&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El 18 de enero de 2024 se publicó la Resolución del consejero de Educación y Universidades por la que se aprueban las nuevas tarifas de servicios para la ejecución de los encargos a medios propios que la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears y el resto de poderes adjudicadores hagan a la Fundación Universidad-Empresa de las Illes Balears MP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Se ha observado un error en la publicación: en el anexo I, en el apartado 1.b) de tarifas horarias por Personal Docente e Investigador (PDI) de la UIB indica que, la tarifa por hora para otros PDI, investigadores IFISC o IMEDEA, el importe es de 46,60 euros que corresponden al importe para el año 2023, cuando el importe aprobado para el año 2024 es de 47,56 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Según el artículo 56 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, la rectificación de los errores materiales, aritméticos y de hecho en actos y disposiciones administrativas corresponde al órgano que haya dictado el acto o la disposición; así mismo, la rectificación de errores tiene que especificar, en su caso, los efectos jurídicos que se derivan, y se tiene que notificar o publicar preceptivamente cuando haga referencia a actos que hayan sido notificados o publicados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. El artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, establece que las administraciones públicas pueden, así mismo, rectificar en cualquier momento, de oficio o a instancia de los interesados, los errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos existentes en sus actos. Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Corregir los errores advertidos en el anexo I, en el apartado 1.b) de tarifas horarias para Personal Docente e Investigador (PDI) de la UIB de la resolución de aprobación de nuevas tarifas de servicios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
