Resolución de la presidenta del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Illes Balears (FOGAIBA), de día 26 de octubre de julio de 2021, por la que se convocan, para el año 2021, subvenciones para inversiones en las explotaciones del sector de los frutos secos, modificada mediante resolución de 14 de diciembre de 2021. </em></em></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%"><em><em>2. De conformidad con el apartado segundo de la mencionada modificación de Resolución, el plazo de presentación de solicitudes finalizó el día 30/12/2021. </em></em></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%"><em><em>3. Los órganos gestores del Servicio de Ayudas al Desarrollo Rural han realizado el control administrativo de las solicitudes y de la documentación aportada de acuerdo con las normas reguladoras de esta ayuda. </em></em></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%"><em><em>4. Las personas interesadas señaladas en el anexo I adjunto han presentado, en tiempo y forma, toda la documentación necesaria prevista en la convocatoria, y se ha comprobado que cumplen con los requisitos exigidos para poder ser beneficiarios de esta ayuda. </em></em></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%"><em><em>5.
