    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se hace constar que, mediante Resolución de Alcaldía número 2024-0007 de fecha 02 de enero de 2024, se nombran funcionarios en prácticas y funcionario de carrera de la categoría policía local del Ayuntamiento de Sa Pobla, conforme a lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;“RESOLUCIÓN DE ALCALDÍA NOMBRAMIENTO FUNCIONARIOS EN PRÁCTICAS Y FUNCIONARIO DE CARRERA&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Biel Ferragut Mir, Alcalde-presidente del Ayuntamiento de Sa Pobla, de conformidad con las bases específicas del proceso selectivo para proveer, como personal funcionario de carrera, 5 plazas vacantes de la categoría de policía local del Ayuntamiento de Sa Pobla, escala de Administración especial, subescala servicios especiales, grupo C, subgrupo C1, correspondiendo 3 plazas a la Oferta de Empleo Público del año 2021 y 2 plazas a la Oferta Pública del año 2022 (BOIB número 165, de 20 de diciembre de 2022), mediante procedimiento ordinario, sistema de oposición.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Habiéndose hecho públicos en fecha 22 de diciembre de 2023 en el tablón de anuncios de la página web del Ayuntamiento los resultados finales del proceso selectivo conforme al acuerdo del tribunal evaluador, se constata que el número de aspirantes no supera al número de plazas convocadas y que, una vez publicado el anuncio, todos los aspirantes han presentado la documentación requerida para tomar posesión como funcionarios en prácticas/de carrera.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Se hace constar que, de los cinco aspirantes propuestos por el Tribunal para ser nombrados funcionarios en prácticas, dos personas deben realizar y superar tanto el curso de capacitación correspondiente a la categoría de policía como las prácticas en el municipio; dos aspirantes ya cuentan con el curso de capacitación superado y otro aspirante, según lo establecido en la base undécima de las bases específicas del procedimiento, queda exento de la realización de la fase de prácticas en el municipio porque ha ocupado, como funcionario interino, un puesto de policía en el Ayuntamiento de Sa Pobla, a los efectos del artículo 192.12 del Decreto 40/2019, de 24 de mayo, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento marco de coordinación de las policías locales de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;A la vista de estos antecedentes, y de conformidad con el artículo 21.1.h) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, de Bases del Régimen Local y 176 del Reglamento marco de Coordinación de las Policías Locales de las Islas Baleares aprobado por el Decreto 40/2019, de 24 de mayo,&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El nombramiento como funcionarios en prácticas de las aspirantes Mª Antònia Segura Durán y Aida Álvarez Gómez producirá efectos desde la fecha de inicio del curso de capacitación en la Escuela Balear de Seguridad Pública de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;En cuanto a los otros aspirantes, su nombramiento será efectivo desde el día 22 de enero de 2024.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Los nombramientos de los aspirantes como funcionarios en prácticas se mantendrán hasta que sean nombrados como funcionarios de carrera, si procede, o calificados como no aptos, todo de acuerdo con el artículo 177 del Decreto 40/2019.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Se hace constar que los interesados ya han presentado la acreditación de todos los requisitos especificados en la base segunda de la convocatoria, por lo que NO es necesario esperar el plazo de veinte días hábiles a contar desde la fecha de publicación de la resolución de aprobación de la relación de aspirantes que han superado el proceso selectivo y que deben ser nombrados funcionarios en prácticas para que acrediten el cumplimiento de todos los requisitos especificados en las Bases de la Convocatoria.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Se hace constar que, conforme al artículo 179.2 del Decreto 40/2019, quedan exentas de la realización de la fase de prácticas las personas aspirantes que hayan ocupado en comisión de servicios o como personal funcionario interino un lugar, en el mismo Ayuntamiento que convoca el proceso selectivo de acceso, a una categoría igual o superior a la que se refiere la convocatoria del procedimiento, siempre que haya obtenido una evaluación favorable de este período según lo establecido en el apartado 12 del artículo 192 de este Reglamento y que la duración de la evaluación sea igual o superior a la prevista para la fase de prácticas en las bases de la convocatoria.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
