    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;El Pleno del Ajuntament de Son Servera, en la sesión ordinaria de 16 de noviembre de 2023, acordó aprobar inicialmente la modificación de la Relación de Puestos de Trabajo (RPT) del Ajuntament de Son Servera. El edicto de la aprobación inicial se publicó en el BOIB núm. 160 de 23 de noviembre de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;De acuerdo con los artículos 22.2.d), 49 y 70.2 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local y el artículo 102 de la Ley 20/2006 de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Islas Baleares y habiendo transcurrido el plazo de exposición al público sin que se hayan presentado ninguna alegación ni reclamación, queda aprobada definitivamente la modificación de la Relación de Puestos de Trabajo (RPT), que a continuación se transcribe:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;“Primero.- &lt;/strong&gt;Modificar la Relación de Puestos de Trabajo Valorada aprobada por acuerdo del Pleno, adoptado en la sesión extraordinaria de fecha 7 de abril de 2008, en el sentido de crear las siguientes plazas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Nombre del puesto de trabajo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Administrativo/va de Administración general (artículo 169.1.c) y 2.b), Real Decreto Legislativo 781/1986, de 18 de abril, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de las disposiciones legales vigentes en materia del Régimen Local).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Números de puestos de trabajo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Funciones del puesto de trabajo de administrativo/va de administración general:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Las tareas propias reseñadas en la RPT en relación al puesto base de administrativo/a de Administración general ya la legislación vigente en esta materia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Valoración:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La valoración económica para el cálculo del complemento específico, será la análoga al puesto base y plazas que se deriven y existentes en la RPT reseñada en la presente propuesta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Requisitos y condiciones serán los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Titulación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Bachillerato, FP2 o su equivalente en titulaciones homologadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Lengua catalana: nivel C1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Forma de provisión:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Concurso&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Contra el presente acuerdo, se podrá interponer recurso contencioso-administrativo, ante la Sala de lo Contencioso-Administrativo del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Illes Balears, en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente a la publicación del presente anuncio, de conformidad con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-Administrativa. Todo ello sin perjuicio de que pueda interponer cualquier otro recurso que pudiera estimarse más conveniente a su derecho.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
