Decreto de alcaldía núm. 22.791 de 19 de diciembre de 2023&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;, ha resuelto lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;PRIMERO.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Aprobar la lista de personas aspirantes que han superado el proceso selectivo correspondiente a la tasa adicional de estabilización de la ocupación temporal para el año 2021, para cubrir &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;1 plaza de Auxiliar administrativo /va,&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt; como personal laboral del Ayuntamiento de Palma, por el sistema de concurso de méritos .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;SEGUNDO.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Ordenar la publicación de esta resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears y en la página web del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Contra esta resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer recurso potestativo de reposición ante lo mismo órgano que la ha dictado, de conformidad con lo que dispone los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;También se puede interponer directamente un recurso contencioso administrativo, de conformidad a lo que establece el artículo 123 citado y el artículo 45 y siguientes de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
