigente y con esta ordenanza:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- En todos los accesos a las zonas de estacionamiento regulado se identificará la tipología (zona azul o zona azul 30') mediante señalización vertical.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Las plazas de aparcamiento estarán delimitadas mediante señalización horizontal de color azul en la zona azul y en la zona azul 30'. Además, las plazas destinadas a la zona azul 30' también incluirán el símbolo (30') pintado en azul.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- El horario de regulación y/o cobro de la zona se mostrará en las máquinas expendedoras de tiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Para la colocación de la señalización y las máquinas expendedoras de tiques deberá respetarse la normativa aplicable en materia de supresión de las barreras arquitectónicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La tasa que aplicar junto con las bonificaciones serán las vigentes en cada momento en la Ordenanza Fiscal correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Se establecen cuatro tipologías de estacionamiento regulado:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Zona azul&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Zona azul 30' (alta rotación)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Zona verde&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Aparcamiento disuasorio&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 19&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Horario de regulación del estacionamiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las zonas habilitadas para el estacionamiento regulado permanecerán reguladas las 24 horas del día, los 365 días del año.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 20&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Condiciones generales del estacionamiento regulado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.- La regulación del estacionamiento diferencia dos temporadas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Temporada de invierno: comprende los meses de noviembre a abril.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Temporada de verano: comprende los meses de mayo a octubre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.- En las áreas y vías pavimentadas, los vehículos tendrán que ser estacionados dentro de las plazas de aparcamiento delimitadas mediante señalización horizontal. En las áreas y vías no pavimentadas, donde las plazas de aparcamiento no estén acotadas, los vehículos podrán ser estacionados siempre que no dificulten la circulación o que no esté prohibido por la señalización vertical u horizontal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3.- En el momento de estacionar, la persona conductora se proveerá de un tique de estacionamiento regulado. Para su adquisición dispondrá de dos posibilidades:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Adquisición del tique de estacionamiento regulado en un expendedor de tiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Adquisición de un tique de estacionamiento regulado electrónico a través de una aplicación móvil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.- En el tique de estacionamiento regulado se señalará la zona de estacionamiento, la matrícula del vehículo y la fecha y hora en la que terminará el permiso de estacionamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5.- Transcurrido el plazo de estacionamiento permitido, el aparcamiento queda prohibido y la persona conductora del vehículo estacionado queda sujeto a las sanciones establecidas en esta ordenanza y en el Reglamento General de Circulación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6.- Las zonas de carga y descarga de mercancías, fuera del horario previsto para esta actividad, quedarán sujetas a la regulación del estacionamiento propia de la zona donde se encuentren situados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7.- Los vehículos de alquiler sin conductor estacionados en temporada de verano, con contrato en vigor, tendrán que informar los siguientes datos: nombre o logotipo de la empresa que ha alquilado el vehículo, número y duración del contrato especificando las fechas de inicio y finalización y matrícula del vehículo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;A tal efecto, se podrá optar por una de las siguientes opciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Exhibir en lugar visible en la parte delantera del vehículo estacionado el modelo normalizado aportado por el Consell Insular de Formentera (anexo II) correctamente cumplimentado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Exhibir en lugar visible del vehículo estacionado copia del contrato con dicha información sin aportar información que pueda vulnerar la protección de datos de carácter personal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Grabar la información mediante los canales telemáticos habilitados a tal efecto por el Consell Insular de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;8.- Por razones justificadas de interés público, la Junta de Gobierno podrá modificar la limitación horaria establecida en cada zona. La reducción de la limitación horaria podrá afectar a una parte o total de cada zona.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 21&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Condiciones del estacionamiento regulado en zona azul&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.- En las zonas de estacionamiento debidamente identificadas y señalizadas como zona azul, el estacionamiento será de uso general, de pago y limitado a una estancia máxima de 72 horas consecutivas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Sábados de 9 a 14 horas. Domingos y festivos, aparcamiento gratuito.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Temporada de verano: todos los días de la semana, sin excepción, de las 9 a las 14 horas y de las 16 a las 21 horas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b.- Pago fijo mensual.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3.- Para estancias cortas, en las zonas de estacionamiento debidamente identificadas y señalizadas como zona azul, los conductores y conductoras dispondrán de un tique gratuito al día por una estancia máxima de 30 minutos. Este tique será válido en la zona azul y en la zona azul 30'.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 22&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Condiciones del estacionamiento regulado en zona azul 30'&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.- En las zonas de estacionamiento debidamente identificadas y señalizadas como zona azul 30', el estacionamiento será de uso general, gratuito y limitado a una estancia máxima de 30 minutos en el siguiente horario:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Temporada de invierno: de lunes a viernes de 9 a 14 horas y de 16 a 20 horas. Sábados de 9 a 14 horas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Temporada de verano: todos los días de la semana, sin excepción, de las 9 a las 14 horas y de las 16 a las 21 horas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.- Los conductores y conductoras dispondrán en cada población de un ticket gratuito al día por una estancia máxima de 30 minutos. Este tique será válido en la zona azul 30' y la zona azul.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 23&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Condiciones del estacionamiento regulado en zona verde&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.- En las zonas de estacionamiento debidamente identificadas y señalizadas como zona verde, el estacionamiento será de uso exclusivo para vehículos autorizados, de pago y limitado a una estancia máxima.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.- Podrán disponer de autorización los vehículos de los siguientes titulares:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Personas físicas residentes en la Savina.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Personas físicas residentes en Formentera, no residentes en la Savina.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Personas físicas propietarias de un bien inmueble en la Savina.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Personas físicas arrendatarias de un bien inmueble en la Savina por un tiempo igual o superior a 3 meses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Empresas y personas autónomas con domicilio social en Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Empresas y personas autónomas no radicadas en Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3.- Las autorizaciones de aparcamiento otorgadas a personas físicas irán referidas a la matrícula de un vehículo concreto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.- Las autorizaciones de aparcamiento otorgadas a empresas o autónomos irán referidas a la matrícula de un vehículo en concreto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5.- El Consell Insular de Formentera entregará una única autorización por titular, previa solicitud y comprobación del cumplimiento de los requisitos que se establecen para cada caso en el Anexo 1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6.- El pago del servicio se realizará abonando un importe fijo mensual.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7.- Estancia máxima de estacionamiento permitido:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a.- Podrán estacionar un máximo de 15 días consecutivos tanto en temporada de verano como en temporada de invierno:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Las personas físicas residentes en la Savina.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b.- Podrán estacionar un máximo de 24 horas consecutivas en temporada de verano y 72 horas consecutivas en temporada de invierno:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Personas físicas residentes en Formentera, no residentes en la Savina.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Personas físicas propietarias de un bien inmueble en la Savina.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Personas físicas arrendatarias de un bien inmueble en la Savina por un tiempo igual o superior a 3 meses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Empresas y personas autónomas con domicilio social en Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Empresas y personas autónomas no radicadas en Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 24&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Condiciones del estacionamiento regulado en el aparcamiento disuasorio&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Esta ordenanza también resultará de aplicación en las zonas de uso público debidamente identificadas y señalizadas como aparcamiento disuasorio, donde el estacionamiento será de uso general, gratuito y limitado a una estancia máxima de 5 días consecutivos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 25&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Señalización de las zonas de estacionamiento regulado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Cada una de las áreas y vías públicas donde se aplique la regulación del estacionamiento se señalizarán de acuerdo con la normativa vigente y con esta ordenanza:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- En todos los accesos a las zonas de estacionamiento regulado se identificará la tipología (zona azul, zona azul 30', zona verde o aparcamiento disuasivo) mediante señalización vertical.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Las plazas de aparcamiento estarán delimitadas mediante señalización horizontal de color azul en la zona azul y en la zona azul 30' y de color verde en la zona verde. Además, las plazas destinadas a la zona azul 30' también incluirán el símbolo (30') pintado en color azul.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- El horario de regulación y/o cobro de la zona se mostrará en las máquinas expendedoras de tickets.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Para la colocación de la señalización y las máquinas expendedoras de tickets deberá respetarse la normativa aplicable en materia de supresión de las barreras arquitectónicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 26&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Importe de la tasa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La tasa que aplicar junto con las bonificaciones serán las vigentes en cada momento en la Ordenanza Fiscal correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Condición previa para la regulación del aparcamiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las disposiciones contenidas en esta sección serán de aplicación siempre que el Consell Insular de Formentera disponga de autorización o concesión administrativa para la ocupación de dominio público portuario otorgada por la Autoridad Portuaria de Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 28&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Se establecen dos tipologías de estacionamiento regulado:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Zona azul&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Zona azul 30' (alta rotación)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las zonas habilitadas para el estacionamiento regulado permanecerán reguladas las 24 horas del día, los 365 días del año.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 30&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Condiciones generales del estacionamiento regulado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.- La regulación del estacionamiento diferencia dos temporadas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Temporada de invierno: comprende los meses de noviembre a abril.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Temporada de verano: comprende los meses de mayo a octubre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.- En la zona azul y zona azul 30', los vehículos tendrán que ser estacionados dentro de las plazas de aparcamiento delimitadas mediante señalización horizontal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3.- En el momento de estacionar, la persona conductora se proveerá de un tique de estacionamiento regulado. Para su adquisición dispondrá de dos posibilidades:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Adquisición del tique de estacionamiento regulado en un expendedor de tickets.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Adquisición de un tique de estacionamiento regulado electrónico a través de una aplicación móvil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.- En el tique de estacionamiento regulado se señalará la zona de estacionamiento, la matrícula del vehículo y la fecha y hora en la que terminará el permiso de estacionamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5.- Una vez transcurrido el plazo de estacionamiento permitido, el aparcamiento queda prohibido y la persona conductora del vehículo estacionado queda sujeto a las sanciones establecidas en esta ordenanza y en el Reglamento de Servicio, Policía y Régimen de los Puertos de la CAGP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6.- Los vehículos de alquiler sin conductor estacionados en temporada de verano, con contrato en vigor, tendrán que informar los siguientes datos: nombre o logotipo de la empresa que ha alquilado el vehículo, número y duración del contrato especificando las fechas de inicio y finalización y matrícula del vehículo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;A tal efecto, se podrá optar por una de las siguientes opciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Exhibir en lugar visible en la parte delantera del vehículo estacionado el modelo normalizado aportado por el Consell Insular de Formentera (anexo II) correctamente cumplimentado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Exhibir en lugar visible del vehículo estacionado copia del contrato con dicha información sin aportar información que pueda vulnerar la protección de datos de carácter personal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Grabar la información mediante los canales telemáticos habilitados a tal efecto por el Consell Insular de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7.- Por razones justificadas de interés público y con el visto bueno de la Autoridad Portuaria de Baleares, la Junta de Gobierno podrá modificar la limitación horaria establecida en cada zona. La reducción de la limitación horaria podrá afectar a una parte o al total de cada zona.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 31&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Condiciones del estacionamiento regulado en zona azul&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.- En las zonas de estacionamiento debidamente identificadas y señalizadas como zona azul, el estacionamiento será de uso general, de pago y limitado a una estancia máxima de 72 horas consecutivas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.- El pago del servicio deberá realizarse mediante una de las siguientes opciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a. - En el momento de estacionar, cumpliendo el siguiente horario:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Temporada de invierno: de lunes a viernes de 9 a 14 horas y de 16 a 20 horas. Sábados de 9 a 14 horas. Domingos y festivos, aparcamiento gratuito.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Temporada de verano: todos los días de la semana, sin excepción, de las 9 a las 14 horas y de las 16 a las 21 horas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b.- Pago fijo mensual, sin que en ningún caso pueda exceder del plazo de vigencia de la autorización o concesión administrativa para la ocupación de dominio público portuario otorgada por la Autoridad Portuaria de Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3.- Para estancias cortas, en las zonas de estacionamiento debidamente identificadas y señalizadas como zona azul, los conductores y conductoras dispondrán de un tique gratuito al día para una estancia máxima de 30 minutos. Este tique será válido en la zona azul y en la zona azul 30'.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 32&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Condiciones del estacionamiento regulado en zona azul 30'&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.- En las zonas de estacionamiento debidamente identificadas y señalizadas como zona azul 30', el estacionamiento será de uso general, gratuito y limitado a una estancia máxima de 30 minutos en el siguiente horario:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Temporada de invierno: de lunes a viernes de 9 a 14 horas y de 16 a 20 horas. Sábados de 9 a 14 horas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Temporada de verano: todos los días de la semana, sin excepción, de las 9 a las 14 horas y de las 16 a las 21 horas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.- Los conductores y conductoras dispondrán en cada población de un tique gratuito al día por una estancia máxima de 30 minutos. Este tique será válido en la zona azul 30' y la zona azul.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 33&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Señalización de las zonas de estacionamiento regulado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Cada una de las áreas y vías públicas donde se aplique la regulación del estacionamiento se señalizarán de acuerdo con la normativa vigente y con esta ordenanza:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- En todos los accesos a las zonas de estacionamiento regulado se identificará la tipología (zona azul o zona azul 30') mediante señalización vertical.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Las plazas de aparcamiento estarán delimitadas mediante señalización horizontal de color azul en la zona azul y en la zona azul 30'. Además, las plazas destinadas a la zona azul 30' también incluirán el símbolo (30') pintado en azul.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Los horarios de regulación y cobro de la zona azul se mostrarán en las máquinas expendedoras de tiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Para la colocación de la señalización y las máquinas expendedoras de tiques deberá respetarse la normativa aplicable en materia de supresión de las barreras arquitectónicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 34&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Importe de la tasa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La tasa que aplicar, junto con las bonificaciones, serán las vigentes en cada momento en la Ordenanza Fiscal correspondiente y en ningún caso podrán superar las tarifas máximas aprobadas en la autorización o concesión administrativa para la ocupación de dominio público portuario otorgada por la Autoridad Portuaria de Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Sección V&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Áreas y vías públicas del resto de núcleos urbanos de la isla de Formentera&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 35&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Tipologías de estacionamiento regulado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Se establece una tipología de estacionamiento regulado:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Aparcamiento controlado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 36&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Horario de regulación del estacionamiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las zonas habilitadas para el estacionamiento regulado permanecerán reguladas las 24 horas del día durante los meses de mayo a octubre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 37&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Condiciones del estacionamiento regulado en zona de aparcamiento controlado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.- Esta sección resultará de aplicación en las zonas de uso público debidamente identificadas y señalizadas como aparcamiento, donde el estacionamiento será de uso general y gratuito.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.- En las áreas y vías pavimentadas, los vehículos tendrán que ser estacionados dentro de las plazas de aparcamiento delimitadas mediante señalización horizontal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3.- En las áreas y vías no pavimentadas, donde las plazas de aparcamiento no estén delimitadas, los vehículos podrán ser estacionados de forma que no dificulten la circulación o que no esté prohibido por la señalización vertical u horizontal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.- Por el estacionamiento se tendrán que cumplir las condiciones establecidas en esta ordenanza y en el Reglamento General de Circulación y la Ordenanza Municipal de Circulación (BOIB núm. 81 de 31 de mayo de 2007).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Capítulo III&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Régimen sancionador&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 38&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Aspectos generales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.- Constituyen infracción sancionable, de acuerdo con la presente ordenanza, todas aquellas tipificadas en los artículos 37 y 38.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.- El régimen sancionador del presente capítulo se aplicará sin perjuicio de lo que prevén:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a.- El Reglamento General de Circulación (Real Decreto 1428/2003, de 21 de noviembre) en las áreas y vías públicas de los núcleos de la isla de Formentera, excepto en la zona portuaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b.- El Reglamento de Servicio, Policía y Régimen de los Puertos de la CAGP (Orden Ministerial de 12 de junio de 1976) en la zona portuaria de La Savina.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 39&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Inspección y denuncia de las infracciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las infracciones de la presente ordenanza serán denunciadas, en el lugar donde se haya producido la infracción, por:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a.- La Policía Local, de oficio da instancia de las personas controladoras del aparcamiento regulado, en las áreas y vías públicas de los núcleos de la isla de Formentera, excepto en la zona portuaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b.- Las personas controladoras del aparcamiento regulado en las áreas y vías públicas de los núcleos de la isla de Formentera, excepto en la zona portuaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c.- La Policía Portuaria, de oficio da instancia de la Policía Local o de las personas controladoras de aparcamiento regulado, en la zona portuaria La Savina.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 40&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Infracciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.- Son infracciones LEVES las siguientes conductas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L1.- Estacionar el vehículo en una zona habilitada para el estacionamiento regulado, sin haber adquirido el tique que lo autoriza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L2.- Estacionar el vehículo en una zona habilitada para el estacionamiento regulado, colocando un tique de autorización incorrecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L3.- Estacionar el vehículo en una zona habilitada para el estacionamiento regulado, manteniendo estacionado el vehículo en exceso sobre el tiempo máximo autorizado por el tique.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L4.- Estacionar el vehículo en una zona habilitada para el estacionamiento regulado, manteniendo estacionado el vehículo en exceso sobre el tiempo máximo permitido por la presente ordenanza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L5.- Estacionar el vehículo en una zona habilitada para el estacionamiento regulado, sin respetar las plazas de aparcamiento delimitadas con señalización horizontal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L6.- Estacionar el vehículo en una zona verde (residencial), sin estar autorizado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L7.- Estacionar una motocicleta, ciclomotor o bicicleta en una zona habilitada para el estacionamiento regulado, sin respetar las plazas de aparcamiento habilitadas por este tipo de vehículos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.- Son infracciones GRAVES las siguientes conductas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;G1.- Estacionar el vehículo en una zona habilitada para el estacionamiento regulado, habiendo manipulado o falsificado el tique de autorización.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;G2.- Estacionar el vehículo en una zona habilitada para el estacionamiento regulado, sin respetar las plazas de aparcamiento delimitadas con señalización horizontal y obstaculizando la circulación o el estacionamiento a otras personas usuarias de la vía pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;G3.- Estacionar un vehículo de alquiler en una zona habilitada para el estacionamiento regulado de las áreas y vías públicas del núcleo de La Savina en temporada de verano sin informar del nombre o logotipo de la empresa que ha alquilado el vehículo, número y duración del contrato especificando las fechas de inicio y finalización y matrícula del vehículo mediante alguna de las opciones establecidas en la presente ordenanza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 41&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Incumplimiento de las prohibiciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Constituyen también infracción, a efectos de esta ordenanza, el incumplimiento de las prohibiciones del artículo 3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 42&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Sanciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.- Las infracciones tipificadas como LEVES en el artículo 40 serán sancionadas con una multa de noventa (90) euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.- Las infracciones tipificadas como GRAVES en el artículo 40 serán sancionadas con una multa de doscientos (200) euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3.- El incumplimiento de la prohibición del artículo 3.1 se sancionará de acuerdo con el artículo 38 de la Ordenanza reguladora de las entradas de vehículos a través de las aceras y de reservas de vía pública por el aparcamiento exclusivo, parada de vehículos, y carga y descarga de mercancías de cualquier clase en la Isla de Formentera, de 13 de agosto de 2013 y publicada en el BOIB núm. 113.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.- El incumplimiento de las prohibiciones de los artículos 3.2, 3.3 y 3.4, consideradas infracción grave G4, G5 y G6 respectivamente, se sancionarán con multa de doscientos (200) euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 43&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Anulación de las denuncias&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.- Las denuncias realizadas por los hechos previstos en el artículo 40.1-L3 de esta ordenanza, podrán ser anuladas, mediante el pago (en la máquina expendedora de tiques) del importe que determine la ordenanza fiscal correspondiente, siempre y cuando no hayan transcurrido más de sesenta (60) minutos desde la práctica de la denuncia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.- El presente artículo no será de aplicación a las denuncias por infracciones cometidas en las áreas y vías públicas de la zona portuaria de La Savina.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 44&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Reducción del importe de las sanciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.- En las áreas y vías públicas de los núcleos de Es Pujols, San Fernando, San Francisco y la Savina, excepto en la zona portuaria, según el artículo 80 de la Ley sobre tráfico, circulación de vehículos a motor y seguridad vial, las denuncias realizadas por los hechos previstos en los artículos 40 y 41 tendrán una reducción de la sanción del 50% si se realiza el pago voluntario de la multa, ya sea en el acto de entrega del boletín de denuncia o dentro del plazo de 20 días naturales contados desde el día siguiente a la notificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Este pago voluntario dará por concluido el procedimiento sancionador con las siguientes consecuencias:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- La renuncia a formular alegaciones. En caso de que fueran formuladas se considerarán como no presentadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- La terminación del procedimiento, sin necesidad de dictar resolución expresa, el día en que se realice el pago.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.- En la zona portuaria de La Savina, según el Texto refundido de la Ley de puertos del Estado y de la marina mercante, las denuncias realizadas por los hechos previstos en los artículos 40 y 41 tendrán una reducción de la sanción del:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) 50% si se realiza el pago voluntario de la multa, ya sea en el acto de entrega del boletín de denuncia o dentro del plazo de 15 días naturales contados desde el siguiente a la notificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) 20% si se realiza el pago voluntario de la multa en el inicio del expediente sancionador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Este pago voluntario dará por concluido el procedimiento sancionador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 45&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Retirada y depósito del vehículo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.- El Consell Insular de Formentera podrá proceder, si la persona obligada a ello no lo hiciera ya instancia de la Policía Portuaria en la zona portuaria, a la retirada del vehículo de la vía y su depósito en el lugar que se designe en los siguientes casos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Cuando un vehículo permanezca estacionado en una zona habilitada para el estacionamiento regulado sin colocar el tique que lo autoriza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Cuando un vehículo estacionado en una zona habilitada para el estacionamiento regulado exceda el triple del tiempo abonado conforme a lo establecido en la presente ordenanza y en la correspondiente ordenanza fiscal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Cuando se presume racionalmente el abandono por estar el vehículo estacionado por un período superior a 15 días en el mismo lugar y presentar desperfectos que muestren un evidente estado de deterioro o que hagan imposible su desplazamiento por sus propios medios o le falten las placas de matriculación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.- Los gastos que se originen como consecuencia de la retirada del vehículo por cualquiera de las causas recogidas en el apartado anterior, serán por cuenta de la persona titular, arrendataria o conductora habitual, según el caso, que deberá abonarlas como requisito previo a la devolución del vehículo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Disposición transitoria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La grabación telemática de datos de vehículos de alquiler estacionados con contrato en vigor previsto en los artículos 20 y 30 supone su desarrollo y no se encontrará operativa en el momento de entrada en vigor de la presente ordenanza. Para proceder a la comunicación de datos y como máximo, hasta el 30 de abril de 2024, deberá utilizarse alguna de las otras dos opciones previstas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Exhibir en lugar visible del vehículo estacionado el modelo normalizado aportado por el Consell&amp;nbsp;Insular de Formentera (anexo II) correctamente cumplimentado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Exhibir en lugar visible del vehículo estacionado copia del contrato con dicha información.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Disposición Derogatoria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Queda derogada la &lt;em&gt;Ordenanza reguladora del servicio de estacionamiento regulado de vehículos de tracción mecánica en las áreas y vías públicas de los núcleos urbanos de la isla de Formentera &lt;/em&gt;la cual fue publicada en el BOIB número 93 de 19/07/2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Quedan también derogadas todas las disposiciones municipales de igual rango que esta Ordenanza, o de un rango inferior, que sean incompatibles con lo establecido en esta norma, se opongan a ella o la contradigan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Disposición final&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La presente Ordenanza, una vez aprobada definitivamente, tendrá vigencia indefinida y entrará en vigor al día siguiente de su publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares siempre que haya transcurrido el plazo señalado en el artículo 113.2 de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ANEXO II&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Requisitos para la concesión de autorizaciones de aparcamiento en zona verde&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los requisitos y la documentación a presentar para cada caso son:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Acreditación de ser la persona propietaria del vehículo o de ser persona conductora&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Ficha ITV del vehículo en vigor&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Opcional: último recibo del Impuesto sobre Vehículos de Tracción Mecánica debidamente pagado correspondiente al Consell Insular de Formentera o, cuando aún no se hubiera emitido ninguna por tratarse de vehículos nuevos o de alta reciente en el padrón fiscal de Formentera, acreditación de ésta. En caso de encontrarse exento/a del pago de este impuesto, acreditación de esta circunstancia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Requisitos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Empadronamiento en la isla de Formentera de la persona titular o persona conductora del vehículo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Acreditación de ser la persona propietaria del vehículo o de ser persona conductora&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Requisitos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Persona física arrendataria de un bien inmueble en La Savina, por un período de tiempo igual o superior a 3 meses&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Acreditación de ser la persona propietaria del vehículo o de ser persona conductora&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- El vehículo debe disponer de permiso de circulación e ITV en vigor&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- No tener deudas con el Consell Insular en vía de apremio&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Documentación a presentar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- CIF/DNI de la empresa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Tarjeta de identificación fiscal de la empresa, o constitución de sociedad civil, o comunidad de bienes, o presentación del modelo 036/037 de la AEAT, o certificado de la situación de Alta en el IAE de la AEAT&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Permiso de circulación del vehículo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- En caso de tratarse de vehículos de alquiler destinado al uso de la empresa, contrato de alquiler correspondiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Ficha ITV del vehículo en vigor&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
