    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Para hacer constar que por Resolución de Alcaldía número 2024-0078 de fecha 15 de enero de 2024, se constituye la bolsa de trabajo de técnico/a en atención sociosanitaria, personal laboral temporal, para cubrir futuras necesidades de personal en el Ayuntamiento de sa Pobla, de la siguiente manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;“&lt;em&gt;RESOLUCIÓN DE ALCALDÍA&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Biel Ferragut Mir, a la vista de la propuesta del Tribunal calificador del proceso selectivo para la constitución de una bolsa de personal técnico/a en atención sociosanitaria, personal laboral temporal, respecto de los resultados definitivos de las personas que han formado parte del proceso, conforme orden de puntuación y atendiendo a lo dispuesto en la base NOVENA de las bases reguladoras del proceso selectivo, aprobadas junto con la convocatoria en Junta de Gobierno Local el 28 de noviembre de 2023 y publicadas en el BOIB número 164, de 2 de diciembre de 2023.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Y de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 22 del Reglamento General de Ingreso del Personal al Servicio de la Administración General del Estado y de Provisión de Puestos de trabajo y Promoción Profesional de los Funcionarios Civiles de la Administración General del Estado, aprobado por el Real Decreto 364/1995, de 10 de marzo, y el artículo 21.1.h) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, de Bases de Régimen Local, mediante la presente,&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;PRIMERO.- &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Aprobar la constitución de la bolsa de trabajo de personal técnico en atención sociosanitaria, personal laboral temporal del Ayuntamiento de sa Pobla, conforme a los resultados y al siguiente orden:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
