&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO. Beneficiarios&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;1. Pueden participar en este concurso todas las personas físicas y jurídicas que lo deseen, conforme a los condicionantes específicos de cada categoría.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;2. En el caso de menores de edad, la solicitud la tiene que presentar el padre, la madre o tutor/a legal. En caso de presentarse en grupo, la solicitud la tiene que presentar una única persona representante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;3. En caso de presentarse un grupo que no sea una persona jurídica, la solicitud lo tiene que presentar una sola persona que lo represente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

No pueden optar al premio las personas en quienes concurra alguna de las prohibiciones que establecen el art. 13 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, y el artículo 10 de la Ordenanza general municipal de subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Maó (BOIB n.º 12 de 25 de enero de 2018).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO. Finalidad&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Las finalidades de estos concursos son:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="lower-alpha" start="1"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Incentivar la participación ciudadana y del tejido social en las celebraciones de la ciudad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Dinamizar la fiesta de Carnaval en la ciudad de Maó.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Promover el ingenio i la creatividad a la hora de preparar y ejecutar los disfraces y los elementos escenográficos accesorios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO. Bases reguladoras&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Aprobadas por Resolución del teniente de Alcaldía de Servicios Urbanos y Medio Ambiente del Ayuntamiento de Maó núm. 2023/DA/0002404 de día 19 de diciembre, por la cual se convocan los Concursos de Disfraces de Carnaval de año 2024, publicada en el tablón de edictos electrónico del Ayuntamiento de Maó (https://www.ajmao.org/Tauler/EdictesX.aspx?TIPO=01) y en la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTO. Importe&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. Se establecen premios en metálico y en especie por valor de 675 euros, con cargo a la partida D01-3380-4840311 del Presupuesto municipal del año 2024, conforme al detalle siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Se establecen unas ayudas a las carrozas y comparsas que participen en el desfile de Sábado de Carnaval en concepto de gastos de confección de los disfraces por valor de 4.000,00 euros, con cargo a la partida D01-3380-4840311 del Presupuesto municipal del año 2024, independientemente de que los grupos hayan sido premiados. El importe de las ayudas es el siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="lower-alpha" start="1"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Carrozas: 2.500,00 euros, con un importe máximo de 250,00 euros por grupo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Comparsas: 1.500,00 euros, con un importe máximo de 150,00 euros por grupo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUINTO. Plazo de presentación de solicitudes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

La inscripción se llevará a cabo mediante la presentación del modelo normalizado de solicitud, en el periodo comprendido entre el 2 de enero y el 2 de febrero de 2024 (ambos inclusive).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;2. Este modelo normalizado de solicitud se deberá presentar, convenientemente firmado, mediante uno de los siguientes canales:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Mediante el trámite específico que se habilite en la sede electrónica municipal (www.carpetaciutadana.org) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Solo para personas físicas: Oficina de Atención Ciudadana (pl. Constitució, 22), en horario de lunes a viernes, de 8.00 a 14.00 h; y los jueves (excepto julio y agosto), de 16.00 a 19.00 h&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En cualesquiera de los registros establecidos en el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2014, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
