&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESOLUCIÓN DE PRESIDENCIA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;NOMBRAMIENTO DE MIEMBROS DE LA MESA DE CALIDAD TURÍSTICA DE FORMENTERA, MANDATO 2023-2027&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Lorenzo Córdoba Marí, Presidente del Consell Insular de Formentera, Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dada la entrada en vigor de la aprobación definitiva del Reglamento de Funcionamiento de la Mesa de Calidad Turística de Formentera, publicado en el BOIB núm. 94, de 22 de junio de 2010.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La denominada Mesa de Calidad, como órgano colegiado, de carácter deliberante y consultivo, sin personalidad jurídica, tiene como misión propiciar un diálogo plural de todos los sectores implicados, para así poder ofrecer a las próximas generaciones el marco suficiente para el desarrollo sostenible de la actividad turística y, al mismo tiempo, favorecer su calidad y competitividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vista la nueva composición del Pleno del Consell Insular de Formentera de fecha 17 de junio de 2023 y de acuerdo con lo establecido en el art. 8 del Reglamento de Funcionamiento de la Mesa de Calidad, se hace necesaria la renovación de la Mesa de Turismo de Formentera, de acuerdo con lo que se prevé en el artículo 5 de este Reglamento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Visto lo que dispone el artículo 2 del reglamento de la Mesa de Calidad Turística de Formentera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estructura&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La “Mesa para la Calidad Turística de Formentera” estará constituida por la Conselleria de Turismo del Gobierno Balear, el Consell Insular de Formentera y los siguientes organismos representantes del sector que participan en el SICTED. A fecha de hoy, queda estructurada de la siguiente manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Presidente/a: Conseller Insular de Formentera o persona con quien delegue. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vicepresidente: Gerente del Patronato de Turismo de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vocales: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1 representante de la Conselleria de Medio Ambiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1 representante de la Cámara de Comercio de Ibiza y Formentera&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1 representante de la PIME&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1 representante de la Asociación Hotelera de Formentera&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Secretaria: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Actuará como secretario/aria el Gerente &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Teniendo en cuenta que la estructura de la Mesa ha cambiado debido a la disolución del Patronato de Turismo en 2018 y la aparición de nuevas asociaciones vinculadas al tejido turístico de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Visto el informe de los Servicios Jurídicos de fecha 26 de octubre de 2023, debe considerarse lo que prevé el art. 2 del Reglamento, en lo referente a la estructura y composición, al disponer que “la modificación de la composición de miembros de la Mesa de Calidad no supondrá una modificación de las Normas de Funcionamiento de la Mesa de Calidad Turística de Formentera”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De esta forma, se procede a incluir la figura de Gerente de Promoción Turística, así como un representante de la Asociación de Bares, Restaurantes y Ocio Nocturno de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Recibidos los escritos de las diferentes entidades que forman parte de la Mesa de Calidad en los que se propone un representante vocal y suplente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El día 31 de octubre de 2023 con NRGE 2023/29211 por parte de la Asociación de Bares, Restaurantes y Ocio Nocturno de Formentera, mediante el cual se designa como vocal al Sr. Franco Chimirri y suplente al Sr. Santiago Costa Escandell.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El día 31 de octubre de 2023 con NRGE 2023/29211 por parte de la Asociación Intersectorial de Pequeños y Medios Empresarios de Formentera, donde se designa como vocal a la Sra. Lidia Álvarez Fernández y suplente al Sr. José Miguel Fernando Mayans Serra.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El día 14 de noviembre de 2023 con NRGE 2023/30325 por parte de la Conselleria de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes del Gobierno Balear, en el que se designa como vocal a la Sra. Catalina de Miguel Colón y suplente al Sr. Carlos González.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El día 21 de noviembre de 2023 con NRGE 2023/30945 por parte de la Asociación Hotelera de Formentera, mediante el cual se designa como vocal a Sra. Catalina Bustos Ferrer y suplente a la Sra. Noelia Ferrer Costa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El día 21 de noviembre de 2023 con NRGE 2023/30920 por parte de la Cámara de Comercio, mediante el cual se designa como vocal al Sr. Juan Manuel Costa Escanellas y suplente a la Sra. Noelia Ferrer Costa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El día 27 de noviembre de 2023 con núm. resolución 2023/4200 se designa como vocal a la Sra. Ana Mª Fernández Molero y suplente al Sr. Javier Asensio Ruano.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Con la conformidad del Secretario del Consejo Insular de Formentera, a la espera de aprobar el nuevo Reglamento Orgánico que incorpore esta comisión o contemple un reglamento aparte, conforme a la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de Consells Insulars, disposición transitoria 4rta, apartado 1 y 2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Disposición transitoria cuarta&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Normativa de aplicación hasta la aprobación del nuevo reglamento orgánico&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Mientras el Consell Insular no apruebe el reglamento orgánico que debe desarrollar lo dispuesto en esta ley, regirán las disposiciones de la misma como si no se refirieran a la aprobación del reglamento orgánico. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De forma supletoria y en lo que no contradiga el contenido de esta ley, según lo que se establece en el apartado anterior de la presente disposición, estará en vigor el reglamento orgánico válido a la entrada en vigor de la presente ley.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En virtud de las atribuciones que me confiere la legislación vigente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Presidente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;: Sr. Artal F. Mayans García, Conseller de Turismo, Innovación y Vivienda del Consell Insular de Formentera. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vicepresidente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;: Sr. Leonardo Metastasio, Gerente de Promoción Turística. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
