&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Segundo.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Publicar la Oferta de empleo público ordinaria en el Boletín Oficial de les Illes Balears, en la sede electrónica de l'Ajuntament de Campos y en el portal de transparencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Tercero.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Convocar las plazas ofrecidas en ejecución de la presente Oferta de empleo público dentro del plazo improrrogable de tres años a contar des de su fecha de publicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Contra la presente resolución, que pone fin a la vía administrativa, puede interponerse alternativamente recurso potestativo de reposición ante la alcaldesa de l'Ajuntament de Campos en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente al de la publicación del presente anuncio, de acuerdo con los artículos 123 y 124 de la ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, o recurso contencioso-administrativo, ante el Juzgado de lo contencioso-administrativo de Palma, en el plazo de dos meses a contar día siguiente a la publicación del presente anuncio, en conformidad con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998 de 13 de julio de la jurisdicción contencioso- administrativa. Si se optara para interponer el recurso de reposición potestativo, no se podrá interponer recurso contencioso-administrativo hasta que aquel se haya resuelto expresamente o se haya producido su desestimación por silencio. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Todo esto, sin perjuicio de que pueda interponer cualquier otro recurso que pudiera estimar más conveniente a su derecho. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
