&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.- &lt;/strong&gt;Aprobar la oferta de empleo público ordinario del Ayuntamiento de Llubí para el ejercicio 2023, que contiene las siguientes plazas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO. &lt;/strong&gt;Publicar la Oferta de Empleo Público en el tablón de anuncios de la Corporación, así como en la sede electrónica de este Ayuntamiento [dirección https://llubi.sedelectronica.es] y en el BOIB&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO. &lt;/strong&gt;Convocar las plazas ofertadas en ejecución de la presente Oferta de Empleo Público dentro del plazo improrrogable de tres años a contar desde su fecha de publicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Interposición de recursos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Contra la presente resolución, que pone fin a la vía administrativa, puede interponerse alternativamente recurso potestativo de reposición ante la alcaldesa del Ayuntamiento de Llubí en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente al de la publicación del presente anuncio, de acuerdo con los artículos 123 y 124 de la ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, o recurso contencioso-administrativo, ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de Palma, en el plazo de dos meses a contar día siguiente a la publicación del presente anuncio, de conformidad con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998 de 13 de julio de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Si se optase por interponer el recurso de reposición potestativo, no se podrá interponer recurso contencioso-administrativo hasta que aquél se haya resuelto expresamente o se haya producido su desestimación por silencio. Todo ello, sin perjuicio de que pueda interponer cualquier otro recurso que pudiera estimarse más conveniente a su derecho. Lo que se hace público, para general conocimiento y efectos oportunos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
