    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En reunión ordinaria del Consejo Ejecutivo del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, de fecha 26 de enero de 2024, se acordó:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PRIMERO. APLICAR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; los criterios previstos en la fase de oposición de los procesos de estabilización, previstos en el Decreto ley 6/2022, de 13 de junio, de nuevas medidas urgentes para la reducción de la temporalidad en la ocupación pública de las Illes Balears, a las pruebas selectivas de promoción interna, incluidas en las ofertas de ocupación pública de los años 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 y 2023 y, si corresponde, la oferta de ocupación pública de 2024, lo que supone no aplicar lo que prevén las bases generales, publicadas en el BOIB núm. 173, de 18 de diciembre de 2021, en las pruebas de selección de las plazas de promoción interna, por lo que respecta a las ofertas citadas. La resolución de los procesos selectivos de promoción interna que se adapten a la normativa de estabilización deberán finalizar antes del 31 de diciembre de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEGUNDO. APROBAR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; la siguiente adaptación per las plazas de promoción interna incluidas dentro de las ofertas de ocupación pública de los años 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 y 2023 y, si corresponde, la oferta de ocupación pública de 2024, que se desarrollen mientras duren los procedimientos de estabilización:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Donde dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;“Bases generales que deben regir los procesos de selección de personal funcionario del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, de las correspondientes ofertas de ocupación pública&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Promoción interna&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Consistirá en responder un cuestionario con cuatro respuestas alternativas, referidas al contenido del temario específico de cada una de las plazas convocadas, el cual estará conformado de la manera siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Para el ingreso a la escala de Administración General:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Grupo A, subgrupo A1: 54 temas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Grupo C, subgrupo C2: 16 temas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El número de preguntas que integrará el cuestionario, según la escala y el grupo y subgrupo de clasificación, será el siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Administración General:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Grupo A, subgrupo A1: 60 preguntas, con un tiempo de 110 minutos, a razón de 0,50000 puntos por pregunta acertada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Grupo A, subgrupo A2: 48 preguntas, con un tiempo de 85 minutos, a razón de 0,62500 puntos por pregunta acertada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Grupo C, subgrupo C1: 36 preguntas, con un tiempo de 65 minutos, a razón de 0,83334 puntos por pregunta acertada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Grupo C, subgrupo C2: 24 preguntas, con un tiempo de 45 minutos, a razón de 1,25000 puntos por pregunta acertada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Administración Especial:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Grupo A, subgrupo A1: 80 preguntas, con un tiempo de 145 minutos, a razón de 0,37500 puntos por pregunta acertada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Grupo A, subgrupo A2: 64 preguntas, con un tiempo de 115 minutos, a razón de 0,46875 puntos por pregunta acertada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Grupo C, subgrupo C1: 48 preguntas, con un tiempo de 90 minutos, a razón de 0,62500 puntos por pregunta acertada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Grupo C, subgrupo C2: 32 preguntas, con un tiempo de 60 minutos, a razón de 0,93750 puntos per pregunta acertada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cada pregunta solo puede tener una respuesta correcta. Las preguntas que las personas aspirantes no hayan contestado o en que hayan marcado más de una respuesta no se tendrán en cuenta, y por tanto no restan, y las respuestas erróneas se valoran de manera negativa en el sentido que cada tres preguntas erradas penalizarán con el valor correspondiente a una pregunta acertada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Esta prueba se valorará de 0 a 30 puntos y será necesario conseguir una puntuación mínima de 15 puntos para superarla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Segunda prueba&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La prueba práctica consistirá en la resolución de uno o algunos ejercicios prácticos, que podrán consistir en supuestos de tratamientos de textos, test psicotécnicos, redacción de informes y proyectos, solución de supuestos y similares. En el caso de que consista en la resolución de un supuesto práctico a desarrollar por escrito, este se tendrá que elegir por sorteo entre cuatro casos prácticos propuestos por el tribunal. Sea cual sea la opción propuesta por el tribunal calificador, de acuerdo con lo que establecen cada una de las convocatorias, esta siempre tiene que estar relacionada con las funciones de la plaza a proveer y en relación con el temario específico. El tribunal calificador fijará el tiempo para realizar la prueba, que no podrá superar el tiempo máximo de 180 minutos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal informará antes del inicio de la prueba de los criterios de valoración del caso práctico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No se podrá disponer de material de consulta de forma individual. El tribunal podrá decidir, si lo considera imprescindible para resolver los casos, que se pueda disponer de material de consulta, que ofrecerá a todas las personas candidatas, ya sea de forma individual o bien con algunos ejemplares de consulta conjunta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El número de puntos que podrán ser otorgados por cada miembro del tribunal será de cero hasta el número que constituye la puntuación máxima otorgada esta prueba.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las calificaciones se adoptarán sumando las puntuaciones otorgadas por cada miembro del tribunal y dividiendo el total por el número de asistentes, y el cociente será la calificación definitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Este ejercicio se valorará de 0 a 30 puntos y será necesario conseguir una puntuación mínima de 15 puntos para superarlo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.4.3. Puntuación final de la fase de oposición&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

La puntuación mínima para superar la fase de oposición será de 30 puntos y la puntuación máxima será de 60 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Promoción interna&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La fase de oposición consta de un solo ejercicio, con carácter eliminatorio, con una prueba tipo test del temario recogido en el respectivo anexo de las bases específicas de cada convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las preguntas estarán distribuidas de manera equilibrada entre los diferentes temas y se corresponderán al contenido del temario completo de la oposición y en la base de datos de preguntas publicadas para estos procesos selectivos según previsión del Decreto Ley 6/2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuación de esta fase es un 60% de la puntuación global del concurso oposición, con una puntuación final de entre 0 y 60 puntos. Para superar el ejercicio será necesario obtener una puntuación mínima del 35% (21 puntos) de la puntuación total.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Desarrollo de los ejercicios:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Subgrupo A1:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es de carácter obligatorio y eliminatorio, y consistirá en responder por escrito un cuestionario de 130 preguntas de tipo test con cuatro respuestas alternativas de las cuales solo una será correcta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las 120 primeras serán ordinarias y evaluables, y las 10 últimas serán de reserva. Todas las preguntas corresponderán al contenido del temario completo de la oposición y a la base de datos de preguntes publicadas para este proceso selectivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El ejercicio se calificará de 0 a 60 puntos. Cada pregunta respondida correctamente se valorará con 0,5 puntos; las preguntas no resueltas, tanto si figuran todas las opciones en blanco como si figuran con más de una respuesta o si se ha señalado una respuesta sin apartado equivalente en las alternativas previstas en el ejercicio, o si se ha señalado una respuesta incorrecta, no se valorarán y no tienen ningún tipo de penalización.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es de carácter obligatorio y eliminatorio, y consistirá en responder por escrito un cuestionario de 110 preguntas de tipo test con cuatro respuestas alternativas de las cuales solo una será correcta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las 100 primeras serán ordinarias y evaluables y las 10 últimas serán de reserva. Todas las preguntas corresponderán al contenido del temario completo de la oposición y en la base de datos de preguntas publicadas para este proceso selectivo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El ejercicio se calificará de 0 a 60 puntos. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El test que tendrán que responder los aspirantes se elegirá per sorteo público, llevado a cabo ante los aspirantes, inmediatamente antes de empezar las pruebas, entre un mínimo de dos alternativas diferentes, excepto en los supuestos del segundo párrafo de la letra &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; del artículo 8 del Decreto ley 6/2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tiempo para desarrollar este ejercicio será de 90 minutos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Subgrupo C2:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es de carácter obligatorio y eliminatorio, y consistirá en responder por escrito un cuestionario de 50 preguntas de tipo test con cuatro respuestas alternativas de les cuales solo una será correcta. Las 40 primeras serán ordinarias y evaluables, y las 10 últimas serán de reserva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Todas las preguntas corresponderán al contenido del temario completo de la oposición y a la base de datos de preguntas publicadas para este proceso selectivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El ejercicio se calificará de 0 a 60 puntos. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El test que tendrán que responder los aspirantes se elegirá por sorteo público, llevado a cabo ante los aspirantes, inmediatamente antes de empezar las pruebas, entre un mínimo de dos alternativas diferentes, excepto en los supuestos del segundo párrafo de la letra &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; del artículo 8 del Decreto ley 6/2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tiempo para desarrollar este ejercicio será de 65 minutos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Todos los grupos y subgrupos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El test que tendrán que responder las personas aspirantes se elegirá por sorteo público, llevado a cabo ante los aspirantes, inmediatamente antes de empezar las pruebas, entre un mínimo de dos alternativas diferentes, excepto en los supuesto que, por motivos de infraestructura debidamente justificados, no sea posible hacer el sorteo inmediatamente antes de comenzar las pruebas, el tribunal puede escoger, por acuerdo de sus miembros, el test que tendrán que responder los aspirantes. En estos supuestos el sistema determinado tendrá que quedar reflejado de manera expresa en el acta de la sesión del tribunal que adopte el acuerdo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Para superar el ejercicio será necesario obtener una puntuación mínima del 35 % (21 puntos) de la puntuación total.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La calificación del ejercicio es hará de manera mecanizada y garantizando el anonimato.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el caso de que se acuerde anular alguna pregunta porque el planteamiento es incorrecto, porque todas las respuestas planteadas son incorrectas o porque hay más de una correcta, y también porque no hay coincidencia sustancial entre la formulación de las preguntas en las dos versiones ofrecidas en las lenguas oficiales de la comunidad autónoma, el tribunal establecerá en el mismo acuerdo la sustitución, a los efectos del cálculo de la calificación resultante, de las anuladas por otras de reserva, y así sucesivamente, de acuerdo con el orden en que figuren en el cuestionario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal podrá acordar la anulación de alguna o algunas de las preguntas durante la realización del ejercicio o bien como resultado de las alegaciones presentadas en la lista provisional de aprobados. También puede anular preguntas si se detecta de oficio un error material, de hecho o aritmético en cualquier momento anterior a la publicación de la lista definitiva de aprobados del ejercicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si una vez llevada a cabo la operación anterior el tribunal acuerda anular alguna pregunta más, el valor de cada pregunta se ajustará para que la puntuación máxima sea de 60 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las instrucciones dispondrán que los aspirantes podrán llevarse el cuaderno de preguntas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vez acabado el ejercicio de la oposición el tribunal calificador tiene que publicar en la Sede electrónica del Consell Insular d'Eivissa (seu.conselldeivissa.es) en el catálogo de trámites, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Convocatorias y bolsa de ocupación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, la lista provisional con las personas que han realizado el ejercicio, con nombre, apellidos y cuatro cifras numéricas aleatorias del DNI, y con indicación de la puntuación obtenida, desglosada, si corresponde, por turnos de acceso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las personas aspirantes disponen de un plazo de siete días hábiles, desde la publicación de la lista provisional para efectuar las reclamaciones oportunas o solicitar la revisión de examen ante el tribunal calificador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal dispone de un plazo de siete días hábiles para resolver las reclamaciones y publicar la lista definitiva de personas aspirantes que han superado el ejercicio, junto con la lista definitiva de méritos alegados a que se refiere el anexo II, en la Sede electrónica del Consell Insular d'Eivissa (seu.conselldeivissa.es) en el catálogo de trámites, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Convocatorias y bolsa de ocupación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;TERCERO. SUPRIMIR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; el siguiente punto de la base tercera de las Bases generales:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.6. El personal que participe en las convocatorias por el turno de promoción interna quedará exento del pago de la tasa por derecho de examen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

PUBLICAR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; el acuerdo que se adopte en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Boletín Oficial de la Comunidad Autónoma de les Illes Balears &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;y en la Sede electrónica del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, seu.conselldeivissa.es.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
