    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Se hace público que el Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Ferreries, en sesión Extraordinaria y Urgente de fecha 21/12/2023, adoptó el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;“PRIMERO. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Aprobar inicialmente la modificación de la catalogación del puesto de trabajo que se identifica con el código identificativo número 48, y que siendo personal laboral con la denominación "bedel de zonas deportivas" pase a ser un puesto de trabajo de personal funcionario de la escala de administración especial, subescala servicios especiales, adscrito a la brigada municipal, subgrupo AP, y con la demonimación de "mantenimiento de zona deportiva", al que se le asignan las retribuciones que se llamarán y mientras tanto no se apruebe, publique y entre en vigor la Relación de Puestos de Trabajo que se encuentra en trámite de preparación; o se produzca cualquier otra causa o procedimiento que implique la modificación o supresión del puesto de trabajo que ahora se aprueba; todo esto de conformidad con la siguiente catalogación que se lleva a aprobación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p style="text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Realizar tareas básicas de obra de albañilería,&amp;nbsp; fontanería y electricidad, para reparar desperfectos de las instalaciones deportivas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p style="text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Limpieza de las zonas comunes cada Lunes (retirada de basura). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p style="text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Limpieza de las dos pistas polideportivas cubiertas con la máquina destinada a tal efecto. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p style="text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Montar y&amp;nbsp; desmontar los puestos del mercado agroalimentario. Apoyar a los vendedores ante cualquier incidencia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p style="text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Apoyar al personal de brigada del Ayuntamiento ante una urgencia o también en caso de necesidad por acumulación de tareas y durante las 4 semanas previas a las fiestas de Sant Bartomeu. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p style="text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Dar aviso en caso de averia o desperfecto que requiera personal especialista cualificado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p style="text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Cualquier otra tarea que le pueda ser encargada y que esté relacionada con el puesto de trabajo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
