    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El Consejo de Administración de la Empresa Municipal de Transportes Urbanos de Palma SA, en su sesión de día 16 de noviembre de 2023 aprobó las bases que se adjuntan, que regirán el proceso de selección de promoción interna mediante concurso-oposición para el personal de Grupo profesional 3: Encargado de departamento a atención al usuario (7/2023).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Este documento tiene por objeto establecer una convocatoria mediante concurso-oposición, para la promoción interna de 1 plaza del grupo profesional 3: Encargado de departamento a atención al usuario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Como consecuencia del presente proceso de selección, los y las aspirantes que integrarán las listas, una vez finalizado el proceso, irán cubriendo las plazas ofertadas siguiendo el orden de prelación establecido en las referidas listas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Todo ello en cumplimiento de la siguiente normativa vigente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;1. Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2015, de 23 de octubre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto de los Trabajadores y posteriores actualizaciones, especialmente los art. 8, 12 y 15.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases del régimen local, especialmente los arts. 91 y 103.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. Real Decreto Legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto Básico del Empleado Público, art. 1.3., 2, 7, 11, 13 y del 55 al 61.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4. Reglamento orgánico del gobierno y la administración del Ayuntamiento de Palma (BOIB nº 120, de 11 de septiembre de 2004).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5. Ley 57/2003, de 16 de diciembre, de medidas de modernización del gobierno local, con las actualizaciones vigentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;6. Convenio Colectivo de la EMT-Palma vigente actualmente. Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares núm. 153 de 09/11/2019.7. Ley 4/2011, de 31 de marzo, de la buena administración y del buen gobierno de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;8. Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.9. Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Régimen Jurídico del Sector Público, art. 55.3, 104 y 106.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Este documento incluye todo el proceso de contratación de personal de la EMT-Palma y, en concreto, los siguientes apartados:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.1. Memoria justificativa de la necesidad de contratación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.2. Justificación de existencia de fondos (anual y plurianual).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.3. Procedimiento de selección.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.4. Autorización del inicio del procedimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.5. Bases y aprobación de la convocatoria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.1.- Memoria justificativa de la necesidad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Categoría profesional: Encargado de departamento a atención al usuario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Grupo profesional: Grupo 3: Encargado de departamento a atención al usuario con sus funciones propias su grupo profesional en función de las necesidades organizativas de la empresa y la movilidad funcional establecida en la normativa laboral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Número de vacantes a cubrir: 1 plaza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Condiciones económicas: las recogidas para el nivel salarial del grupo 3, del Convenio Colectivo de la EMT-Palma vigente en cada momento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Horario de trabajo: el horario de trabajo será el establecido en el Convenio Colectivo de la Empresa vigente en cada momento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Centro de trabajo: actualmente situado en la calle de Josep Anselm Clavé, núm. 5 (CP-07002), Palma, o en cualquier otro que se pueda establecer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Descripción de la necesidad: la de disponer de un encargado de departamento a atención al usuario, que apoye a la organización, toma de decisiones para la obtención de los objetivos establecidos, coordinar y asignar trabajos al personal adscrito al grupo profesional 5 del departamento, atención presencial a los usuarios, control y seguimiento del cumplimiento de protocolos de la empresa y elaboración de informes del departamento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;1.2.- Justificación de la existencia de fondos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;No se produce variación sustancial en la masa salarial presupuestada y aprobada para la EMT-Palma para el ejercicio 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;1.3.- Procedimiento de selección&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El sistema selectivo del proceso será el de concurso-oposición de promoción interna, siendo la fase de oposición de un 50% y la fase de concurso de un 50%.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El procedimiento de selección se efectuará de acuerdo con los principios constitucionales de igualdad, mérito y capacidad, así como los de publicidad, transparencia, imparcialidad, profesionalidad, independencia, discrecionalidad técnica, adecuación y agilidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Los factores a valorar serán la aptitud, actitud y conocimientos prácticos del puesto a cubrir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Las pruebas o exámenes a realizar se efectuarán por sorteo, entre aquellos temas que presente la empresa, que no podrán ser inferior a tres para cada convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Se desarrollarán procedimientos específicos para detectar y sancionar los intentos de las personas aspirantes de falsear los méritos alegados y se asegurará la transparencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;1.4.- Autorización del inicio del procedimiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;La aprobación del presente documento por parte del Consejo de Administración, previo cumplimiento del Código de buen Gobierno del Ayuntamiento de Palma de fecha 28/02/2013, y aprobado por el Consejo de Administración en fecha 16 de noviembre de 2023, supone la autorización de todo el contenido del mismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;1.5.- Bases de la convocatoria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;1.5.1.- Requisitos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Los aspirantes tendrán que reunir los siguientes requisitos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Tener la nacionalidad española o la de alguno de los Estados miembros de la Unión Europea o tener permiso de residencia o permiso de trabajo en vigor en el momento de la incorporación a la empresa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) Tener 18 años de edad cumplidos y no haber alcanzado la edad de jubilación forzosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c) No padecer enfermedad ni estar afectado por limitación física o psíquica que sea incompatible con el desempeño de las funciones del trabajo a desarrollar. Asimismo, una vez finalizado el proceso de selección y antes de la incorporación al puesto de trabajo, deberá pasarse satisfactoriamente un reconocimiento médico con cargo al Servicio de Prevención de la Empresa, con la calificación de APTO. La no superación del mismo supondrá la imposibilidad de incorporación y exclusión de la lista, dado el carácter eliminatorio de este requisito.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d) No haber sido separadas, mediante procedimiento disciplinario, del servicio de ninguna administración, de los órganos constitucionales o estatutarios de las comunidades autónomas, ni hallarse inhabilitadas de forma absoluta o especial para empleos o cargos públicos por resolución judicial. En el caso de nacionales de otro estado, no hallarse inhabilitadas o en situación equivalente ni haber sido sometidas a una sanción disciplinaria o equivalente que impida, en su estado y en los mismos términos, el acceso a un empleo público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;e) Tener un contrato laboral en vigor con la EMT-palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;f) Estar en posesión de un título de bachillerato o equivalente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;g) Estar en posesión del certificado B2 de la lengua catalana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;h) Para los aspirantes que no poseen la nacionalidad española, y de su origen no se desprenda el conocimiento del idioma español, debe acreditarse mediante la aportación del diploma de español como lengua extranjera, regulado en el RD 1137/2002, de 31 de octubre, o del certificado de aptitud de español para extranjeros, expedidos por las escuelas oficiales de idiomas, o mediante la acreditación de estar en posesión de una titulación académica española expedida por el órgano oficial competente en territorio español, o bien mediante la superación de una prueba específica que acredite que poseen el nivel adecuado de comprensión y expresión oral y escrita en esta lengua.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las personas aspirantes tendrán que reunir los requisitos antes indicados dentro del plazo de presentación de solicitudes, y no haber perdido ninguno de los requisitos en el momento de la contratación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En cualquier momento que la EMT-Palma, averigüe o constate de forma fehaciente la falta de los requisitos o la falsedad de la documentación o declaración presentada, el aspirante será excluido inmediatamente del proceso, y en caso de estar contratado será despedido disciplinariamente sin perjuicio de la responsabilidad que haya incurrido por falsedad, reservándose la EMT-Palma, las acciones legales pertinentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.5.2.- Presentación de solicitudes y documentación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El plazo de presentación de solicitudes y los documentos es de quince días hábiles, contados a partir del día siguiente de la publicación de esta convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En base a lo estipulado en la ley 39/2015, la presentación de la solicitud y los documentos se podrán presentar tanto de forma presencial como de forma electrónica, en el trámite habilitado al efecto en la sede electrónica de la EMT-Palma. La presentación electrónica requiere identificación digital con certificado electrónico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En caso de hacerlo presencialmente, el impreso de solicitud se podrá descargar de la página web de la EMT-Palma, realizándose la entrega en las oficinas en la carretera del Coll d'en Rabassa, en Son Ferriol, polígono de San Mateo (CP-07007) de Palma, de 09:00 a 14:00 horas, de lunes a viernes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En caso de hacerlo de forma electrónica, se podrá presentar la solicitud y los documentos a través de la Sede Electrónica de la EMT-Palma de lunes a domingo a cualquier hora del día, siempre que comprenda el plazo de entrega de estos documentos. La solicitud está incluida en el proceso de registro, por lo que no es necesario aportar el documento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los interesados ​​podrán llamar al nº 97121444 extensión 7107 en caso de duda respecto al funcionamiento de la Sede Electrónica, en el que se habilita un servicio de atención telefónica de 9:00 a 13:00 h de lunes a viernes para resolver cualquier duda respecto al registro virtual.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Otros documentos que se podrán presentar con la solicitud:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Certificado específico de empresa o contrato que acredite la experiencia como técnico de atención al cliente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Certificado específico de empresa o contrato que acredite la experiencia similar a la oferta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Certificado específico de empresa que acredite la experiencia profesional con los programas específico de Tarjeta Ciudadana ORACLE y PINBAL.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Fotocopia de la titulación superior a la requerida como requisito relevante para la categoría ofertada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Fotocopia del certificado de lengua catalana superior a la requerida como requisito.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Fotocopia del certificado de lengua inglesa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Fotocopia del certificado de lengua alemana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Fotocopia del certificado de otra lengua.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En caso de falsedad conocida después de la aportación de la documentación, ésta será causa de exclusión de las pruebas o de despido si se ha producido la contratación, además de las posibles medidas legales que pueda emprender la empresa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La presentación de la solicitud y los documentos tan sólo se podrán entregar bajo una de las dos modalidades anteriormente citadas, siendo ambas mutuamente excluyentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En base a la Ley 39/2015, los interesados ​​tendrán que aportar al procedimiento los datos y documentos exigidos en estas bases, haciéndose responsables de la veracidad de los documentos que presenten.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En el plazo máximo de dos meses, contados desde que acabe el plazo de presentación de solicitudes, se publicará la lista provisional de personas admitidas y excluidas en el proceso selectivo, que se publicará en el tablón de anuncios de la sede electrónica de la EMT-Palma (https://emtpalma.eadministracio.cat), apartado empleo público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las personas aspirantes excluidas u omitidas disponen de un plazo de 3 días hábiles, contados desde el día siguiente de la publicación, para alegar lo que corresponda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Finalizado el plazo al que se refiere el párrafo anterior y subsanadas, en su caso, las solicitudes, el tribunal calificador publicará la lista definitiva de personas admitidas y excluidas en el tablón de anuncios de la sede electrónica de la EMT-Palma (https://emtpalma.eadministracio.cat), apartado empleo público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La admisión de la solicitud, comporta la plena aceptación por las personas solicitantes de estas Bases, con expresa autorización para el tratamiento automatizado de sus datos en los archivos de la empresa y la publicación de resultados en los medios que la empresa considere, según lo establecido por la Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre de Protección de Datos Personales y Garantía de los Derechos Digitales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.5.3.- Baremo de puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Fase de oposición (50 puntos sobre 100) examen teórico y prueba práctica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Prueba teórica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El examen teórico, con carácter eliminatorio, será una prueba tipo test del temario referido en el Anexo II.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Estará compuesta por 25 preguntas más 3 de reserva, con un tiempo para desarrollar este ejercicio de 60 minutos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las preguntas estarán distribuidas de forma equilibrada entre los diferentes temas. Cada pregunta tendrá tres posibles respuestas, y sólo una será correcta. Las respuestas correctas se puntuarán con 0,8 puntos, las respuestas erróneas restarán 0,26 (una tercera parte) y las preguntas no contestadas no serán valoradas. La puntuación máxima de esta prueba es de 20 puntos y para superarla será necesario obtener como mínimo 10 puntos en total.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Prueba práctica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La prueba práctica consistirá en la redacción de un informe mensual de reclamaciones a través del ordenador utilizando herramientas de ofimática. La puntuación de esta prueba práctica será de 30 puntos con un tiempo para desarrollar la prueba de 90 minutos. La puntuación mínima para superar la prueba práctica será de 15 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Sólo los candidatos que no hayan sido eliminados por la prueba teórica realizarán la prueba práctica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Se publicará el tablón de anuncios de la sede electrónica de la EMT-Palma (https://emtpalma.eadministracio.cat), apartado empleo público, la lista provisional de la valoración de este apartado. En el mismo acto se abrirá un plazo de tres días hábiles (sábados y domingos excluidos) para presentar alegaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Finalizado el plazo al que se refiere el párrafo anterior y subsanadas, en su caso, las alegaciones, el tribunal calificador publicará la lista definitiva de los resultados de la prueba en la sede electrónica de la EMT-Palma (https://emtpalma. eadministracio.cat), apartado empleo público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La fase de concurso (50 puntos sobre 100)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Se establece un baremo de méritos estructurado en los bloques que se indican a continuación, con un máximo de 50 puntos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Méritos académicos (máximo de 30 puntos):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Por titulación superior a la requerida como requisito relevante para la categoría ofertada hasta un máximo de 15 puntos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Título de formación profesional de grado superior, o equivalente: 5 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Título de grado universitario o equivalente: 10 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Por certificación de lengua catalana, hasta un máximo de 4 puntos (solo se puntuará la titulación superior):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- C1: 2 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Se valorará la experiencia profesional con los programas específico de Tarjeta Ciudadana ORACLE y PINBAL, acreditada mediante certificado de empresa, a razón de 0,2 puntos por mes, hasta un máximo de 4 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Se valorará la experiencia en un puesto de trabajo con funciones similares a la plaza ofertada, acreditada mediante certificado de empresa, copia de contrato laboral o cualquier otro documento que lo constate 0,2 puntos por mes, hasta un máximo de 4 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Se valorará la antigüedad en la Empresa a razón de 0.1 punto por mes, hasta un máximo de 3 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los méritos se valorarán en referencia a la fecha de acabado del plazo de presentación de solicitudes para participar en el proceso selectivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Se publicará el tablón de anuncios de la sede electrónica de la EMT-Palma (https://emtpalma.eadministracio.cat), apartado empleo público, la lista provisional de la valoración de este apartado. En el mismo acto se abrirá un plazo de tres días hábiles (sábados y domingos excluidos) para presentar alegaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Finalizado el plazo al que se refiere el párrafo anterior y subsanadas, en su caso, las alegaciones, el tribunal calificador publicará la lista definitiva de los resultados de la valoración de los méritos en el tablón de anuncios de la sede electrónica de la EMT-Palma (https://emtpalma.eadministracio.cat), apartado empleo público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En caso de que el Tribunal calificador compruebe la existencia de fraude una vez publicadas las listas definitivas, este fraude determina la exclusión del proceso y la consideración de no haber participado, además de las actuaciones legales que se deriven.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Criterios de desempate&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En caso de empate, éste se resolverá atendiendo a los siguientes criterios:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Mujer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. La mayor experiencia laboral en atención al cliente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. La mayor puntuación obtenida en el ejercicio de la fase de oposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4. La mayor puntuación obtenida en los méritos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5. La persona que tenga certificado de minusvalía igual o superior al 33%.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.5.4.- Orden de incorporación y llamada&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Una vez finalizado el proceso de selección, las personas integrantes de las listas serán llamadas para la adjudicación de la plaza, siguiendo el orden de preferencia resultado de las listas definitivas, realizándose el llamamiento a las personas que tengan el orden de mayor incorporación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El llamamiento se realizará por cualquier medio que considere la EMT-Palma, pudiendo realizarse telefónicamente o en su defecto mediante cualquier medio acreditable en derecho.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las personas integrantes de la lista tendrán que tener a disposición de la EMT-Palma como datos de contacto:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- un teléfono fijo o móvil&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- una dirección de correo electrónico&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- una dirección postal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las personas integrantes de la lista tendrán que mantener permanentemente actualizados estos datos ante la EMT-Palma, comunicando todos los cambios que se produzcan en los mismos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Al haberse producido el llamamiento dos veces consecutivas sin respuesta por su parte, o una respuesta negativa no justificada, será excluida de la lista de forma definitiva. El plazo de respuesta por parte de la persona que se haya llamado, será de 3 días hábiles desde el día siguiente de la fecha de comunicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Se entenderá que se ha producido la renuncia injustificada a la contratación, la incomparecencia de personal aspirante dentro del plazo comunicado por la empresa para la formalización del contrato, o la renuncia expresa a la contratación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Se consideran causas justificadas de rechazo del contrato por parte de la persona aspirante, las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Enfermedad acreditada mediante el correspondiente certificado médico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Periodo de embarazo, maternidad o situaciones asimiladas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- A petición del interesado, cualquier otra que de forma excepcional la EMT-Palma estime oportuna, de forma motivada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En estos casos, los y las aspirantes conservarán su puesto en las listas y podrán ser citados de nuevo cuando dejen de concurrir las causas de rechazo, siempre que hayan comunicado a la EMT-Palma su disponibilidad.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Un profesional con conocimientos sobre la valoración de los méritos, designado por la EMT-Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Para la valoración de los méritos en que resulte necesario, el Tribunal podrá disponer de la incorporación de asesores o asesoras especialistas, quienes se limitarán a prestar dicha colaboración en sus especialidades técnicas y tendrán voz, pero no voto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
