    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Con arreglo a lo dispuesto en los artículos 17.3b y 20.8a de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, se publica el extracto de la convocatoria, cuyo texto completo puede consultarse en la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Asimismo, se expondrá en el tablón de edictos del Ajuntament de Capdepera, portal web municipal &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;www.ajcapdepera.net&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; y demás espacios de difusión de la actividad municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primera. Objeto y finalidad&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El Ajuntament de Capdepera convoca las presentes ayudas para la normalización a las empresas municipales, con la siguiente finalidad:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;- Garantizar y extender la presencia de la lengua catalana en el ámbito socio-económico de este municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Trabajar en temas de calidad y diversidad lingüística como sinónimos de calidad empresarial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Establecer unos criterios de concesión (apartado 7) atendiendo al mayor uso que hagan de la lengua catalana (a mayor uso, más puntos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Dar difusión de aquellas empresas municipales que fomenten la normalización lingüística en su empresa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Por ello, se acuerda la convocatoria de subvenciones para la normalización en las empresas municipales 2024, para los siguientes conceptos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Rótulos comerciales y de vehículos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Edición o renovación de cartas de restaurantes y bares incluyendo la versión en catalán.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Etiquetatge i rotulación interna&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Documentos publicitarios o administrativos que incluyan el catalán (tarjetas, folletos, papel de embalaje, bolsas, calendarios, facturas y presupuestos, catálogos,...). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Versión en catalán de páginas web.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segunda. Beneficiarios&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Podrán ser beneficiarios de la misma aquellas empresas, con personalidad física o jurídica, ubicadas en el término municipal de Capdepera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercera. Régimen jurídico&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Las ayudas objeto de la presente convocatoria se regirán por lo dispuesto en las presentes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;En todo aquello no previsto en las mismas se estará a lo dispuesto en:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;- artículos 24 y 27 del Reglamento Municipal de Normalización Lingüística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- artículo 4 de la Ley Orgánica 1/2007, de 28 de febrero, de reforma del Estatuto de Autonomía de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Ley 3/1986, de 29 de abril, de Normalización Lingüística en les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Reglamento general de subvenciones 887/2006, de 21 de julio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Ordenanza general reguladora de la concesión de subvenciones del Ajuntament de Capdepera. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de Régimen Jurídico del Sector Público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarta. Dotación presupuestaria&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Durante el ejercicio presupuestario de 2024 el Ajuntament de Capdepera destinará la cantidad de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.500€&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;, con cargo a la partida presupuestaria 330/480001, de Subvenciones para la normalización lingüística a las empresas municipales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinta. Líneas de ayuda e importe&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;La concesión de las subvenciones de esta Convocatoria se regirá por los principios de publicidad, concurrencia, objetividad, igualdad y no-discriminación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Todas las solicitudes de subvención se someterán a revisión del SAL del Ajuntament de Capdepera, tanto para asegurar el cumplimiento de requisitos y documentación como la corrección lingüística de los textos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Para la concesión de las subvenciones de esta convocatoria se tendrán en cuenta los siguientes valores de puntuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Rótulos comerciales y&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;de vehículos: 1 punto.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Edición o renovación de cartas de restaurantes y bares incluyendo la versión en catalán: 3 puntos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Etiquetaje y cartelería interna: 3 puntos.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Documentos publicitarios o administrativos que incluyan el catalán &lt;/strong&gt;(tarjetas, folletos, papel de embalaje, bolsas, calendarios, facturas y presupuestos, catálogos,…): &lt;strong&gt;2 puntos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Versión en catalán de páginas web: 5 puntos.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El total de la subvención resultará de la aplicación de los siguientes criterios:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;1. La comisión técnica de evaluación valorará cada proyecto presentado conforme a los criterios antes citados.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;2. Se dividirá el total de la dotación económica de esta convocatoria entre la suma de las puntuaciones obtenidas conforme al punto anterior, así se obtendrá el precio por punto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. El importe de la subvención resultará de la multiplicación del precio por punto por el total de puntos de cada proyecto aprobado.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;4. Si de la aplicación del tercer punto resulta que el importe obtenido supera el 100% del proyecto presentado este remanente pasará a una bolsa común reiterando los pasos establecidos desde el punto segundo, considerando que en este caso la dotación económica será la bolsa común de remanente.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;5. En todo caso, el importe de la subvención no podrá superar el presupuesto de ejecución del proyecto, aisladamente o junto con otras ayudas, subvenciones, ingresos u otros recursos obtenidos para llevar a cabo el mismo proyecto subvencionado.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sexta. Documentación a presentar&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Las personas físicas y jurídicas interesadas que reúnan los requisitos determinados por estas bases o estén en condiciones de cumplirlos en el plazo de presentación de solicitudes deberán presentar la documentación siguiente. El modelo &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Subvenció normalització a les empreses,&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; disponible en la sede electrónica municipal &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;https://ajcapdepera.sedelectronica.es&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;gt; Catàleg de tràmits &amp;gt; Subvenció normalització a les empreses y anexos adjuntos.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- En la fase de presentación:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Solicitud de &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Subvenció normalització a les empreses&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;. Presentar una para cada línea subvencionable (ANEXO 1).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Fotocopia del CIF o NIF.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. Declaración responsable del representante de la persona jurídica beneficiaria mediante la cual manifiesten los importes de las ayudas económicas solicitadas para la misma finalidad tanto en las instituciones públicas como privadas (ANEXO 3).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Declaración expresa de otras subvenciones solicitadas u obtenidas por el mismo concepto (ANEXO 3)&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;5. Solicitud de transferencia bancaria para pagos de tesorería&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;(ANEXO 4).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6. Certificado de estar al corriente con la Agencia Estatal de Administración Tributaria (AEAT) y con el Ajuntament de Capdepera (este último lo solicitará de oficio el Ajuntament).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7. Certificado de estar al corriente con la Tesorería General de la Seguridad Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;8. Una muestra relativa a la actividad subvencionada (o fotografía).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Ya en la fase de justificación&lt;/em&gt;, una vez comunicada la concesión de la subvención, y antes del día &lt;strong&gt;10 de noviembre de 2024&lt;/strong&gt;, deberá aportarse: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;1. D&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;OCUMENTO-CONVENIO&amp;nbsp;JUSTIFICATIVO&amp;nbsp;DE LA SUBVENCIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;(ANEXO 5).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;2. Facturas originales, expedidas a nombre de las personas o las entidades subvencionadas, con CIF o NIF, que deberán expresar claramente: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- fecha de emisión, debiendo corresponder al período de actividades subvencionable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- nombre completo de la persona o entidad expedidora &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- número de factura&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
