&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1.En fecha 31 de julio de 2009 el Pleno de la Comisión de Medio Ambiente de las Illes Balears acuerda el otorgamiento de la autorización ambiental integrada de la planta de tratamiento de aceite mineral usado de Lloseta, promovida por WORP Islas Baleares SL, (BOIB núm. 20 de 06/02/2010). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2.En fecha 17 de mayo de 2022 (RE SAA núm. 397 de 17/05/2022) WORP solicita la modificación de la AAI de la planta de tratamiento de aceite mineral usado de Lloseta, consistente en la gestión de&lt;span style="color:#3c4043"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;MARPOL C. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Por todo lo anterior, y CONSIDERANDO &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1.Que WORP Islas Baleares SL ha solicitado una modificación de la autorización ambiental integrada de la planta de tratamiento de aceite mineral usado de Lloseta, consistente en la gestión de MARPOL C. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2.Que la documentación aportada justifica que se trata de una modificación no sustancial, en cumplimiento del art.&lt;span style="color:#3c4043"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;14 del RD 815/2013. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;3.Que el informe recibido del Servicio de Residuos y Suelos contaminados es desfavorable respecto a la petición de incorporar el código LER 13 04 02* (Aceites de sentinas recogidos en muelles) en la lista de residuos autorizados a gestionar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;4.Que se informa favorablemente la petición de eliminar de la AAI el código LER 13 02 04* (Aceites minerales clorados de motor, de transmisión mecánica y lubricantes) como residuo a gestionar. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Visto el dictamen del comité técnico de fecha 18 de octubre de 2023, y de acuerdo con los artículos 8.1.b) y 9.3, segundo párrafo del Decreto 3/2022, de 28 de febrero, dicto la siguiente: Resolución &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Primero.- Otorgar la modificación no sustancial de la autorización ambiental integrada de la planta de tratamiento de aceite mineral usado de Lloseta, promovida por WORP Islas Baleares SL, consistente en la gestión de MARPOL C, respecto a la petición de eliminar de&lt;span style="color:#3c4043"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;la AAI el código LER 13 02 04* (Aceites minerales clorados a motor, de transmisión mecánica y lubricantes) como residuo autorizado a gestionar con sujeción a las siguientes condiciones y/o modificaciones: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;En el punto 6.3 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;donde dice: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero&lt;/strong&gt;.- La presente autorización se otorga sin perjuicio del resto de autorizaciones y licencias que resulten exigibles. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
