&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Mediante Resolución del consejero de Trabajo, Comercio e Industria y presidente del SOIB, de 28 de diciembre de 2020, (BOIB núm. 216 del 31 de diciembre 11), se aprobó la convocatoria informativa de becas de transporte dirigidas a los trabajadores desocupados y mujeres víctimas de violencia de genero en situación de desempleo financiadas por el SOIB para el período 2021-2022&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. En fecha&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;10&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de octubre&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff1493"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de 202&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;l &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;consejero de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Empresa, Empleo y Energía&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; y presidente del SOIB dictó Resolución por la cual se autorizó y dispuso el gasto, se reconoció la obligación y se propuso el pago de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ayudas para el transporte y &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;becas &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;para personas con discapacidad &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;y&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ajudas a la conciliación &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;para el p&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;eríodo 2021/2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Desde el Servicio de Gestión de Programas de Empleo 1 hemos detectado errores en el anexo I de la mencionada Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. El artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015 de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, establece que: &lt;em&gt;«Las administraciones públicas podrán, asimismo, rectificar en cualquier momento, de oficio o a instancia de los interesados, los errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos existentes en sus actos».&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. El artículo 56.1 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Baleares, establece que “&lt;em&gt;la rectificación de los errores materiales, aritméticos y de hecho en actos y disposiciones administrativas corresponde al órgano que haya dictado el acto o la disposición»&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Modificar la resolución de fecha &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;10&lt;span style="color:#ff1493"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;de octubre&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff1493"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;de 2023 en los siguientes términos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que pone fin a la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el consejero de Empresa, Empleo y Energía, y presidente del SOIB en el plazo de un mes contado desde el día siguiente de la publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;También se puede interponer directamente un recurso contencioso-administrativo ante la Sala Contenciosa Administrativa del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Illes Balears en el plazo de dos meses contados desde el día siguiente de la publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
