![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">La Ley 2/2016, de 30 de marzo, del impuesto sobre estancias turísticas en las Illes Balears y de medidas de impulso del turismo sostenible, determina en el artículo 20.3 que la Comisión tiene que elaborar un plan anual de impulso del turismo sostenible que fije los objetivos anuales prioritarios, con criterios de equilibrio territorial.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El Decreto 35/2016, de 23 de junio, por el que se despliega la Ley del impuesto sobre estancias turísticas y de medidas de impulso del turismo sostenible determina en el artículo 51.1 que, de acuerdo con el que dispone el artículo 20 de la Ley 2/2016, la Comisión tiene que elaborar un plan anual del impulso del turismo sostenible que fije los objetivos anuales prioritarios.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El artículo 44 del Decreto mencionado determina en el punto 2 las competencias del Pleno de la Comisión de Impulso del Turismo Sostenible, y en concreto la letra <em>a)</em> dispone la competencia de aprobar, a propuesta del Comité Ejecutivo, el Plan Anual de Impulso del Turismo Sostenible.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">De acuerdo con el punto 3 de la disposición adicional quinta de la Ley 5/2021, de 28 de diciembre, de presupuestos generales de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para el año 2022, en la redacción otorgada por la disposición final quincena del Decreto ley 6/2022, de 13 de junio, de medidas urgentes para reducir la temporalidad para la ocupación pública de las Illes Balears, en fecha 28 de julio de 2022 el Pleno de la Comisión de Impulso del Turismo Sostenible aprobó la propuesta de Plan Anual 2023, a propuesta del Comité Ejecutivo en la misma fecha.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">En fecha 1 de agosto de 2022, el Consejo de Gobierno —a pesar de no haber una obligación legal de ratificación del Plan Anual— lo ratificó, atendida la necesidad de su intervención en la aprobación de los proyectos que entonces sean elevados por el consejero competente en materia de Turismo conforme las propuestas seleccionadas por la Comisión.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Más adelante, en fecha 31 de octubre de 2022, el Consejo de Gobierno aprobó la propuesta de la Comisión relativa a los proyectos a financiar con el Fondo para favorecer el turismo sostenible correspondiente al Plan anual de 2023.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">De manera previa, en fecha 26 de octubre de 2018, el Consejo de Gobierno también había aprobado los proyectos a financiar con el Fondo para favorecer el turismo sostenible, correspondientes al Plan Anual de 2018.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Por otro lado, en fecha 18 de diciembre de 2023, el Pleno de la Comisión de Impulso del Turismo Sostenible, aprobó una serie de modificaciones y renuncias relativas a proyectos aprobados dentro del Plan anual 2023, así como una relativa a un proyecto del Plan anual 2018, para ser elevadas al Consejo de Gobierno para su aprobación definitiva, en aplicación del artículo 35 letra <em>c) </em>del Decreto 35/2016, de 23 de junio, por el que se desarrolla la Ley del impuesto sobre estancias turísticas y de medidas de impulso del turismo sostenible, que determina entre las funciones de la Comisión las siguientes: efectuar el seguimiento y la evaluación de la ejecución de los proyectos aprobados por el Consejo de Gobierno y proponer la adopción de las medidas de suspensión, modificación o cancelación que, si procede, considere oportunas.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">También, en fecha 18 de diciembre de 2023, la Comisión de Impulso del Turismo Sostenible ha aprobado un plan anual extraordinario para el periodo 2023, que tiene que ser publicado en el <em>Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears</em> y en la web a la que se refiere el artículo 20.4 de la Ley 2/2016, en conformidad con el artículo 51.5 del Decreto 35/2016.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Las modificaciones antes mencionadas son las siguientes:</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Expediente 2023-023: Inversiones en la modernización y adaptación al cambio climático de las explotaciones agrarias</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Antecedentes: para este proyecto ITS-2023-023 se solicitó un importe total de 8.600.000 euros, que permitía incrementar el crédito y dotar varias convocatorias de la línea de inversiones en explotaciones agrarias convocadas al amparo del PDR de las Illes Balears para los años 2019, 2020 y siguientes, si procede, así como ya se explicaba en la memoria del proyecto. Finalmente, se concedieron 6.000.000 de euros para tal fin a la Consejería de Agricultura, Pesca y Alimentación.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">La entidad ejecutante será el Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Illes Balears (FOGAIBA).</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Se propone modificar el importe total del proyecto a 6.000.000 de euros, que se distribuyen con las finalidades y con las anualidades siguientes:</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">· Resolución del presidente del FOGAIBA de 10 de julio de 2015 por la que se convocan, para los años 2015 a 2020, subvenciones para inversiones a las explotaciones agrarias (convocatoria INEA 2020), por un importe de 5.360.601,60 euros; los 639.398,4 euros restantes (para la anualidad 2024) se destinarán a la Resolución de la presidenta del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) por la que se convocan, mediante el procedimiento anticipado de gasto, subvenciones para inversiones en explotaciones agrarias, correspondientes en 2021. La distribución será en las anualidades siguientes:</span></p>

<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Expediente 2023-044: Promoción de 53 viviendas de protección pública</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Antecedentes: Este proyecto se concedió en la Consejería de Movilidad y Vivienda. La entidad ejecutante será el Instituto Balear de la Vivienda (IBAVI). El importe total del proyecto era de 19.830.054,11 euros. El importe concedido con fondo para favorecer el turismo sostenible fue de 13.151.862 euros. Se solicita incrementar el importe total a 20.135.087,62 euros, de los cuales la Dirección general de Vivienda y Arquitectura (GOIB) asumirá 1.065.001,03 euros, el Ministerio de Transportes, Movilidad y Agenda Urbana, 1.256.000,00 euros, Fondos Next Generation, 2.922.192,00 euros y el Fondo Europeo de Desarrollo Regional, 1.740.042,49 euros, y llega al total de 6.983.235,52 euros.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Se propone modificar el importe total del proyecto, que pasa a 20.135.097,62 euros, y distribuir el importe ya concedido con fondo del turismo sostenible en las anualidades siguientes:</span></p>

<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Expediente 2023-019: Menorca agua: modernización de la infraestructura hidráulica</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Antecedentes: Este proyecto se concedió al Consell Insular de Menorca, para llevar a cabo intervenciones urgentes en infraestructuras hidráulicas de Menorca, en línea con los objetivos del Plan de Acción Menorca Reserva de Biosfera.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Según la información suministrada por la entidad, el importe del proyecto es de 17.108.323,46 euros, y se concedieron 2.400.000 euros con fondos para favorecer el turismo sostenible. Ni el Consell de Menorca ni los ayuntamientos implicados disponen de la financiación suficiente para su ejecución completa.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Se propone ejecutar el proyecto en dos fases:</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Fase 1: con un importe de 10.876.096,64 euros, que incluye los 2,4 millones provenientes de fondos del impuesto de turismo sostenible, y el resto que se financiará con presupuesto propio del Consejo Insular de Menorca y los ayuntamientos. Las actuaciones previstas en esta primera fase son las correspondientes en el área de influencia directa de los municipios de Maó, es Castell, es Mercadal, es Mediodía Grande y Ciutadella.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Fase 2: por un importe de 6.232.226,81 euros no se podrá ejecutar hasta que se obtenga la financiación necesaria.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">La entidad ejecutante será el Consell Insular de Menorca.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Expediente 2023-046: Adquisición Castillo de Alaró</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Antecedentes: este proyecto se concedió al Consejo Insular de Mallorca, para llevar a cabo la adquisición de la finca llamada Castillo de Alaró.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El importe total del proyecto era de 1.100.600 euros, y se concedieron 1.100.000 euros a cargo del fondo para favorecer el turismo sostenible.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Antecedentes: Este proyecto se concedió en la Consejería de Transición Energética, Sectores Productivos y Memoria Democrática. La entidad ejecutante será el Instituto Balear de la Energía.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El importe total del proyecto era de 4.561.700 euros y se concedieron 1.885.000 euros a cargo del fondo para favorecer el turismo sostenible. El importe restando lo asume la entidad con fondo de insularidad según la información suministrada por la entidad.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Antecedentes: este proyecto se concedió en la Consejería de Presidencia, Función Pública e Igualdad.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El importe total del proyecto era de 2.214.838,51 euros, y el importe concedido fue el mismo. Ahora la Consejería de Presidencia y Administraciones Públicas ha presentado la renuncia al proyecto.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Se propone aceptar la renuncia al proyecto y que el importe de 2.214.838,51 euros pase al fondo para favorecer el turismo sostenible del Plan Anual Extraordinario 2023.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Expediente 2023-065: Facultad de Ciencias - 1a fase</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Antecedentes: este proyecto se concedió en la Consejería de Fondos Europeos, Universidad y Cultura.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El importe total del proyecto era de 32.629.307,7 euros, y se concedieron 13.380.000 euros a cargo del fondo para favorecer el turismo sostenible.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Expediente 2023-084: Despliegue del ecosistema de hidrógeno renovable</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Antecedentes: este proyecto se concedió en la Consejería de Transición Energética, Sectores Productivos y Memoria Democrática. El importe total del proyecto era de 18.755.000 euros y se concedieron 2.000.000 de euros a cargo del fondo para favorecer el turismo sostenible. Ahora, la Consejería competente ha renunciado al proyecto.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Se propone aceptar la renuncia al proyecto y que este importe de 2.000.000 de euros pase al fondo para favorecer el turismo sostenible del Plan Anual Extraordinario 2023.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Expediente 2023-094: Desarrollo de una instalación agrovoltaica en Santa Eugènia</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Antecedentes: Este proyecto se concedió a la Consejería de Transición Energética, Sectores Productivos y Memoria Democrática. La entidad ejecutante será el Instituto Balear de la Energía. El importe total del proyecto era de 3.102.718,30 euros y se concedieron 1.461.559 euros a cargo del fondo para favorecer el turismo sostenible. El importe restando lo asume la entidad con fondo de insularidad.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Se propone distribuir el importe ya concedido con fondo del turismo sostenible en las anualidades siguientes:</span></p>

<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El importe de 2.500.000 euros es para llevar a cabo únicamente la mide <em>b)</em>, correspondiendo a la reestructuración de cultivos de árboles frutales tradicionales de las Illes Balears, dado que el cambio climático, la sequía de los últimos años y varias plagas y enfermedades han afectado gravemente el cultivo de estos árboles en nuestras islas. El objetivo de las dos medidas —<em>a)</em> y b) — es común: mantener el paisaje agrario actual y ambas actuaciones consisten en ayudas a labradores y titulares de explotaciones incluidas en el marco normativo europeo de ayudas.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Expediente 2023-082: Fomento de la micromovilidad eléctrica en las Illes Balears</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Antecedentes: este proyecto se concedió en la Consejería de Transición Energética, Sectores Productivos y Memoria Democrática.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El importe total del proyecto era de 10.020.000 euros, y se concedieron 1.000.000 de euros a cargo del fondo para favorecer el turismo sostenible.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">La consejería competente ha presentado una renuncia parcial al proyecto por un importe de 780.000 euros.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Se propone aceptar la renuncia parcial del proyecto y que el importe de 780.000 euros pase al fondo para favorecer el turismo sostenible del Plan Anual Extraordinario 2023; modificar el importe total del proyecto, que pasa a ser de 220.000 euros, así como asignar el fondo concedido a la anualidad siguiente:</span></p>

<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Expediente 2023-020: Pagos compensatorios para el apoyo de la agricultura de montaña</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Antecedentes: Este proyecto se concedió a la Consejería de Agricultura, Pesca y Alimentación. La entidad ejecutante es el Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Illes Balears (FOGAIBA).</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El importe total del proyecto era de 2.600.000 euros, y se concedieron 1.300.000 euros a cargo del fondo para favorecer el turismo sostenible.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Se propone modificar el importe total del proyecto, que pasa a 1.300.000 euros, con una anualidad para el año 2024 de 1.300.000 euros.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Este importe ha sido destinado completamente a la convocatoria de la anualidad 2023 (Resolución de la presidenta del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) por la que se aprueba la convocatoria, para el año 2023, de las ayudas destinadas al pago compensatorio para zonas de montaña a las Illes Balears).</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Expediente 2023-050: Incremento del suelo público en espacios naturales</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Antecedentes: este proyecto se concedió en Consejería de Medio ambiente y Territorio.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El importe total del proyecto era de 3.125.000 euros y se concedieron 3.125.000 euros a cargo del fondo para favorecer el turismo sostenible.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Se propone modificar el objeto del proyecto y ampliarlo a fincas situadas en espacios naturales que resulten necesarias para la conservación de hábitats y/o especies, para el uso público o la gestión de estos espacios. Con esta modificación se amplía la posible adquisición de fincas a lugares que presenten unos elevados valores medioambientales, tanto para la protección de hábitats y especies como para el uso público. Estos lugares tendrán que cumplir, así mismo, los objetivos del proyecto. El importe para la anualidad del 2024 se mantiene en 3.125.000 €.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong></strong></span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Expediente 2018-004: Mejora de la accesibilidad y de los observatorios de las albuferas de las Illes Balears</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Antecedentes: atendido el incremento de precios en las materias primeras, hay actuaciones que estaban previstas al proyecto inicial que no se podrán llevar a cabo y, por eso, la entidad ha solicitado una modificación del proyecto.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Se propone modificar las actuaciones iniciales previstas al proyecto inicial, reduciendo la magnitud de algunas actuaciones pero ejecutando el presupuesto concedido en su totalidad y logrando igualmente los objetivos generales del proyecto.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Las actuaciones que no se llevarán a cabo son:</span></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Lote A: En Mallorca no se llevarán a cabo las actuaciones previstas inicialmente al Malecó del Canal del Solo y, en lugar de llevar a cabo el mantenimiento y corrección de 6.000 m, sólo se hará en 3.407,5 m.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Lote B: En Menorca sólo se adecuarán 420 m de los 1.050 m del Itinerario Azul, y del Itinerario Rojo no se adecuará el mirador, los bancos ni el cartel cerámico.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Lote C: En Formentera no se hará el panel interpretativo del paisaje.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Por todo esto, el Consejo de Gobierno, a propuesta del consejero de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes, en la sesión de 22 de diciembre de 2023, adoptó entre otros el siguiente Acuerdo:</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Primero.</strong> Ratificar el Plan Anual de Impulso del Turismo Sostenible extraordinario para 2023, aprobado por la Comisión de Impulso del Turismo Sostenible en fecha 18 de diciembre de 2023, que se anexa a este Acuerdo.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Segundo.</strong> Tomar en consideración las modificaciones y renuncias elevadas por la Comisión de Impulso del Turismo Sostenible, en conformidad con el artículo 20.4 de la Ley 2/2016, de 30 de marzo, del impuesto sobre estancias turísticas a las Illes Balears y de medidas de impulso del turismo sostenible.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Tercero.</strong> Modificar o aceptar la renuncia de los siguientes proyectos correspondientes al Plan anual 2023 y Plan anual de 2018, que quedan en los términos siguientes:</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Expediente 2023-023: Inversiones en la modernización y adaptación al cambio climático de las explotaciones agrarias</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Modificar el importe total del proyecto a 6.000.000 de euros, que se distribuyen con las finalidades y las anualidades siguientes:</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Resolución del presidente del FOGAIBA de 10 de julio de 2015 por la que se convocan, para los años 2015 a 2020, subvenciones para inversiones a las explotaciones agrarias (convocatoria INEA 2020), por un importe de 5.360.601,60 euros; los 639.398,4 euros restantes (para la anualidad 2024) se destinarán a la Resolución de la presidenta del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) por la que se convocan, mediante el procedimiento anticipado de gasto, subvenciones para inversiones en explotaciones agrarias, correspondientes en 2021. <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El importe de 2.500.000 euros es para llevar a cabo únicamente la medida <em>b)</em>, correspondiendo a la reestructuración de cultivos de árboles frutales tradicionales de las Illes Balears, dado que el cambio climático, la sequía de los últimos años y varias plagas y enfermedades han afectado gravemente el cultivo de estos árboles a nuestras islas. El objetivo de las dos medidas —<em>a)</em> y b) — es común: mantener el paisaje agrario actual y ambas actuaciones consisten en ayudas a labradores y titulares de explotaciones incluidas en el marco normativo europeo de ayudas.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Expediente 2023-082: Fomento de la micromovilidad eléctrica en las Illes Balears</strong></span></p>

<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Este importe ha sido destinado totalmente a la convocatoria de la anualidad 2023 (Resolución de la presidenta del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) por la que se aprueba la convocatoria, para el año 2023, de las ayudas destinadas al pago compensatorio para zonas de montaña en las Illes Balears).</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Expediente 2023-050: Incremento del suelo público en espacios naturales</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Modificar el objeto del proyecto y ampliarlo a fincas situadas en espacios naturales que resulten necesarias para la conservación de hábitats y/o especies, para el uso público o la gestión de estos espacios. Con esta modificación se amplía la posible adquisición de fincas a lugares que presenten unos elevados valores medioambientales, tanto para la protección de hábitats y especies como para el uso público. Estos lugares tendrán que cumplir, así mismo, los objetivos del proyecto. El importe para la anualidad del 2024 se mantiene en 3.125.000 €.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Modificar las actuaciones iniciales previstas al proyecto inicial, reduciendo la magnitud de algunas actuaciones pero ejecutando el presupuesto concedido totalmente y logrando igualmente los objetivos generales del proyecto.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Las actuaciones que no se llevarán a cabo son:</span></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Lote A: En Mallorca no se llevarán a cabo las actuaciones previstas inicialmente al Malecó del Canal del Sol y, en lugar de llevar a cabo el mantenimiento y corrección de 6000 m, sólo se hará a 3.407,5 m.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Lote B: En Menorca sólo se adecuarán 420 m de los 1.050 m del Itinerario Azul, y del Itinerario Rojo no se adecuará el mirador, los bancos ni el cartel cerámico.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Lote C: En Formentera no se hará el panel interpretativo del paisaje.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Cuarto.</strong> Considerar modificados en estos términos los acuerdos del Consejo de Gobierno de fecha 31 de octubre de 2022 y 26 de octubre de 2018 relativos a la aprobación de proyectos a financiar con el fondo para favorecer el turismo sostenible.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Quinto.</strong> Ordenar la publicación del Plan Anual Extraordinario para 2023 y este Acuerdo, en <em>el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears</em> y en la web específica a la que se refiere el artículo 20.4 de la Ley 2/2016.</span></p>
