2024-02-03 710 CAIB 2024-02-03 CAIB text/html es es 2024-01-31 61788 5721 682745 5722 ![CDATA[Aprobación definitiva de la modificación de la ficha del Catálogo del puesto de trabajo de Agente de Patrimonio del Consejo Insular de Menorca (exp. 0602-2023-000007)]] CAIB ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Por acuerdo del Consejo Ejecutivo de este Consejo Insular, en sesión de carácter ordinario de 4 de diciembre de 2023, se aprobó provisionalmente la modificación de la ficha de catalogación del puesto de trabajo de Agente de Patrimonio.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Dado que se dio audiencia a la Junta de Personal del Consejo Insular, en calidad de representantes de los funcionarios de la corporación, por un plazo de diez días hábiles, entendiendo que si en dicho plazo no efectuaban alegaciones al respecto, la propuesta hasta entonces provisional se convertiría en definitiva y, en este caso, sería de aplicación el primer día del mes siguiente a la finalización del plazo de audiencia.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Dado que durante el citado período de audiencia no se han formulado observaciones ni alegaciones al respecto, el acuerdo hasta entonces provisional se convierte en definitivo, y en consecuencia, surtirá efectos a partir del próximo día 1 de febrero de 2024, y se publica a continuación, en anexo, para su general conocimiento y a los efectos que corresponda.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:100%">Contra este acuerdo, que no agota la vía administrativa, puede interponerse un recurso de alzada ante la Comisión de Gobierno, por delegación del Pleno del Consejo Insular de Menorca (Acuerdo de 31-7-2023, BOIB núm. 109 de 5-8-2023), en el plazo de un mes a partir del día siguiente en que se haya publicado, de acuerdo con el artículo 122 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:100%">El mencionado recurso se entenderá desestimado, si no se notifica la resolución correspondiente, cuando hayan transcurrido tres meses des de su interposición.
