2023-12-14 2023-12-16 61766 CAIB 61767 ![CDATA[Resolución por la que se publica la lista de personas que han superado el concurso extraordinario de méritos del proceso de estabilización del Ayuntamiento de Calvià de técnico/a desarrollo estratégico y de ingeniero/a de caminos, canales y puertos]] CAIB text/html 2023-12-16 785720 ![CDATA[<p style="text-align:center"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Decreto de Alcaldía</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Hechos</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1.En fecha 26 de mayo de 2022, en el BOIB núm. 68, se publicó el decreto de aprobación de la oferta de ocupación pública para la estabilización de la ocupación temporal y la oferta de ocupación pública ordinaria para el 2022 de este ayuntamiento.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. En fecha 22 de noviembre de 2022 se publicó en el BOIB n.º 152 la resolución del teniente de alcalde delegado de Servicios Generales e Infraestructuras por la que se aprobaban las bases que regirán las convocatorias correspondientes al proceso de estabilización, junto con la relación de plazas que se convocan (anexo 6).</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3. El 13 de diciembre de 2022 se publicó en el BOE n.º 298 la resolución del teniente de alcalde delegado de Servicios Generales e Infraestructuras por la que se convocaban las plazas correspondientes al proceso de estabilización de este ayuntamiento.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4. El 14 de diciembre de 2022, se abrió el plazo de solicitud de participación en los procesos selectivos de las plazas relacionadas en el anexo 6 de las bases publicadas y mencionadas en el punto 2 y, hasta hoy, las comisiones de selección designadas a tal efecto han estado desarrollando las acciones para la resolución de las convocatorias.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">5. En fecha 11/10/2023 se publicó el acta número 7 de la comisión de selección en la cual se hicieron públicos los resultados provisionales de las siguientes convocatorias del proceso de estabilización del Ayuntamiento de Calvià, y se estableció un periodo de tres días hábiles, contados a partir del día siguiente a la publicación de los resultados provisionales, para que las personas aspirantes que lo consideraran oportuno pudieran presentar alegaciones: </span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">a) Técnico/a desarrollo estratégico </span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">b) Ingeniero/a de caminos, canales y puertos</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">6. Habiendo transcurrido el plazo al cual se hace referencia en el párrafo anterior, sin que se hayan presentado alegaciones a los resultados provisionales, la comisión de selección publicó en fecha 18/10/2023 el acta número 10 con los resultados definitivos de los procesos indicados.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">7.
