&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No habiendo sido posible la notificación por cara certificada con acuse de recibo i de acuerdo con el artículo 44 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de les Administraciones Públiques, procede la publicación de este anuncio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Quedando a disposición de las persones interesadas, los expedientes sancionadores correspondientes a cada una de ellas, en la sede del Consell Insular de Formentera, área de Gestión Ambiental y Litoral, situada en la calle Mallorca, número 15 de Sant Ferran, Formentera (Illes Balears). Así mismo, informar que pueden formular las alegaciones que estimen pertinentes, en el plazo de quince días contadores desde el día después de la publicación de este anuncio. Todo lo anterior sin perjuicio de las reclamaciones o impugnaciones que los interesados consideren pertinentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
