&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El artículo 21 de la Ley&amp;nbsp; 4/2011, de 1 de marzo, de la buena administración y del buen gobierno de las Illes Balears, establece que los órganos de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears tienen que remitir al Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears, en los primeros veinte días de los meses de enero, mayo y septiembre de cada año, una relación de los convenios de colaboración suscritos el cuatrimestre anterior, tanto si es con otra administración pública como privada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Ley&amp;nbsp; 4/2011, de 1 de marzo, de la buena administración y del buen gobierno de las Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Propuesta de resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Propongo al consejero del Mar y del Ciclo del Agua que dicte una resolución en los siguientes términos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Publicar en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears la relación de convenios de colaboración suscritos por la por la Consejería durante el segundo cuatrimestre del año 2023:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;“Convenio de colaboración entre la Conselleria de Medio Ambiente y Territorio y el Ayuntamiento de Sencelles para la limpieza de torrentes del término municipal de Sencelles por la técnica del pastoreo”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Por todo esto, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Manifestar la conformidad con la propuesta de resolución y dictar resolución en los mismos términos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
