&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1. En el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; nº 32, de 14 de marzo de 2023, se publicó la Resolución del presidente del Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos (IEB) de 8 de marzo de 2023 por la que se convocan subvenciones para apoyar las actividades de estudios locales que se celebren en las Illes Balears durante el año 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. El 1 de diciembre de 2023, la Comisión Evaluadora revisó y valoró las 12 solicitudes presentadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;3. En el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Il&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;les&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt; Balears&lt;/em&gt; nº 173, de 23 de diciembre de 2023, se publicó la Resolución del presidente del Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos de 18 de diciembre de 2023 por la que se modifica la Resolución del presidente del Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos de 8 de marzo de 2023 por la que se convocan subvenciones para apoyar actividades de estudios locales que se celebren en las Iles Baleares durante el año 2023, que aumentaba el importe asignado a la convocatoria en 26.937,69 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;4. El 27 de diciembre de 2023, el instructor firmó la Propuesta de resolución en relación con la convocatoria mencionada, la cual se publicó el 27 de diciembre en el web del IEB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;5. No se ha presentado ninguna alegación a la&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; Propuesta de resolución mencionad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1. La Resolución del presidente del Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos de 8 de marzo de 2023 por la que se convocan subvenciones para apoyar las actividades de estudios locales que se celebren en las Illes Balears durante el año 2023 (BOIB n.º 32, de 14 de marzo de 2023).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. El artículo 10.1.&lt;em&gt;j)&lt;/em&gt; de los Estatutos del Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos, aprobados por el Decreto 48/2018, de 21 de diciembre (BOIB n.º 160, de 22 de diciembre de 2018; corrección de errores: BOIB n.º 6, de 12 de enero de 2019).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;3. La disposición adicional primera del Texto Refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, aprobado por el Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre (BOIB n.º 196, de 31 de diciembre de 2005).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;4. La Orden de la consejera de Educación y Cultura de 1 de julio de 2009 por la cual se establecen las bases reguladoras de las subvenciones en materia de educación y cultura (BOIB n.º 100, de 11 de julio de 2009).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1. Aprobar y conceder subvenciones por un importe total de 26.937,69 € a favor de los beneficiarios que se incluyen en el anexo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. Autorizar y disponer el gasto indicado a cada uno de los beneficiarios a cargo de los presupuestos e importes detallados en el anexo&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;con cargo al capítulo 4 del presupuesto de IEB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;3. Publicar esta Resolución en &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, podrá interponerse un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el presidente del Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos en el plazo de un mes contador desde el día siguiente al de su publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunitat Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;También podrá interponer directamente un recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso-administrativo en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente al de su publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
