font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">De acuerdo con lo que establece el artículo 136 del Texto refundido de las disposiciones legales vigentes en materia de régimen local, aprobado por el Real decreto legislativo 781/1986, de 18 de abril, y de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 35 del Decreto 27/1994, de 11 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el reglamento de ingreso del personal al servicio de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares;
