font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><strong>Hechos y fundamentos&nbsp;de derecho</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">Atendida la tramitación del expediente administrativo 263/2023, relativo a la creación mediante concurso, una bolsa de trabajo extraordinario para atender las necesidades de interinidad y temporales de personal técnico/a auxiliar de archivo y biblioteca (c1), de conformidad con el artículo 10 del Real decreto legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre, mediante el cual se aprueba el texto refundido de la ley del estatuto básico del empleado público, mediante concurso.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">Considerado que con fecha 15 de noviembre de 2023 ha acontecido definitiva la valoración y el listado ordenado de los aspirantes hecha por el Tribunal.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
