Decreto de alcaldía núm. 00049 de 22 de enero de 2024&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;, ha resuelto lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.- &lt;/strong&gt;Aprobar la lista de la persona aspirante que ha superado el proceso selectivo correspondiente a la tasa adicional de estabilización de la ocupación temporal para el año 2021, para cubrir 1 plaza de Administrativo/a , como personal laboral del Ayuntamiento de Palma, por el sistema de concurso de méritos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.- &lt;/strong&gt;Ordenar la publicación de esta resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares y en la página web del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra esta resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer recurso potestativo de reposición ante el mismo órgano que la ha dictado, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;También puede interponerse directamente un recurso contencioso administrativo, de conformidad a lo establecido en el artículo 123 mencionado y el artículo 45 y siguientes de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
